Can anyone offer advice on ROM upgrades?
Just to let you know that I am looking into this now. I am a newbie too and have found a way of viewing the extended rom but cant write to it yet.
When I figure it out i will lket you know!!!

Can anyone help me find a link to this ROM on the O2 site ?
I need to backlevel my XDA II from 1.72.00 and O2 have removed all reference to it from their site.

Hi Guys, please excuse me - i'm a newbie - and need your expertise.
My current device information is ROM 1.03.00 USA
ROM Date 09/24/03
Radio version 1.05.12
protocol version 1337.12
I am initially wanting to upgrade the ROM etc, but the myxda site and sourceo2.com websites do not specify if the upgrade is compatible with the ROM that I have (USA).
Which upgrade do I need.

My XDA II is Traditional Chinese version, I would like to upgrade it to WM2003 SE, even change it to English!!

I buy XDA IIi from Ebay and it come with O2 UK 1.10.00 WWE / 1.10.124 Ext. ROM.
And I want to upgrade rom to O2 Asia lastest ROM - Version 1.11.00 WWE / 1.11.920 Ext.
Who know how to get the rom please help me.
