hey people i m gettin qa wierd problem ..after i install Service Pack 2 ..i cant use the Internet ..i disabled the Firewall also..i tried everything..so now i have removed the Sp2 ..but the problem now is that i cannot Sync my Himalaya..cuz i have isntalled wm2005 n Active Sync 3.8 Wont Sync wm2005 with my Pc...wat do i do please Reply soon is there anything thru which i can sync wm2005 on my himalya with my PC without installing Sp2 ...

Oooooh , again , for the 13 564 965 456 time , WM2005 will only sinchronize with Active Sync 4.0

dude i knw that ..but m askin ..is it possible by any means to avoid sp2..but still sync with wm2005..cuz ..i dont knw wats wrong with my Internet ..it stops working after i install Sp2..i mean the Packets Dont get Sent..

How are you connected to the net ? Routeur , RTC ?
With sp2 , you have to configure firewall to acces the net fine
WM2005 only work with Active Sync 4.0 ... and Active Sync 4.0 only work with SP2 :/

M connected to the Net thru a Switch ..i mean a Proxy Server..have a LAN with Private i[ connected thru the proxy server to the Internet ..m using a Realtek RTL8139D Ethernet Card..i tried deactivating the firewall ..then too the same problem..the packets Dont get sent..the Sent column of the Packets i always zero..wen i ping it says request timed out..
Hi everyone, I've i-mate JAMin G4 and I've a problem hope somebody could help
The problem is every time I install WM6 ( I tried different versions ) The contacts won't open and every time i install a new account on windows live after synchronizing my contact list the messenger won't open too !
but this problem doesn't appear on WM5 !
so hope anyone could help

you need to do a hard reset after install then contacts should be available
