I have a phone from operator 3 in sweden. I have the latest kies version installed, but 2.3.4 will not popup when I look.
Can I do something to get the lastest version? I´m not so interested to flash the phone, prefer stock at the moment.

Try this ROM, it's the best available at time.
Hi all, just now I got a system update to Custom Version DT.NLD 8.0.0.303(CT.F01).
It showed up in settings-system update and showed this version with an T-Mobile picture, no details in text. Im still on Oreo 360 but now I have the custom version with it as well. Can someone tell me what it is?
Only difference after installing was a TakeAway app was installed and there is a app called Provisioning Message in the Tools folder.

not sure but might be a custom version of the firmware provided by a local carrier.
if your phone is owned by a carrier, they might build these and provide these as updates.

I recived it. it downloaded automatically. it says it fix doul sim problem. some days ago i recive 1.4 GB update saying it's android 10 update. download it automatically too. i'm done wasting my network traffic. moving to crdoid
