I've upgraded my Device(imatePPC) to WM5 & my problem with the MMS is that when i receive any MMS messege it shows the real size of it but when i download it to my device.. it compressed all the objects includes photos. since am using MMS Composer Version 3.0.7.19 I Thought that the problem was from the setting of Photo Resolution, I've changed it to Original & tried with VGA 640X480 & the other options but the problem not solved yet.
I still receive a compressed photo via MMS
for example when i receive an mms it shows size of 80k but when i download it. it compressed to 9k
any idea on how to solve this prob. ?

I have been reading and searching on the forum and found on the ftp TWO folders; Win2k5 and Himalay2005.
The ROM nk.nbf in the Win2k5 folder display 1.50f in ER2003Edit
The ROM nk.nbf in the Himalaya folder displays 1.50b in ER2003Edit
This B version was the one I loaded Friday .. work fine .. except the known problems.
I just re-loaded version F (assuming it is the latest) and found that it only display the following memory allocatin:
Storage: Total: 14.54MB In Use: 2.41MB Free: 12.14MB
Program: Total: 24.35MB In Use: 13.86MB Free: 10.66MB
Where as the OLD version give me the fill 128MB
What did I do wrong ... please can someone clearify the correct ROM for iMate 2020 XDA2,etc

I hav found plenty of info about the problem of a lot of smartphones connecting to Mercedes' SAP bluetooth adpater. The issue is that the Mercedes' adapter only accepts phones that signal they are a standard phone not a smartphone.
The solution (given elsewhere on this site) is to change this Registry setting:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Sys\COD from the default of 5898764 (Decimal) which is "Telephone (Smartphone)" to 5374476 (Decimal) which is a normal phone.
I have done this, reset my phone, but it still does not work.
Is this fix still valid for WinMo6.5 and/or the HD2 Bluetooth implementation?
