Me too. Got a Qtek ROM to work on my T-Mobile SDAII (UK) but Data crashes-message appears another time. No solution, where is the data-crash? What can i do to solve this?
and i have that problem with spv c550 but i know what i did! I put a wrong format command when i tried to install win 6.1. I need help too. If anyone have idea how to fix this... Please tell us!

For fix this problem you must buy CID at Emei-check, or try to pick up CID with WIZARD TOOL.

I unlock once my phone with SuperCID. Did i need to do this again?! I download some programs on spv developers. I'll try to find that Wizard Tool! Do you know where to find it?!

I recently put on Buzz's latest wm2005, when I installed it I didnt need to change the operator id or anything like that.
Some of my applications are not working on 2005 and I would like to revert back to 2003se but Im having some difficulties.
Everytime I do the downgrade I am getting country id errors and when I try and figure out my operator id using the device info application the output file is just jibberish..
Can anyone tell me what the operator id would have been set to when I installed buzz's wm2005 or how I can find out what the operator id is on wm2005.
I really need to downgrade!

Go to this link and look for BUZZ LIGHTYEAR. The file and instructions are there that make country id error a thing of the past, it works flawlessly.

If your snapshot is correct, you do not have a Hermes but a "Herald". Please check the correct forum but as I understand, the unlocking procedure is not yet available.

Unlocking is possible without any cost. The tools are part of my OSB kitchen but can be downloaded separately as well. The tool to get is called "lokiwiz" and it will remove CID and SIM lock for Typhoon, Hurricane and Tornado smartphones.

Hey, guys! when hspl was helping with sim lock, it was so long ago. now it would not help you with this problem. HSPL doesn't unlock your phone of any operator, it will only help to install any rom you want, with any language. Sim-Unlock you can only make with the help of the web site. i unlock'ed my touch2 with the help of the site. and still waiting for hspl to delete f**ing T-Mobile ROM!

You are right - HSPL gives the right to put any ROM on your phone, it doesnt unlock SIM.

thanks all for the input... just tried the unlock method for touch 1. it doesn't work on the touch 2, i guess the software reads the wrong area on the touch 2. i think we'll have to wait for someone to release a upto date unlock program to read the right address from the eeprom by the help of rapi unlocking.

Dude, i unlocked mine on ebay, there are so many services for unlocking.
yeah, i know but i want to do it myself. i know about the JAU unlocking system, i missed the registration so now it's not free anymore. So the lucky ones who had registered last year had the software to unlock their free for 10 days on unlimited phone.

Do LOTS of reading before doing anything - Gold Card isn't needed anymore so don't worry about it

There's no need to read anything on the phone if you just want to flash a WWE ROM.
Just follow the steps in the thread mentioned above. Roughly: Flash HSPL, Flash new ROM, Hard Reset and you've got a device in your desired lenguage.
It really isn't that hard as long as you follow the instructions.
