I bought my xda atom today and tried the newest rom in the o2 Website buttttttt.... im stucked at step 5 - upgrade radio stack!!!!
huhuhuhuhu! please help i i tried doing the procedure 10x already.
my atom is useless its stucked at the black screen with the text "upgrade utilty"
Have you tried upgrading from another PC? as it could be the problem from your PC

Just downloaded the new ROM update for Qtek2020/XDA-II from O2..
I doesnt work, it says "error 120, country id error" and that the ROM image doesnt work with my Pocket PC
And in the PDF file it says that the upgrade only works for O2 UK customers... what about me? I bought my Qtek here in Copenhagen denmark? How can I get this upgrade?
The distributer of Qtek here in DK is as good as invicibel, so is the information/support...
Can anyone help?

you download the two ROM files (XDA II upgrade and XDA II launch ROM)
First, install the Launch ROM and your Qtek is flashing with the original O2 ROM. Then launch the XDA II upgrade and it's OK.
I done this opération with my Qtek (previously ROM 1.60WWE) and it works perfectly!

i downloaded the Flash ROM, but the program seems to Quit after the little grey menu has been there saying that its checking my device?
Anyway nothing really happens after that... know what that could be?

It's strange, what is your ROM version?

My ROM version is 1.60.00WWE
and extRom version is 1.60.21

Now I got the ROM update intaller started... but unfortunatly it stopped after deleting my old ROM and showed an error message...And now the Qtek is completely dead... it just says "Serial v.1.02" in the dark display...
I tryied this one time before, also trying to update the ROM.... and the only thing to do is send it to the manufacturer and wait at least 2 weeks for them to reinstall everything.
Hm, well, I dont suppose anyone knows a trick to get it running again?

Read this forum, but I believe that you can copy the ROM directly by the SD Card, but I do not know any more.

you can download the o2 rom uk version that should work or the wizard love rom

and the love rom, should work for G4? 'cause now it's stuck on bootloader
yes the wizard love rom gets most people out of trouble from bootloader mode
it usally hangs for about 5 mins around 95-98% but if you leave it it will flash my advice leave the room for around 10 mins then come back to it

when i start wm6.exe my htc go to a strange screen red blu greeen with USB word upside,
but for upgrade i need htc connect to activesync.. but if htc stay on that strange screen activesync not work...
i read on some site that i need to upgrade my rom, and radio..is it real?
anybody can help me to find the easy way for upgrade all my cellphone without problem?

You need your BA in bootloader mode to flash WM6 Upgrade.

Just noticed you're on Hermes area. Bootloader mode still necessary - ROM flash not possible via Activesync.

Hi everybody, i need a urgent help about my Startrek.
İ wanted to flash my Startrek with Erofich's WM 6.1 Pro V2 rom on my startrek. İ flashed it before 2 times and i had no problem before. But this time flashing currupted.
Now i can't open my Startrek. When i wanted to open the HTC logo appears and but no more. When i connect it to the PC it begins to charge but not open.
Please help...
i solved the problem. I could open in bootloader mode and flashed official WM 5.0 rom, and then flashed the Pocket PC rom successfully...
