I'm trying to creat my own rom using CorePRO_HermKitchen. But I can't seem to extract the rom image.
I've tried using dumprom, but that just flashes up and closes again.
I'm using the official HTC WM6 Rom
Any help would be appriciated

you installed a theme for the wrong ROM. you have to reinstall

from my experience I'd say youre S.O.L. just reflash it using Flashtool and start from scratch :/
Hi guys now 2nd init is working. Porting roms shpuldnt be that hard? Lol
I ported for the wildfire buzz using kitchen that was easy.
Atrix tho seems bit more difficult i extracted the sbf files and now got smg files. Do i have to make a sbf file or will update zips work?
Hows best to start? System dump of my phone place in an open working project using kitchen so i can get the zip signed
Then using kitchen port a rom to this system dump?
Any advice would be appricated thanks

I have tried the UOT Kitchen for my HTC Explorer using JaggyRom but it was not working. Also I tried with the Stock ROM but it got applied partially.
Is it not apllicable to HTC Explorer? If it is, I want to know what mistake I am making in the same.
Please do guide me.

I'm new to this rom development thing and using one of the guides I started but using cwm and rom manager i backed up my rom but I got two folders 'backup' and 'blobs' and I'm unable to find 'META-INF' folder inside...btw is this the stock rom of a88? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2285685

hi, the page u gave is the stock rom
u can flash it using SP flasher....its easy...just download the rom and the flasher...u can flash it ,with it.

Bro... Nn cwm recovery backup having, "backup format files (tar, dup)" you should always select tar backup dat's having mti-folder and system folder....

Need help
I have rooted micromax a88 i don't know how but my gallery app stoped working camera still works . I also tried factory reset. Can someone provide me backup of just stock gallery app that might be helpful for restoring.
