Hi ,well I ve bought a 9 month old sx56;I charge it for a few hours ,and when I reconnect the phone fm the crandle, after 20 seconds switches off.I try to switch it on but doesn't respond to the button ,soft reset nor hard reset. What should I do?Now f.e. the sx56 switches on only when you install it to the crandle ,when I reconnect lasts on for a few secs.
Thanks guys.
PocketPCTechs ( http://www.pocketpctechs.com ) offers a Do-It-Yourself kit to replace the battery. Find it here.
dead battery
Thank you
Take care.
My sx56 doesn't respond on battery power
But I'm thinking that ,even if the battery is dead it will notify me or at least swich on for a m.second .Dunno what to say.
100% battery
Hello ,
The battery indicates 100% but the device switches off.Even if I uninstall it from the crandle it lasts a few secs ,but when I push the on/off button doesn't switch on again.
Dead Battery
I too have exactly the same problem. Let me know if the new battery fixes it.
Hope it works out
Thanks
xda lasts off the crandle a few secs
Ok,will let you know ,and where to buy the battery ;if that fixs the problem.By the way ,is your xda a 2nd hand too?The battery costs $80 +$24 for shipping.
Cheers
Dead Battery???????
Yes i brought it off ebay! Not sure what the problem is!
If you can post what fixes yours that would be appreciated
Thanks tedd, good luck!
Has NOT been repaired
-With the new battery used to work perfect for many hours but the same day died(after I left it charging for a few hrs).
- When I first installed it , the on/off button didn't respond so I had to switch on by plug it instantly to the crandle.
I first unlocked it by using the rom kichen from Yorch.net. maybe it's a software or hardware matter, who knows...
XDA Battery
THANKS!!!!
I actually desoldered the SIM door switch and bridged a wire across the terminals! The switch was broken you see! The XDA now thinks the door is always closed 8)
Still wouldn't work properly though so I'm going to order one from the same place as you. Hopefully it will then work!
Thanks for your help
Same problem occured!!!Oh my god!
Everything seems ok .For instance, went out and was working perfect for many hours.
When I got home charged it for a three hours. Then before I go to sleep uninstalled it fm the crandle and opened the reader to read a book, and guess what :switched off by itself!.
XDA Sim Door Switch Fix
Tedd: I just sent you the email with the pic in.
For everyone else this is what is did to stop my XDA from resetting all the time!
1) Desoldered the sim door switch and binned it because it was broken!
2) Used one strand of copper wire and bridged over both terminals to trick the XDA in thinking that the door is closed!
3) Remember to tin the wire first as the terminals are very small!
4) FINALLY! Don't take the sim card out when the XDA is switched on!
My XDA still won't hold charge though! Must get a new battery and hope nothing else is faulty!
Here is the pic!
My new battery wasted.
Thank you,Mark for the email. I 've tried everything.
I bought a new 1800 mAh battery but the problem insists.Don't buy another battery yet.
Guys I think that is not up to our hands anymore,we must send it for a repair.I have to ship it to TX .Will post you back again when the diagnosis comes up. Will take some time.
But I insist that the 2 day new battery,I bought, DID NOT solve the problem.Think about it ,which battery does not last even to switch the ppc on for at least 1/4 of sec?
Regards,
Tedd
XDA Battery
My battery lasts a few seconds!!!! Had all the same problems as you!
It works fine when the XDA is connected to external power, but when it is removed it dies!
It also used to reset alot, even with external power! The switch fix has solved that now though.
My power feed to the XDA is from a PC via a BRANDO USB cable. I measured the output from it the other day and it is kicking out 350mA. I don't know if this is even enough to charge the XDA battery!
Someone said between 500mA and 1A is needed to charge the XDA, so this might also be the problem.
No charge even with the 1A charger
I get the same problem with dead battery. If it has a power source, it works nicely. If unpluged from power source, it dies after 20 seconds. I use the original T-Mobile power adapter 1A and it does not charge the battery. I also use another adapter 600mA and does not charge battery neither.
I would love to know how to fix this problem.
My problem started when I upgraded the RS from Tmobile from 6.24.0 to 6.24.1 . The upgrade failed at 1% and then the battery drained and never recharged. I have not try to solder or replace the battery yet.
Ben
Does upgrading the radio stack cause a charging fault?
There have been many posts now with this problem and one thing has become apparent - no-one knows what causes this fault.
After alot of thought i now believe that either upgrading the rsu/ruu or unlocking the xda may cause it not to charge. Many people have reported that failed installations which hang on 1% result in the battery never charging up.
One thing that wories me is that i perfomed an upgrade to 4.21 and that failed at 1%. Thing is though my phone actually still works and recognises it is running the 4.21 version, strange! It still does not charge though - it only runs on power from the USB sync cable.
When i brought my phone off ebay the power button didn't work or the battery wouldn't charge so i couldn't test my theory out
If anyone knows what is going on here i would be glad to here your views cos this problem has got me stumped for sure!
The Final result .
Hello guys. The fault is very expensive to fix it.At least on mine unit.
The special technicians couldn't fix the unit.
They said that I have to replace the whole motherboard for $200.That what the diagnosis showed,a faulse motherboard omg!And they tried many different sources and batteries to charge it.
The phone is useless now.Donno maybe I will pay for it.Maybe not, sell it as it is or for spear parts.
GSM ERROR
I think one final solution to go for an SD card copy of the ROM and GSM through the bootloader from a new working XDA1 then flash it into your non working XDA
otherwise as mentioned in another thread telling that the service for the device informed the user that there is a damaged motherboard due to radioStak failure, so he had to purchase a new motherboard for about 300$ as I remember.
Peace

Good idea!
Has anyone got or know where to find a copy of a working ROM and GSM that i can try on my xda.
Currently running
3.17 ruu and 4.21 rsu
Failing that i am going to link the xda up to some high power AA batteries and fool it into thinking that the battery is full. This should allow me to install a new rsu.
I still believe that the non charging fault is software related as i have tried everything! I even bridged a wire across the fuse F0 like aquasesh did! Still not charging though.
If none of these work my xda will surely be dead forever
Fooling the XDA with another battery
That won't work either. I've tried to fully charge an external battery on a different XDA, then connect it to the one with failed RSU upgrade, and it still didn't work (failed at 1%). Some RSU corruptions are just not possible to fix without a serial cable and ceratin software. A user from Russia has observed technicians in a service center fixing failed RSU upgrades using some terminal emulation software, but could not get them to share a copy.

Hi
Just brought an 02 XDA off Ebay. I knew the thing was faulty, got it for £35!!
Anyway, i brought a usb charging cable and plugged it in. The XDA loads up fine and seems to work ok. However, when i disconnect the cable it turns itself off!
The XDA cannot be switched on without the usb lead being plugged in!
I took it apart and noticed that there is only one (what seems like) capacitor on the board (its kind of orange/red and 5mm squared). There is a picture of what i'm trying to describe on the "naked pictures of the XDA" on this site titled "inside 2"!
If you look closely at the picture you will see them at the top of the xda near the aerial (there are 2 in the picture). It seems like someone has de-soldered one off this xda too judging by the excess solder on the right hand pin.
Why does my xda has 1 of these components? The one on mine is located to the far right, the one in the picture has one on the left and one in the centre but nothing on the right.
COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM?????
My xda spec:
Radio Version: v4.21
ROM Version: 3.14.13 ENG
ROM Date: 10/09/02
Protocol Version: 32S54
Thanks in advance guys
P.s just ugraded the software version to 3.17. Stll having the above problem though!

Maybe it's the battery
Hi guys
Just put a multimeter on the battery and its kicking out 3.3volts. However this figure will drop down to 0 if i leave it for a while.
Do you think the battery could be completely dead? Would this cause it not to switch on but run ok on the power feed from the usb?
where is the cheapest place i could get a new battery from?
Many thanks for your time
Regards
Mark
Battery Problem?
Someone please help me with my broken XDA.
I might throw it up the wall if I can't get it fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm 95% sure it's the battery at fault, but need help from you professionals in confirming my hypothsis.
Thaaaaaanks people.

i asume that even when charging the pda use the batt but the batt is at the same time being charged by the cattle at least thats how my laptop does it
so if the batt is 100% dead feeding the device power is not going to make it work

Well, considering this battery is a Li-Ion battery... it works somewhat like a car battery. Even when dead, it will hold a residual charge for a littlebit, than die, such as the tester showed. Being plugged in, the charger puts out between 5v and 6v. More than the battery needs so the battery can stay 'charged' while it is powering the phone at the same time. Unplug it, than the phone goes dead. Ni-Cad batteries and Metal Hydride batteries are On/Off. Ether they have charge or no charge so if your laptop was one of the later two, it would be dead with or without a charger.
I would put my bet that the battery is dead. One bit of advice with a Lithium Ion battery. Just like a car battery you can't let them go completely uncharged. In fact, they LOVE to be charged all the time and it won't hurt them to do so. The XDA has a built in shut off to prevent an overcharge, cutting off the source voltage from what I have seen.
At the very least, order yourself an external battery. After a full charge up, if the unit still has power after you unplug, than you know you need to get a new internal one. If not, than you know something more is wrong with the unit than just a battery being dead and you have an aditional external for the new XDA you get from someplace else!

Hello XDA-Users....
I've got a little problem with my xda-device.
It's just doing not much. If i attach the device to the cradle. The system turned on and is beginning to start the ROM (I see the T-Mobile screen). I-ve got the hint that the installed ROM is 3.13. Radiostack and Protocol is empty. -> should be then GSM-Error in the bootloader.
After all this messages i've got an short "pling" (beep) of the device, and it all begins from starting....
I can not enter bootloader (nothing happens) and the battery won't be charged..... (There is no light)
I've checked already the fuse of the device. Looks good. What else do i have for possibilities to get the device working again? That the GSM-Part does not work is not important. I need the device just for testing and installing new software to include in the kitchen. So the phone function is not needed.
The battery semms to work, I still got some Volt if i check it with the multimeter.
Anyone have some tips for me?
Stefan
Have you looked at the connector on the base of the xda under magnification, it may be a bent pin on that or on the cradle that is preventing charging.
Connector looks good.
If i conect it, the device is getting power.
When i disconnect the cable / cradle the device stops doing anything and goes off.
If i do an hard reset with connected USB-cable, nothing happens.
If i try enter bootloader the display is flashing until i refuse the power button. Than endless "booting" starts again...
Stefan
It does sound like a low power situation, I think the gsm will not switch in unless there is sufficient power. If you need a battery I have one here that was removed from an xda a few months ago but should be fine, send me your address if you need it and I will give it to you.
That previous post was from me. Also have you checked that you dont have a stuck button.?
The buttons looks fine. tested them already. So that isn't the fault *damn*
If you can send me the battery, that would be very nice.
Maybe it's really the probelm. But i think, if the battery is in bad condition, there should be anway going a light on to show "going to load tthe battery".....

If a hard reset doesn't solve the problem, then try this.
DO A FULL BACKUP FIRST!!!
Open the XDA, and remove the battery
(together with whatever circuit is attached)
Put the battery in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
Remove it, and reinstall it.
Now put it back in the cradle and it should charge.
Then to a restpore from the backup.
This just happened to me and it brought my XDA back to life.
A chemical process happens to rechargeable batteries that
prevents them from receiving a charge. Apparently freezing
the battery for a very short time (20 minutes) corrects this.
Try this at your own risk, but I did it to my only XDA and it is working fine
for about a week now. Otherwise I would have had to scrap my XDA.
Let me know how it works for you.

Sorry to hear it didn't work.
Its been over a week and mine seems to be holding up.
I'd have to guess you battery is completely dead.
i have the same problem
you seem to be having the same problem as me m8 do you have no radio
or information on the radio task bar.
my unit keeps on re-starting the same as yours and i cant access setup even after hard reset. i attempt to charge the unit and the pwr light comes on briefly then goes out after approx 10 secs the unit then starts itself up and as mentioned before turns itself on and off randomly.
(i have no software for this unit just the unit and charger no memory card)
i am new to pda's do i need any softwares if i get it working?
any feedback appreciated
hello All
I had a xda 1 that was showing the picture of just t.Modile when it was turned on. Well thats what I was told on ebay. Anyway I got the unit thinking i would be able to try the rom thing and update it ok. Anyway when it came the bat was flat. So today a cradle and charger came. I pluged in the xda and then the charger and it came on straight away ( dont know if it should do this) any way it came onto the t mobile screen like i was told. So thought i would leave it till it was charged. I was doing other work when i heard it ping. I looked at it and it said welcom to windows 2003 which i thought great. went through the setup and it all seems working. I tried to switch it off in the cradle but it would not let me It this correct? Anyway I took it from the cradle and switched it off and tried to switch it back on but it would not come on. So i put it back in the cradle and it switched straight on. No waiting for the set up screen again.
Firstly should it switch on as soon as you put it on the cradle and should you be able to switch it of whilst in the cradle. Also does the problem i have described above point to the battery being buggerd?
Many thanks And any help much appreciated
regards Andy
Most likely the battery is dead. Had the same problem. I have bought a new 1700mAh battery for my XDA 1 at eBay, price incl. shipping €20,- Works like a charm again.
Hello
Riight a bit more information on the XDA1 I Have I have took it apart and tested the battery it only reads 3.4 volts I take it that the correct voltage is 3.7 volts so i would say its the battery.
Another problem i have knoticed is when i put it in the cradle from dead and it starts up it stops on the t mobile screen for a while (about 10 mins) before going to the main 2003 screen and while it is in this screen i cannot do nothing at all with it (Buttons or stylus), Is this correct. any help would be great thanks.
One last question the unit is a O2 unit and i think it hase been flashed to give it w2003 op sys Now how would i keep this operating system but get it back on O2 thanks in advance,
regards Andy
Doesn't sound right to me. Boot after warm reset of my 3.5 years old XDA I takes 5 secs max, no more. Boot after a cold reset also takes just a few secs, before I see the O2 bubbles boot screen.
You could try the "latest" PPC 2002, to see if the device is still that slow at boot time.
What I am thinking is this is under mains power only not batery is this the reason its actingh like this? the main battery is only 3,4 volts does this point to a failed battery?
regs Andy
Is any GSM error displayed on screen??
Hello
No only thing is when i try to load the phone program it says only emergency calls without pin?
Thanks Andy
Was judt thinking about using the special rom but not sure how to eiter via the cradle into the xda or onto the sd card then see what happens? way out of my leauge at the moment you read that meny conflicting items I dont think i can get it into bootloader because of the batt fault in that if i take it off cradle and switch it off it wont come back on till its pluged back on the cradle LOL so im lost I think i will have to get a batt first. What voltage is your reading pls and do you think a batt at 3.4 is knakerd thanks again ( me rambling on and on sorry)
re XDA
One thing i have just seen when looking throug the hardware items it gives the rom version and rom date but it is blank at radio version and protacol version. Should these be blank
Also there is no imei number shown in the Identity all it shows in there is H/W Pw10B1 and platfprm PocketPC.
Thats about it
thanks andy
Looks like you need to flash a new ROM; http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Wallaby
Re the above XDA
Hi Again Firstly can anyone confirm that a battery is dead when it only reads 3.4 volts after hours in the charging cradle? Before I get a new one
Secondley if it is dead I asume that i will have to get a replacment one if i am to flash the rom correct? ( it cannot be done on mains power alone due to the need to remove from the cradle for a soft reset? CAN IT?)
Next I have a SD card 512 and also a external SD card reader/writer (usb) how is the best way to go about flashing it afterwards? Do i write a the rom to the sd card via the external reader/writer and then insert into xda? and do the soft reset thing?
What would be the best and most stable rom to go for pls. Or should i use the site with the cooking roms on.
The XDA is a O2 but shows T-Mobile on start up ( would like it back to original if poss)
The UNIT is a pw10a (stamped on the back) but if it shows in the h/w as pw10b when the unit is switched on? and as said does not show a wireless version or a emei num although it is stamped on the XDA/
Any Help much appreciated . I just seem to be getting my head in a right knot with this one.
Many Thanks
Andy
Hi Everyone,
After doing a deep search i did not find the exact problem I have.
Specs:
Phone: SGS2 i9100
ROM: CM10 Nightly 08.09.2012
Kernal: CM Stock
You can see the symptoms of my problem in the video I found below (it wont allow me to paste link with less than 10 posts so i shortened the URL)
youtube.com/watch?v=BCyp1iCTW2M
This is what happened:
1. I had an Adapter from Car Outlet to USB so i connected my phone using it but it seemed they did not like each other.
The phone was stuck on a black screen so I restarted it and noticed I lost 40% battery in those few minutes, looking at BBS i saw the RIL wakelock so decided its just a coincidence and i'll let the battery drain all the way to calibrate it at night (the phone worked perfectly fine)
2. After the battery was fully drained I connected it to the PC to charge and turned it on and everything was fine, noticed it was at 0% so after a few minutes it turned off, after doing it a couple of times i let the phone charge "turned off" (thought maybe its low voltage of PC charge) through the whole night
3. at morning it did not charge at all, I managed to "almost" turn the device on but now the battery is really drained so i cant even do that
4. when i tried going into download mode (just to see if my phone is OK) i managed, when i am trying now i get "Battey is to low, cannot download"
5. I cant get into recovery mode, but i tried it after all the process above so its probably because of low battery
6. I tried it on 2 diffrent batteries (unfortunately my old one was also drained before)
- Anker 1900
- Original Samsung 1650
I am going to get an AC charged and try using it.
Any Ideas what should i do or what the problem is ?
Thanks in advance!

This is the way to go. First make absolutely sure the battery is charged, if possible by testing it in another device. With a fully charged battery it should be possible to find out if your phones hardware is still fine, especially the charging board.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply!
So far i got an AC charger for the phone (not a battery only cradle charger kind of thing) but getting the same problem.. it just wont charge the battery through the phone..
I'll try to get a fully charged battery to give feedback that the phone is fine and not bricked in any way as i mentioned before.
If everything is fine i'll see that the battery is chargeable when not completely dry and we'll be smarter after that.
in case it really became unchargeable and it is a problem in the charging board as you mentioned
Could you please expand on the functionality of the charging board ? and whats the process for fixing/replacing it ?
Thanks in advance!

Excellent! If it is not bricked then chances are good that it is 'only' a battery/charging problem.

If, in the end, the phone does not charge by the USB connector (no matter if from PC or wall plug) then it could be worth to replace the flex print with the USB connector and parts of the charging electronics. This flex print is quite cheap and you can get it from ebay. With the help of some video from youtube you should be able to replace it yourself
Well,
I have an update on the issue.. unfortunately can't say its a good one..
I've tried turning on the device with a diffrent battery (charged) and it workes perfectely fine.
since I live far i didnt want to wait a month till i get the USB flex from ebay i went to a repair lab and let the test the phone.
Unfortunately it is not the USB Flex but a deeper problem,
apparently the u500,u501,u504 parts got fried on the MB and they don't have them at all.
I am going to try to restore my phone (using a full battery) to the way i bought it and try go to the store and work the warranty (it voids as soon as i changed ROM), going to have to read a lot on how to do it perfectly and erasing traces of changes (go an old nand and need to unroot afterwards)
do u know a good guide for restoring the phone to full stock ?
Also,
is it possible to buy a complete MotherBoard for the GS2 or its not worth it ?
Thanks for the help!

There are quite a few guides around here that deal with unrooting and getting the device ready for official service. Personally I just make sure the flash counter is reset (TriangleAway or JIG) and then flash a stock firmware.

I had the device opened several times. Replacing the MBO should not be too difficult. There are only some screws and connectors.

If the warranty wont work than I saw its around 150$ but if that will solve it it might be worth it instead of buying a new phone.
Thanks Again!
They are a lot more than that unless you are in USA/Canada.Theres a firm on eBay that give you $30-$50 for your old board, and they sell theirs for around $180.
Samsung would be around $250...
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
So.. After a long time (!!) I have an update.
No lab fixed my phone as everyone said its "unfixable" or need to replace some parts that they don't have... so I did what I planned to do.
I took a full battery from a friend
Restored the phone to full stock (the same official "partner" ROM I got the phone when bought it (even putted Android 2.3 on it LOL)
formatted my SD card , and of course did a "Triangle Away" to reset the flash counter
basically returned the phone to the way i bought it..
Since I still had around 2 month on the warranty I went to the store i bought the phone from and they accepted the phone based on warranty, as i didn't install any ROM's (LOL )
Only TODAY after more than a month and a half of wait, while it was at their official lab, after that was sent abroad to the Vendor itself, after nobody was able to fix it I got a new phone (14 days used phone) so, considering i was ready to throw my phone and by a new one it turned out OK.
since no one was able to fix it, it was probably a major problem.
Of course its better i got a new one, since even if they fixed the issue, who know what else it might effected so its a very good result.
Don't know if this helps anyone a lot, but at least its some closure to the thread.
Thanks for everyone who helped here!
Following on from a Previous Problem which fixed yet created a newer problem I have:
Redmi Note 4 64gb running on Global Rom with a Battery showing Zero Volts on USB or AC Power. Plugging out instantly powers off.

I have no active warranty as an Aliexpress seller(3+ years a seller) vanished at Christmas. I've no issue taking it apart if I need to replace the battery. Watching a Youtube first dismantle video it appears I need a BN41. I'm going to go presume that my local multitude of phone shops won't stock that battery as I tried two and one asked "How do you spell that?" and another "a what phone?" so I won't be going down that route again.
Only reasonable price I could see online was some Eastern European country and using Google Translate I find these charge about €27 for the battery but it's not in stock anyway. Another is €48 in china. Seems a little expensive considering a Redmi 3 battery is about €7.
Anyway I'd prefer to see if it's software leading into a hardware problem as well before venturing down the route of battery replacement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Brought phone into Repair Shop in my City and asked(phoned few days before hand and no problem changing battery) and it was fine until he says "Supplier doesn't have your battery" so I've to go off an buy a replacement. He says that if the phone will show the battery the connection between the motherboard and the battery is not corrupted as such. I'm also looking at "Chargebattery" in the Engineer Mode under Battery and I can see the following as well
ADC_Charger_Voltage :[4626 ]mv
Power_on_Voltage :[3400 ]mv
Power_off_Voltage :[3400 ]mv
Charger_Topoff_value :[4100 ]mv
FG_Battery_Current Consumption:
[XXX.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX]ma ---------The X represents the consumption as it's going from about 230.0000 upwards to about 462.00000 and fluctuating.
I've had to order a Battery from Spain(exact spec battery BN41) and also bought a Micro Precision Toolkit and none of my tools are small enough to get those screws. I can see all the stripdown tutorials but alas none of them referred to the exact size of the screws so I ordered a Multi-tool. Hopefully it is just the battery otherwise it's the cost of the phone, battery, little multitool down the drain.
I did a very small driver to get one of the screws out(not exact fit) but the other wouldn't budge and I don't want to thread the head on the screw so backed off for now.
Same battery issue w/ Redmi Note 4

Hey BertieBaron, I'm having the same issue with my Redmi Note 4, I've bought a new battery from Iberaccess, opened the device and installed the new battery piece but it didn't solve the problem, still switching off as soon as I unplug it... it's driving me nuts!
Have you found a solution in the meantime? I'd be very glad to hear from you mate.
Cheers
Nope. Binned it. One Plus3T arrives by DHL in a few hours.
Emailed Xiaomi offering to pay for repair. They said No.

Gotcha. May I know whether the charging problem emerged after a fall, water damage or out of the blue?

Confirmed to be no Water Damage by somebody with more experience than I. Was it dropped? It was a teenager so anything is possible but there was no evidence of such.
Yes guys i had the same problem now, stuck at zero Percent there's a RED light indicatingit's charging but still ZERO won t go up ...and once i unplug the phone from charger it turns off Instantly ....I foudn the Solution for that it s quite easy as u think .. all you have to do is :
1-unscrew the 2 screws bottom
2-becareful while taking off the cover u need to take off the Sim tray
3-and slowly take off the over there s the finger print sensor cable unplug it
4-once the cover is off u see 2 cable next to each other one of them is for the battery ...Doesn t matter remove them both and hold power button for 20 seconds
5- make sure u do keep holding the power button for 20 seconds .....do that like3 or 4 times to make sure no power is left inside the phone ..
6-plug everything except the sensor and power on the phone and check this worked for me
Once u see it worked turn the phone off and put back the sensor and get everything back to together .....Don t plug the sensor while it s turned on i have no idea if this damages anything!!
Hi everyone, I meddle in the discussion, I have this problem. I have a Redmi Note 4 Global, a few days ago it turned itself off. I tried to turn it on again and it worked, then obviously the battery ran out. Tried to charge it, the screen turned on with the "mi" logo, red led at the top but it gave me completely empty battery with no percentage. I thought it was the dead battery. I changed it to a new one and put it in charge. Now I see Mi logo and 47%, it does not charge the battery unfortunately. Stopped at 47% for hours. The battery therefore does not charge. Even if I connect the phone to the PC, the charge does not start and the PC does not recognize it. What could be the problem?
Thank you

Thanks man. I changed the usb charging circuit and finally it looks like the battery is charging again. But there is a problem: the charging is very slow. Why?

The seller assured me that the circuit is good. In the reviews people didn't complain about the fast charging problem.
I am using the original charger and before changing the charging port, it charged normal and fast.
In what sense to change ROM?
