hi i have a xda 1 and the radio version is a 4.21 and i would like to downgrade the version to a 4.20 or below please could some one help me

Has anyone had success upgrading the XDA IIi Radio Rom as it appears to ship with Radio Rom 1.0.00 and from what I read there are much newer versions of the rom.
I only want to upgrade the radio rom, not the os which is already 2003SE when shipped.

You probable messed up the version number.
Current newest radio rom for BA is 1.13.00.
Read the wiki, to get it and how ti install it.

Good question, I tried doing this on my MDA II but for some reason I seem to be missing a piece of the puzzle. I read the Himalaya pages in the Wiki on this and have transferred the Radio 1.18 file to my MDA II. Now I can't seem to remember how the heck to complete the radio upgrade.
Anyone knows how to upgrade the radio from 1.17 to 1.18 without installing win in an T-Mobile mda 2?

which way ? can u explain it here, maybe there is missing step since u upgrade it. cheers ....

About Rom version i'm not sure.
I think thats the latest WM6 OS but there is a upgraded radio at 1.58.21.23
Anyd ideas how to upgrade the radio then? Does Radio mean bluetooth?
and is it possible to know the version of your touch screen? Because I saw another thread saying that there is an update.
