i installed SPB Menu yesterday and that beautifull
i m new here so can anybody please help me how to set spb menu as defualt..is it possible?

Hi everyone, I've i-mate JAMin G4 and I've a problem hope somebody could help
The problem is every time I install WM6 ( I tried different versions ) The contacts won't open and every time i install a new account on windows live after synchronizing my contact list the messenger won't open too !
but this problem doesn't appear on WM5 !
so hope anyone could help

I have used a Himalaya for 3 years and a Prophet for 2 years and I have been from wm2003 till the latest wm6.1 version with touchflo 2d, but I gave my prophet to my son and now I am using a qtek8500 (aka startrek). I have 2 questions:
1) What is the difference between the standard and the pro version on this device?
2) I flashed Erofich's pro V2 version (congratulations!) which looks very nice, but I can't synchronize with my Vista laptop. Can anyone give me advice and please don't tell me to switch to a XP pc as I don't have a XP PC.

Difference
The Standard ROM is optimized for smartphone controls, whereas the Professional ROM is made for touchscreen devices. If you use the Professional version on this phone, you have to use a dummy cursor with the D-pad.

Thank you for this answer. I know this trick for a long time, although it doesn't work. Did you try it yourself? For example if your device is not connected, you will not see a mobile device in the device manager!

I just got hold of the O2 XDA Atom Exec which has the windows mobile 5 on it. i have the following queries:-
1) I want install an OS-which one to consider-
Windows mobile 5 OR 6 Or 6.5
2) What are the main features of the phone and how should we use them ? i am very new to these Touchscreen PDAs which are, i suppose, a far cry from the N97s and E72s of nokia
I don't want anything fancy like icons, keys, etc on the phone i just want to change the OS and i need your help.
I saw other threads but i couldn't understand what are com4, com5 and chome and ROM installation because i am totally new to this. thats why i started a new thread. Please don't delete this.

1. Here u go! it's clean rom.
2. not sure about com3 or com5 u may search (it's talk about widnwos mobile 6.5), just know that the latest rom is Build 23504. as i know from searching they said the the stable rom is build 218xxx but all 6.5 rom still have problem with bluetooth in sending file.
