Infrared beam stopped working with WM2005 - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 ROM Development

After upgrading to BuzzMobile 1.60b the infrared port stopped to work. I cannot beam any incoming / outgoing data. With WM2003SE before everything worked ok.
Did anyone notice the same effect?

turn on receive all income beams....somewhere in settings --> connections..

It is turned on (Settings -> Connections -> Beam). Turning off doesn't help either.

VOIP for WM6.1 works almost but ....
Hi all,
I just installed the VOIP cab provided by this link and followed the instructions given. I am using Carpo as VOIP provider.
Now everything seems to work, the VOIP selected is appearing on the Today scrren. I can start to initiate the call and sometimes it rings on the other side.
I just tried my home phone number.
Now the two problems:
1. Unfortunately I cannot hear the receiver - for the receiver everything is fine!
2. The VOIP connection interrupts and is only coming back when I switch off and on the WLAN connection again.
So it means it is working almost - who can help please

newbie questions - wm 6.1 problem

Hello.
I'm using [WM6.1] WM6.1 Build 5.2.19202 AKU 1.0.0 by pArtizAn on my qtek 8500 but I have some qquestions.
My bt pairs with other devices, internet sharing is ok, but I can't beam anything, or no one else can send me anything via bt either - the other phones report an error.
Can anyone help?
Another thing is - I can't synchronise contact with active sync - it says I need to install outlook on the phone. I'ma a total newbie here, so can anyone link to an outlook app I can download and install, or can you show me any other way to backup my contacts??
Are the contacts shown under "contacts" the same as my sim contacts in sim manager? It seems they're not.
Is there a piece of software for manaing contacts, messages - like a pc suite for nokias or se's?

[Q] HD2 car bluetooth & data connection

I've searched a lot and there are many threads about this issue, but didn't find a solution.
The problem is that when data connection is active I cannot receive calls in my car. The phone is connected vie bluetooth with the stereo, the phonebook is synchronized, but when I receive a call it just hangs up.
If I turn data connection off everything works fine and I am able to make and receive calls.
So, the question is, is there a way to use my phone in the car while data connection is ON?
i have the same issue , there is a registry change that is supposed to work...either i'm not editing correctly or the registry fix does not work.

SIP says "receiving calls" but not receiving calls

I have CM11 nightlies, default kernel. Problem existed in earlier versions as well and may be related to my device or Cyanogenmod.
I have a few SIP accounts set up in native SIP app with enabled option "Receive incoming calls". After reboot I can receive and make calls without an issue. However, after some time, a day or so (phone is always connected to charger) suddenly I cannot receiving calls. While this happen, I go to SIP settings to check if registration error occurres but nothing is there but "Receiving calls" status. Only when I reboot device or disable & enable again "Receive incoming calls" I can receive calls again.
Do you know this issue?
Any workarounds?
Maybe I should use other app for voip - if so, what do you recommend?
Thanks.

Whatsapp BUG - Outgoing call drops after first ring on the receiver side

THIS IS NOT A RINGTONE PROBLEM!
How to reproduce the problem:
- Place a voice call to a contact, ringing will start on the other side
- Ringing will stop (call drop) after one ring
More details
-> ON THE INCOMING SIDE: device will ring once, the receiving call screen will flash with the answer/reject slider on it. It drops after one ring, and it is impossible to answer calls by sliding to "answer" very fast.
-> Phone can receive whatsapp calls from contacts flawlessly.
-> Can call from other devices using the same account
-> Device info: sonyericsson mk16i using cyanogenmod 10. Latest whatsapp version. Working google play services.
I have the same problem now on Galaxy S5 6.0.1 with Stockrom 2.0. Did you ever diagnose/fix this?
It started after reinstallation of the ROM. This time I encrypted the device, so perhaps it is related problem.
