Hi all. I have a little problem with my x8... when i have original android 2.1.1 my phone reads the sd card without any kind of problem, but i flashed GingerDX v13, then flashed v21... with both of the ROM's it doesnt read my SD card. Why is that happening? Could someone please help me with that little problem?

Edit: I flashed FloyoBread v0.23 Rom by Doixanh and the card works without any problem...

did you try formatting ur sd card ???
and is your pc detecting your card ?
just flashed it by using S5360DDKK1 solved the issue for me.....

Yes, my pc detects my card, its not the cards problem, has i said earlier, with other roms it works fine...

there is no program for that can i try on my coputer?
I should think so, you might need a card reader, but I'm sure the software exists out there. Did you try this

ok i have card reader
With a card reader, Recuva on Windows works great.
Photorec and others on Linux. Many solutions. Don't write anything else on your card to limit the risk of writing new data in blocks to recover.

I power off the phone and remove sd card and Insert back after 10 secs then I power on the phone. Thank you it works finallly I can dowmload now and wriite to sd catd is fix. Thanks again for your great help

Enter in Recovery Mode and look at first line the version number.
If it's not that one (the last version), You could try to install it.

If You already tried a different SD Car, the unique option I know is to reformat the card
with Android.

I restores my rom from twrp but now it is showing my external card as corrupted?

Yeah I should have and I do regret it now.. since this is my first time in my entire life of flashing mod, rom etc .. I'm in crisis

You can try browsing it with your computer or maybe try some recovery software for SSDs or flash drives
Edit: tell what your computer says about that sd card

Actually my card will not be able to access by PC because I merged it as internal storage in android , that's y and it was going all okay till today that I face this problem .
