I have got an FRENCH version of WM and I am trying to upgrade to WM 2K3 SE by running HimaUpgradeUt.

himaupgrade_noid.exe is the one you should use when changing language

I have a Niki 100 in bootloader mode allways.
I not save the ROM and Radio versions but the operator is Swisscom.
I try to change language to portuguese and give me an error to 95%.
I instaled sspl-1.16 but i'm not instaled the hardspl.
I need a original ROM to recovery my phone.
Everybody help me please!!!
