I'm looking for wm2k5_XDA2_HIMALAYA_O2_fullRAM.rar or something similar for my MDA II. On FTP i read it was canceled. If someone can give me some links or ftp adress. Please.

I am still waiting in hope someone will release it, then I can sell my Himalaya.
yesterday i just installed win2005 into my xda2, it works. But still find some minor glitches, eg. camera and record button doesn't works. no auto-configuration with mobile operator services. And haven't been able to connect to GPRS & MMS yet.
You need to set-up GPRS yourself, and there is no MMS on it yet.
There are many threads about Wm2005 on the XDA2 you can read.

You should have heard about the arrival of the TyTn II (ex HTC Kaiser), but does anybody knows yet, or have an idea, about the compatibility of the firmware between TyTn and TyTn II?
It could be interessant to follow this, because of some "touchflo" improvements on the TyTn II...

Sorry to be yet another bothersome newb. I've tried using the search to find my answer but have so far got nowhere.
I've just bought a T-Mobile MDA Vario II and would like to update WM 5 to either 6.1, or if possible 6.5. Is this doable? If so, can someone please point me in the direction of the thread that explains how to do it?
Also a quick side question... is it possible to install TomTom 7 on this phone?
