I know there isn't a ROM that works with the 2i at the moment.
However, is anyone in the know of whether it's technically possible and if anyone is working on such a project? Is it related to the difficulty of unlocking the extended rom on the 2i?

I have flashed my Touch pro with the hybrid ROM but I have an azerty Touch Pro (Frenchi xD) so does someone having the solution?

You have to change the registry, you can use the registry editor at http://www.touchxperience.com/en/registry-editor/downloads.html

CurLang = 1036
- HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout
Active = 0000040c

If someone could just export the code from a Original French Version:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\KEYBD
Then we would just have to import it, and everything should be just fine, isn't it?
I made the changes you guys said, but there is still something wrong, like when I press:
FN + A... it should appears the "à" but it doesn't
FN + Z... should be "è"
FN + R... should be "é"
FN + S... should be "ê"
FN + D... should be "ô"
FN + F... should be "ù"
I think this are the only ones that doesn't work right... does anybody knows how to fix it?

this part dépends on the ROM and included files I think, because depending on the kitchen, it works, or not.
now I found a 6.5 WWE rom where special chars of the keyboard are working, so I stay on it.

I have changed my RAM only because the language, to the official upgrade downloaded from htc.com, so I think the problem is only about the layout. There's probably some way to fix, let's see if someone know anything about how! Anybody?

I compile a rom with 3.14 oem (Sys 21916, Manila 2018), but FR radio does not work and freezes the HD2 and not sound ! (everything else is good and works, just FM radio!!! is not functional )
The ext are updated too, but nothing.
What is the source of this problem, a solution idea ??

you'' have to learn how to create an android app... search on google..
then u can add ur wordlist to form an dictionary...it will come to u as soon as u learn how to make an app!
here is one great thread consisting everything about android.
You should be knowing java to build apps. You could search around for guides.

im about to start making one for fun. I started watching videos on youtube (newboston) and i know a bit.
Im searching all over the net but cant find useful instruction how to make one.

I'm beginning this thread with a request to all developers. Atis112 make possible for locked bootloaders to run Cm9. Everything seems to work good, but unfortunately on Xperia P camera doesn't work. Would somebody make it working? It's really annoying not to have camera working. I want also ask if it's possible to make cm10 working on Lb-s like Cm9 does?
