What do i have to take care when i want to install the official released WM6 ROM from Vodafone?
I will not be able to simply run the exe because the SPL will be overridden or is this no problem?

I have done the upgrade of my SPV M3100 using Crossbow.

Yes, it can be done, I have done this once with my own Hima. You can also upgrade/downgrade the Radio ROM. Just make sure the Windows ROM and Radio ROM match. For WM 2003 1.72 you need Radio ROM 1.17.

Hi. Am new here. I got given a o2 XDA for free from my mate. The PDA is in German. Can any one please tell me how I can change it to English? What do I need to do it (hardware etc). Also if I download a program for it, how do I install it, do I put on the memory card?

You have to flash a new ROM on it.
Programs are normaly installed via ActiveSync.

Hello i have a HTC Touch Dual that is not network locked or branded...and i recently upgraded to WiMo 6.5 using the help of this forum. Now i want to revert bakc to 6.1...Now my question..after downloading the WWE ROM do i jus flash it or do i have to downgrade radio and USPL and all that jazz? jus confused. Thanks in Advance

last WM6.1 (cooked) use the last radio 1.65.xx yuo don't need to downgrade radio but yuo need only to flash your favorite rom!
It's mostly wrote down which Radio the desired ROM needs!
