My Qtek 8100 is lucked on operator ONE Austria. When connect the cable to phone, it askin for a password form activesync.. and I can't star the unloker.exe.. how can get this code ?

yes the instructions are inside the zip
if i want to only do unlock , so i need to upload the "Herm_Unlock_v3.exe"
to the device and run it ? Or , still i need to use the auto install?

I have one HTC NIKI 200 in boot-loader mode, and it was came for language changing only. It was bought from France T-mobile.Due to my mistake only it was happend.
So badly i need the French original shipped ROM for NIKI 200. Please help me.

Did you already try a hardreset, push the on/off, send and end key on the same time, then follow the instructions on your Niki screen.

When in bootloader connect it to your pc and flash the original rom

i am from china，i got an o2 dell streak with network lock，i go to shenzhen city find a guy，he connect streak to pc via usb cable，and then he open cmd on pc ，and tpye some command，about 1minute， he got the unlock ，it costs me 300 rmb，how does he do that！ how can i get the unlock file on pc？
i am sorry for my english is very poor！

my friend has an o2 streak with network lock too，if i know the way，i can unlock his phone for free，and i will share the way how to unlock streak！

maybe you can help your friend to email O2, they will send you the unlock code for free. it is so much easier that way.
Hi Everyone . Somedays ago I've bought Sony-Ericsson Xperia x10 mini pro used mobile from UK guy through eBay for my sister. But, it was Locked to UK Three network. so, I paid online to 2 sites for unlock it but both of them told me its IMEI was Invalid . I don't know what to do.

I suggest you to flash some ROM, i think it will remove any SIM Locks and so one. Find ROM on development forum for your phone.
You can get a Worldwide sony ericsson Unlock Code from imeicodes.co.uk this however takes about a week to get your code, so you need to be patient. The code will work fine aslong as you havent used up your tries to enter it (just like a nokia phone). It's a good idea to check your unlock code attempts before ordering a code by doing the following:
Press menu < < menu < menu menu <
Then you can check the counter [0 or 5].
If it says 0 then you cannot enter codes.
And STOP giving your IMEI on public sites!

First you have to check if your Baseband Version is M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015 (Settings→Phone info (I don't remember how it exactly is in English). If not, you must use FlashTool to change it. Next, you have to root your device, install ClockWorkMod (xRecovery) and flash your new ROM.
I'm not sure if it will remove SIM Lock although it's worth of trying. Ask if you have any questions.

99% sure roms don't remove sim locks :<
Flashing a ROM has nothing to do with your SIM Lock. So no flashing will magically unlock your device. You need to get the proper unlock code, or have someone with a unlock dongle to do it.

Sure if you got more tries to use with correct unlock code you still can do that.
Else you can get it unlocked via dongle.

I bought a phone that is locked for Vodafone UK. I hope that did not fool me, but the phone has vodafone icons and charger is uk. When I insert Slovak SIM, its ask for code.
I'm not sure if it was called for 5min. but there are scratches on phone, so I hope he call from it, but if not and I buy and enter the unlock code, will it lock permanently, or its not problem? I tried to buy the cheapest code from ebay, but "Sorry-Code is not found in the database on this service for your IMEI."

The best way to unlock it is by code, using a service provider of this kind. I have used in the past unlockscope.com and I was very pleased with the results. I recieved the code in the same day and the unlocking proccess went smooth. The costs are ok as I paid 19$ to unlock my Galaxy S6 and normally the network provider would charge me somewhere around 80$.
