Sorry, it is not. You need to wait until cooked versions get on the forum. But for this we need our spl solution. Please go to General section and find thread asking for subsection for X7510 and place your vote for it. Without it OliNex group wan't start their work on Hard/Soft SPL solution.

Then you need rom for x7500, not for x7510. These are plenty to choose from, also german version have sean somware. Go to the link which list all roms for Athena. I have sean there links to german roms as well.

Thats true. There is no original german 6.1 rom not even english WWE version. I told you already. They do not exist as files available because nither HTC nor any other party has released it. It was only in X7510 devices.
Some devs here like Pawel has dumped it from X7510 (but WWE version) and then used for their work. But that means their roms were already cooked. You can not dump rom from one machine and then load it to another one, cose after dumping you get a bunch of files wich you have to put togather, cooke a rom. This means you need to have unlock you CID at least or if you have a t-mobile ameo, then sim unlock as well.
So those german cooked versions are the only available, according to my knowledge.

You can try Sogarth's Hypercore kitchen. It is more user friendly.

Kitchen is one thing, ingredients are the other. You can use Sogatrhs kitchen and put german dumped rom in it and then cooke it according to your needs.
Howewer, I think there is already cooked german rom made out of mixture of wwe6.1 and some german version.
Yes I know that I could use the rom kitchen for flashing a german dumped rom but this is exactly what I'm asking for.
Please post the link if you know a german dump.

I do not think there is one. Never heard of.
But you can take the German rom ready cooked by somebody else (there is one as you know) and dissemble it in Sogarth's Kitchen. Then you can take what you want from it and put into Sogarth's base, changing in this way all files necessary for German language, for example. You would make some changes in XIP and regs as well to change the language.
Or the other way, taking some files from Sogarth's base into your German base taken from this German cooked rom.
Of course to do it right, you must know what you are doing, but it is the same as cooking rom for x7500 out of x7510, which is different machine and has different drivers.
However I have never sow any post from anybody saing that he has German X7510 version, so rather no chance for dumped German rom from this device. I actualy doubt if HTC has ever released German version. The same about T-Mobile, but I could be wrong.

I do not consider myself a complete nOOp and I spend quite some time strugling with the search feature of this great site.
By that I found a lot of pieces of information about changing a rom's (WWE) language (to Dutch for example) but it's still not clear to me how to do it.
Can any of the experienced chefs make a straight forward step by step on how to pull it off (I know how to get extract XIP, SYS, OEM etc.....)?

easiest: find a dutch (in your example) rom update. if you got hardspl already then flash this, done.
if that is not possible get someone with a dutch device to dump the ROM for you. dump commands are similar to kaiser. then take an existing OS.nb, and take the part02.raw, use tadzio's imgfstools to put them together into the language you want. I strongly recommend that at this point you insert part01.raw too for example by using XIP2 button in XIPtools as well. all this doesn't need you to play with SYS or OEM at all.

I can get OS.nb and the raw files, but then I'm loosing you...(I wish my brain was a pentium quad core processor)

ok
do nbsplit -kaiser on the os.nb. then imgfsfromnb on the payload file you get. replace the created imgfs.bin with part02.raw (the .raw is your desired language, yeah?) then do imgfstonb on this. then you have this new payload, you should now insert xip (part01.raw) using xiptools XIP2 write option, for example (there are other ways too). then nbmerge -kaiser on this and you have a new os.nb with your language in it.

So, let me get this straight:
I'm trying to cook a dutch rom for a Polaris. I have 2 roms. One WWE and one NLD.
Both ROMS are extracted. How do i extract the part01 and part02.raw files?
I tried something and i got a part02.raw of 4kb... Is that correct?
ok you need to dump a wwe version and a NLD now replace all the Lang_0409 (wwe lang code) with Lang_0413 (Dutch lang code) you should only find one Lang folder in the OEM simply called OEM_Lang_0413 but there are many inside the sys folder and you'll have to replace all of them.
It's not going to work totaly if you take the Lang files from and older QVGA build.
I had alot of problems trying to make a greek rom because I was mixing the lang from Diamond with a sys from Kaiser the roms booted just fine but lots of the apps did not work.. but after I ported the whole SYS from diamond (alsmot) everything worked
I've made several multi language roms and this is how I've done

I have dump the 1.90.XXX rom and i have replace all the 0409 with 0804 (simplified chinese). i have also added in the chinese fonts and amend the necessary rgus, but there is an issue. after building the rom and flashing it, although the entire interface is in chinese now, but Chinese (Singapore) and Chinese (PRC) is not shown in regional settings. can you kindly advise? i have tried replacing the os.nb file in the ROM folder to the os.nb file from the official diamond 1.93 CHT rom. the building works but after flashing, it stuck at the first screen ...
please kindly help me.
one side track question, after flashing, the key lock within the settings panel is not working. no icon and unclickable... do you what i may have done to cause this?

I'm trying to translate a ROM to Spanish. Replacing all language files (in the SYS and OEM folder) for the Spanish language (0C0A). But when I install, I get an error "poutlook.exe" and the phone and TFLO3D does not start .

Something wrong with the modules maybe...
Try putting in the actual files (exe/dll) in the module map in the SYS
Can be a lot of work.... or use different SYS as a base...

I have a special Kitchen for Building ROMs by PDA viet
The XIP and SYS i have is for Build 21501 this is a 6.5 ROM the reason that i haven't built my own version is that 6.5 is hard work for the Propthet to run so i will stick with 6.1 myself

the ray file download from download link1 is very confusing ,so i am downloading second rom ,i hope 1st rom and 2nd rom do not have much difference ,and what would language files look like when i extract this nbf of second rom(i mean lang.dll or lang.ini or chinese.lang),i am going to use Neokit .7 but if you have better tool kit plz let me know also i might replce chinese language files with dioxda2 6.5 files which were english .
Edit: some of the links i googled also say i need same english rom version to be present ,well does any one have equivalent english of these chinese versions ,but i guess the i do not need to go thru all this if english one is already there ,help needed .

i rtied the first one, so fast really, the 2nd didn't test, the language pack is 0804 Chinese

i installed the second rom after install i go into neokit default.rgu tab and search for lang i changed syslang in hklm and cur lang in hkcu mui's from 804 chinese to 409 and give it a reboot but prophet gets stuck at 3rd screen ,oh i took mlang.dll and mlang.dll.0409.mui from previous dioxda2 6.5 rom and merged them into this rom and made a new rom
i had to hard reset it
either registry changes are not able to find 409 file or something else is missing bcoz english language should have got switched next i am gonna try change regional settings may be.
it is tuff to understand chinese ,even though i have been using prophet in english for long but still it is tuff(sorry but my eyeballs started to ache wierdly trying to make out what did each alphabet mean we need language help please).

wm6.1 or 6.5
if wm6.1 stock or 21054?
i preffer the stock rom for warranty reasons
and for flashing to other roms im going for customized 6.5 roms
with build 23016 because thats the build thats the most stable for my blackstone

Hey guys, I've just finished all XIP and SYS procedures, kitchen is up and in running in Portuguese, so I can build this ROM for you right now, but I'm currently translating ALL of HTC Mega Packages into Portuguese using PE Explorer and I could use a hand or else it's gonna take me forever to do this on my own. If anyone cares to help, I'll be uploading this custom ROM with latest XIP and SYS for Iolite enterely in Portuguese, even with those HTC applications.
If there is no soul willing to help me, I'll just be able to pick this up again on the weekend.
Hope someone volunteers soon. I rebuilt the packages into their correct structure and I'll send you just the files you need (.exe.0409.mui) to make this as quick as possible.
Oh, and I'm going for a flawless Portuguese translation, so easy on the slang.

You can count on me to build this thing up bro! So let's see: the problem is SYS_Lang_0816 packages for wm6.5 right? I never cooked a wm6.5 rom but my experience with 6.1 rom is that it would be better to port the whole SYS instead of replacing Lang_0409 for Lang_0816 packages.
Still one thing: where to find wm6.5 SYS in PTG since MS didn't released the 0816 emulator image?

No, I have already ported XIP and have got the PTG SYS files required, along with the COMMON ones, which are not language dependent, I got them from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445
The only thing I am translating right now are the applications in the EXT folder, the ones that were written for HTC Mega - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=541625 - which are in English. I want to translate HTC's applications such as Manila2D (TF2D) and the only thing required is that we edit the resources of the .exe.0409.mui files with PE explorer and replace English text with Portuguese.

I already dumped the Iolite OEM in PTG too. My kitchen is already up and is only missing the HTC applications translations, so all the work is done except for that.
We'll go 50-50 on the .exe.0409.mui files that I haven't translated yet, how does that sound?
