i tried by best to get the code from your software :XDA MULIPATER ver 1.11 but it only says reading data from phone ..wait till 10 min but no data ... please help me to unlock the decive and if there is any link where i can download the unlocking software please paste ..

when i'm trying upgrade to wm2003 se from 1.72 with v 1.03 boatloader i've got model id error and stuck in boatloader. i try to reset and plug Gin to continue the upgrade and still the same problem appeared.

I'm using xda II trying to upgrade from 1.72.104 to WM2003 se with 1.03 boatloader. before that I've succesfully upgrade my XDA II from 1.72.800 to WM 2003se with boatloader 1.02. what I do not know why appeared model id error with boatloader 1.03
anyone help please
how did you change your bootloader from 1.02 to 1.03?

no... that's not what i meant. the one i have is xda with 1.02 the other is my friends. of course you now that we cannot change he boatloader. :lol:

ROM date: 02/04/04
Radio version: 6.25.02
Protocol version: 324e4
I downloaded the eda2unlock tool successfully. When I ran the program, it said start of repair process...DeviceIoControl('Com:',0xAAAA5679L).
What does this mean, it stops or freezes at that point. Can anyone help, Please?????

Yesterday a upgrade my TYTN with new rom (bootloader 1.09) (first it was Original tytn rom bootloader 1.04 ) .During upgrade it stopped and tell me about recovery , I canceled it and try to reupgrade . I was not successful and after that there is no way to do anything . Not do downgrade nor upgrade .
Who can help me , please . now I have a 800$ tytn which has only a screen which only show bootloader screen .....!!!!

Did you try flashing HTC 1.18.255.3 07/22/06 Rom after failure? Any error message?

For everyone who try to upgrade roms, please make sure you reboot your PC first, exit all programs(eg.MSN.baba) and don't launch any program during the update. Also, make sure your battery is fully charged.

I tried "ME_DT_WWE_1182553_106_10303_Ship" but I was not successful (it has also bootloader 1.04) .It said no vendor id !! . is there any deference between your suggested rom .
now I am downloading yout suggested rom . I hope I'll succeed . but if not , how can I do .

Seems to be a common problem....
Also looks like only way out is to flash a matching CID rom, however I cant try this as there is no released UK M3100 rom.
My issue was slightly different, but the end result seems to be the same. Confirm that you've got a ROM with the same CID. However querying the CID (info 2 in bootloader check wiki for more detail) returns bizzare "corrupt"? looking CID in which case even the "correct" rom for the device wont work....
Whats your CID..... Is there a matching CID rom available, and what happens when you try it. You'll probably need to flash from the bootloader.
If that fails, its return to base for a reflash....(that'll be chargeable....)
POF or some of the other bright sparks may be able to revive, but I've tried all tricks so far.....

Your going to have to explain better, I will try and advise you but I dont really know what you mean by "without BTW"

Problems
Ok, To better help the folks that want to help you.
Please explain what you did to get to your current problem and
what you have done since the problem started.
Here are some generic tips:
-if you started with a stock x7500/7501 did you perform the Hard SPL procedure? If Yes, cool. (if not you need to do that 1st!!)
-did you try to flash directly to one of the current wm6.5 roms. if so you made a mistake, try flashing to a factory rom (most of the current roms are intende for Athenas that have SPL 3.5x, when SPL 3.5x is installed it re-partitions the rom space to allow support of the newer/larger roms than the stock SPL 1.2x) If you have SPL 3.5x then you may have another issue.
-To get SPL 3.5x you need to flash The AP4 rom (I do not recall if olinex created a stand alone tool to do this).
I hope this primer helps.
