BackUp original ROM - 8525, TyTN, MDA Vario II, JasJam Software Upgradin

Hi, is possible backup original ROM before upgrading?

No. It's not possible to flash a dumped ROM at the moment cause only ROMs that are signed by a valid certificate are accepted by the device.

[Q]Extract stock firmware

Well i just want to backup my orignal firmware before flashing a new one and yes i don't have CWM (not been developed for I9001) so i'm asking for a pc based software or maybe something like ROM manager/ADB which would backup my current firmware so that i can apply it back whenever i want...
I tried samfirmware.com but they have firmwares which do not match the one i have...

On official Mango 7720 - how to flash custom rom?

Hi all,
i am currently on official Mango release 7720 and lost my dev-unlock when upgrading.
Now i want to flash a custom ROM to get my dev-unlock/interop unlock back.
My bootloader version is 4.5.2250.1.
I read that i should not use HSPL/RSPL or i will brick my device. I need to flash a Nodo ROM first to get my bootloader to 3.xx.
Is this correct? If so, how can i flash to Nodo ROM when i can't use HSPL/RSPL? Do i need a full backup of my phone when it was on Nodo or is there another way?
Any help appreciated.
Regards,
UP

Well you are on 5.x and this is afaik different from 4.x - i think it is possible to downgrade from 4.x but not from 5.x
Maybe someone can confirm and help me on this 4.x issue. I won't upgrade my phone to 5.x loader ;-)
Noone has any info on that? I wonder how it can be possible that ppl are creating so many roms... doesn't anyone use them?
Maybe i should ask in a rom release thread cause noone is reading here :-(
