How can I send texts from my PC through the XDA, which is in the USB cradle?

For the life of me I can not remeber the correct domain for sending a SMS message from an email client. example if I wanted to send a friend a text message from my computer that is on the Tmobile network it would be [email protected][b]Tmomail.net[/b]? Is that correct?

To send SMS messages from the XDA (less than 160 chars) just input "+1" plus the 10 digit USA phone number only.
Say from my XDA, I want to SMS my friend whose mobile number is (219) 555-5555 the number I would enter into the "To" field is +12195555555.
That is all that is needed for the XDA.
If I am at my desktop PC, I start a new email message with the following in the "To" field.
[email protected]
You are still under the SMS 160 char limit for this method as well.
One more thing, when using Pocket Inbox on the XDA (for real email not SMS) with T-Mobile, be sure your SMTP server is myemail.t-mobile.com ; otherwise outgoing mail will not be sent when connected using T-Mobile GPRS as your network connection.

PS: Although I haven't tried this, for international SMS you should be able change the country code from "+1" for USA to +"X" where X is the country code.
For some reason my SMS only works it I do not enter the + sign in front of the number!
I managed to send an international SMS with no problem, using country, city code and number.

I try to find out, if it is possible to use the T-Mobile MDA as a SMS Wall.
I want to display new SMS on a Screen/Beamer.
Does anyone have such a program, which can

I would be very happy if you can tell me how i can get the SMS from XDA to PC.

I just discovered that I can use my computer to send pictures to my phone. But when I try to use my x10 to send pictures to my computer via bluetooth, I get an error message. Any ideas? Thanks!

Text messages require a cellular connection and a cellular contract. You have neither with your Nook.
So no way to auto-forward from my phone to say a google voice number(or some txt msg service) to an app on my nook and to send a reply back to my phone to resend back out via cell? like have my phone receive the txt as normal, then an app grabs it, transmits it via wifi to a server and pushes it to a sister app on my nook.
Check out syncsms. It should help you out.
I have tried text plus too. Seems to work.

If you use google voice you can get your texts and voice mails right on your nook and pc too.
