Im Using UK Locked Dell Streak 5 so Currently with a rebel sim but i cant go for 2.2 with the rebel sim so please help me to unlock permanently.

You're not getting responses because this has been asked and answered repeatedly. Had you actually used the search engine you would have discovered that you need to contact your carrier and get the unlock code from them. If they refuse, you'll need to buy an unlock code from a third party.
Next time, before posting try searching for your answer.
Why don't you say which network you are locked to?
If it is O2 then contact them direct or else use the form:-

No mate ,That s mObitel in Srilanka So i need to permanatly Unlock to Mobitel (Srilanka)

i got this new htc desire c from uk hutchinson 3 network that need to be unlocked to simfree to work here but im having difficulties opening it can someone plz help me opening it i have no phone right now because of this
I have an Rooted Device with tazeman been trying to unlock it but not having any luck no unlock code is working. is there anyway of unlocking the device without unrooting it also i only have macbook pro available at this point need help on unlocking the device plz anyone help thanks new to htc one need full on help plz someone help!!

XDA doesn't provide any SIM unlocking services. Please work through official means of unlocking your phone.
