Windows Mobile 5 AKU 3.3 Final Edition
Well, I thought I could finish the WM5 series with a working Internet Sharing. I'm so sorry, it's quite buggy. I'm releasing this ROM because it is more stable than the previous one and I'll be working on newer grounds. Hope you enjoy this one.

Major Update: Upgrade the core from 195 to 461 for increased phone stability. Debug modules are removed...

Execute the downloaded ROM.

PS: One more update release for WM5 and WM6 will be on the pipeline
KNOWN BUG: Internet Sharing application is not working. WM5 AKU3.X no longer supports modem link.
For those of you who have downloaded and flashed using SD Card method who ended up in a brick! ITEX recovers his Atom by following procedure:
1. remove SD Card
2. remove battery
3. hold camera button and reset (stylus) button
4. replace battery while still holding the buttons
This will bring you back to bootloader mode. Just flash the above DSUU.

Okay Guys. Here is a ROM for testing purposes only. The Atom Life AKU3.3 is very much stable compared to the BENQ P51 AKU3.5 when ported to our XDA Atom.

UPGRADE PROCEDURE:
Your device battery must be at least 80% charged.
Enter into boot loader mode: POWER+DPAD(center)+RESET (simultaneous)
Connect device to PC using USB
Run the original ROM update Xda-Atom-ENG-20060426-MOT0822.exe
On the Welcome window, click <next>
Unzip attached nb0 file into C:\Windows\Temp Folder (overwrite existing file)
Proceed upgrading and follow on screen instructions.
Notes: Don't ask me why the upgrade is like this. I'm no cracker, and the ATOM_Software_Update_Utility.exe needs to be hacked. (someone needs to crack it. if you know how to do it PM me.) After a successful update, the device will automatically perform a hard reset. When you see the green Windows Mobile Screen and the message flashes to tap the screen, please wait for five (5) seconds before tapping.
Big thanks goes to mamaich for his tools and the Scoter Kitchen by JKR, OKI and team! For without their tools, there wouldn't be an update for the XDA Atom. Special thanks for buzz, double_04, llbasha, and others for the support and assistance.

OEM additions: HTC X-Button, New Menu for WM5, dotFred TaskManager & PPCcontacts Backup, Jeyo SMS backup, O2 Themes (Snow, Sunrise), Intellipad
* Original ATOM applications are still there (i.e. Photo Album, O2 SMS Plus, etc.)
* Layout is based on TofClock Icon Resources (thank you for this)

i forgot i upgrade my atom to atom exec rom..anyone know how to downgrade it? i just tried the "tjs0509" guide but it not works..i find another the "Xda-Atom-Exec-ENG-20060721-mod_n-fix.exe" but file doesnt exist anymore..need help..

you dont need the modded rom, simply extract (execute DSUU Xda-Atom-Exec-ENG-20060721-MOT0822) (or which ever Atom Exec rom you have) the files from win/temp then store these files. Execute the Atom rom (Xda-Atom-ENG-20060426-MOT0822) (or which ever Atom rom you have) then overwrite the temp files with the previous files you saved, click next then once finished put the Atom into bootloader mode and run the Atom rom Xda-Atom-ENG-20060426-MOT0822 again, wahla! If that doesnt work try doing it the oposite way around if that makes sense, good luck.

o2 Plus over new ROM
Hi guys,
I had installed the new ROM last night and it seems to work fine.
However, when installing O2 Plus, I realized that I cannot add to the shortcuts tab a programs that resides inside the new directories.
The programs list lists me only subset of programs to add.
Any advices ?
