Hello,
i 've bought a xda neo from o2 germany. unfortunately, it's g4.
it has the o2 extended rom on it, but i don't want it.
i tried reading through the threads, but got confused since some say its possible to upgrade, and others not.
i mainly want to change the os language, but if i can use another rom completely (such as qtek), i would be very happy

same here, i also bought a xda neo G4 from o2 germany and able to change os language in english.
ASERG 3.3.13 is so far is the stable and fast.
before upgrade ur rom follow the insatruciton carefully.

Please I have a very big problem that I would like someone to help me. I have a Dopod CHT 9000 which is Chinese language or ROM. I would like someone to give me direct link to where I can download WWE ROM to upgrade it?
Also I would like to know if I can upgrade it with Cingular 8525 WWE ROM? Please mods I need your help.

All the official ROM's were removed from this forum on the insistence of M$ - I don't even know if we are allowed to post links to these roms, so maybe no one can openly help.
But more to the point, since Feb this year you have had:
MDA Vario II - you want to sim unlock.
Qtek 8100 - you want to sim unlock.
XDA Wiza 200 ? - You want to change language from German to English.
2 x SPV C600 - You want to sim unlock.
Dopod CHT 9000 - You want to upgrade Chinese rom to WWE rom.
Either you are absolutely useless with phones, or dealing in them (either way is no problem) - BUT with so many phones with similar 'problems' I'd have thought it more appropriate that you learn how to do some of the work yourself - try to RTFW instead of your 'Urgent' posts.

read the wiki all the ROMs are in there, and if you have indeed upgraded/possesed so many device...why are you asking this?? you REALLY should know by now that "please help me!" is not a good way to ask for help.
I also stand corrected - I thought these Roms had been removed so didn't even bother looking

I have found an English ROM for it. [Dopod Asia WWE UNI_DopodAsia_11369_183_10402_ship.exe and CHT_ENG.exe] which one can I use to upgrade the ROM?
No one can tell you which rom to use - any should work. Just try them and see if you like them. I've tried all the Dopod WWE roms on my vodafone VPA1605 with no problem (before WM6 came out).
Try also reading mrvanx's guide - it's in his signature in post no. 3 of this thread

I have just tried upgrading it with the two ROMS but it gives me ERROR [294]: INVALID VENDER ID and Country ID error respectively. What do I do to rectify it please.

You REALLY need to read through the wiki, all the info you need is in there, you obviously havent taken any time to read through it. This thread will be closed now.
everything you need is in the wiki. i suggest you read it to avoid trashing your phone.

Many pages to trawl, I did it myself for my SDA II and found a good rom.
I'm trying to find a good rom for my spv c550. Which rom did you use dskid807? Is it english? And would it work for an orange spv c550?
Also, is there a chance that I kill my spv c550 when I upload the wrong ROM?
If you flashed the wrong rom your phone would be bricked. I used the yahei 1010 rom which needed to be changed to english via settings but was otherwise fine. Read the big thread for more info

Hi I would like to unlock my TG01 (simlock orange UK). I bought a unlock code (vitamise), but there's no the screen where I can type it... When I'm rebooting and windows is ready to use I can see 'SIMUnlockP.exe cannot be opened' ... Could anybody reup this file for me? I have FFboy's 6.1 rom. Or any ideas?

Ok, TG01 is unlocked. I have did it .. But, one more problem... Phone still seraching and seraching and can't log in to the network. I've tested radio 5005.16 and 18. help please
Flash the original rom first, unlock it and after you try other Rom
