Thanks, but that link is not an upgrade for a Qtek 2020. Do you know one to upgrade it, without cooking roms? I'm new in using this device and I'm note comfortable in "hacking" it. I'm seeing that the support for the Qtek is the worst of all! They are always the last ones to provide the upgrades. By the way the one that i could manage to download was from third party site. What is the official one?

Lol, another viking who regrets updating to rom with new bootloader huh? AFAIK there is no rom available for our CID. Lets just hope HTC releases new rom soon, and that Dangaard will bring out the Norwegian version in a timely fashion.
yes i did, i was just hoping that someone had one from htc in some way.
the rom updates are very slow coming.
It seems unprobably that HTC will release some upgrades before the end of the year.......

Hei, jeg oppgraderte til en bootloader 1.04 imate rom, og vil tilbake til den originale HTC rommen da jeg har screen alignment issues og trenger å sende telefonen inn til reperasjon. Mulig?

I sent mine in for screen alignment issues. I did use the Imate ROM, but I just flashed it using the WWE HTC ROM. No problems with service... they did not flash the unit with the norwegian ROM again...

Hi. new nOOb here.. i just bougt my (new) qtek s200 with wm5 and i really want to get wm6. but how. i can se you have guides here. but i can`t gem them to work... can i install a original wm6 rom on it. or do i need to use a custom rom..
can i download a rom from here and just use it. is there a danish wm6.

du kan prøve min Coffie rom den er på dansk og flere andre sprog, men du må læse lidt om hvordan du flasher en rom og du må også læse lidt om hvordan du Hard SPL din Qutek. der er ingen orginal WM6 Prophet rom så du må til at flashe min om den skal være dansk. men om du kan leve med engelsk så er der rigtig mange versioner at vælge mellem. Coffie rom har næsten alle funktionerne som den ny HTC Touch dual har. Men husk det viktigeste er at du læser lidt for to flasher en rom så du ikki får problemer med din Qutek.

i used HardSPL and the latest official german HTC rom now my touch pro
runs like it should its realy amazing finaly everything works like it should do .. u will be amazed
They have problems with Rom and Radio Versions on my old Tytn. 3 Times they changed the phone and every time I get the problem taht I cannot hear someone who called. Really frustratring. Then I flashed my phone with HadSPL and a new Rom and a new Radio and it worked.

I'm still waiting for an Dutch rom update.
It isn`t really an update for the Rom. More an functional update. Don`t wait for T-Mobile and flash a complete new Rom. I hope that T-Mobile will sell HTC unbranded devices in near future. Those branded devices are that bad.
Tell t-mobile that, they do not appriciate it i can tell on first hand.. T-Mobile was nice enough to enform me they were working on a dutch rom update..

the ROMs of chriscsh are the best at the Moment for ATOM LIFE.
I can't emphasize enough that they are for ATOM LIFE Devices because there are still people who flash the wrong ROM to their Devices and afterwards wonder why their Phones don't work anymore...
my phone is a xda comet, same as the atom life. i am already using a wm 6.1 rom from pdaviet, it's working fine, but i wannt the new home screen and the bigger menu =)

You say it's slow. Funny. Miniterror doesn't seem to think that way.

can you guys enlighten me wich part of the iomega rom is slow?
i have three htcdevices under my guards and they are all the same with speed?
does this mean i have three crappy htc devicesot have you done something wrong with youre flashing?
tell me wich part is slow and i will check but the iolite is in use by my girlfriend and she isnt easy to please but i havnt heard any complaints form here

Well, i also am interested in that, since i have not seen a decrease in performance by going to this rom, but actually the opposite!
There are some slowdowns sometimes, but it was the same if not worse in 6.1...
Someone with two devices should make a comparative video of 6.1 and 6.5 i guess...
I remember comparing two Vox, one with the 6.1, and one with the 6.5, and the difference was night and day (in favor of 6.5).
This may not be as visible with our iolites, but my feeling is that it is faster with 6.5...

I'm sorry for my complains, but you know what it is?... The most annoying thing about the Rom is that my phone doensn't vibrate if i recieve a text message. It vibrates when i turn my phone out of sleep. And then i see a textmessage what is urgent from 2 hours ago. And i dont like all the extra programs. Sometimes my phone runs at 46% and then he doesn't react anymore.
If you have a dutch version of 6.5 with less programs and a vibrating textmessage option, i use it. I really appriciate the things you do for us at XDA, i really mean that.

Upload Dutch rom
Aangepaste Iolite wm6.1 NLD
Dumped my 6.1 dutch rom and cooked a nbh file.
Unpack rar and run the customRuu.exe
In the rar file extra cab's added manlia2d files and tt7.915 patch.
install order htc mega, htc hero clock, md2d.
Copy the tt files to navigator folder.

1.Before flashing a ROM learn how to do it.
2.Before blaming someone try to figure who's actually to blame.
3.Turn on sms wake up event in the reg edit - this is fully described in 6.5 rom thread.

Waar gaat het fout?
Bij het laden, uitpakken, opstarten......
Zet de telefoon in bootmode en probeer de rom opniuew te laden.

New dutch rom
This one is tested.
First go to bootmode.
Switch on the Phone by Pressing On and Volume button.
Run the CustomRUU.exe.
After installing wait a few minutes then the phone will startup.
