did anyone use I-GO2006+ on his Charmer? And did you use the GNS5843 GPs-Mouse to navigate and recieve TMC? It works on your device? If is so, can you give me detailed Informationen, witch WM6-Release you use and how to you configure WM6 to work fine with I-GO.

i use wm6 with igo2006+.... but i have a tomtom BT-GPS-Mouse....
i have tested all vlono-roms and now the gullum V5-Beta (TouchFLO)
and it works fine with all roms

but the Problem with the GNS5843 is, that it have one port for TMC an GPs and you must splitt it. I've just test it with WM6, but the integrated portsplitter doesn't work. I'll try it with VirtCom-Splitter this works in WM5.

Hi all, does anyone know how to install the Internet Sharing application on Dopod 838Pro. I have the latest official Rom from Dopod, but it still doesnt have the Internet Sharing app. Has anyone extracted this from another Rom which could be installed as a .cab.

if it's wm5, it should be 'wireless modem'. in wm6, then it's 'internet sharing'.
But if it is a WM5 AKU 3 it should still have internet sharing.

It works fine for me, just check that your network config on the powerbook is set to "Automatic", then start internet sharing on the Hermes, and click Access to network on... on your powerbook (sorry I translate from french).
You are then connected and for me me it's far more stable than before.

I'm unabel to install it on my AMEO - I always get themassage "bad vender-ID"
Tried every way for a solution I found here, but nothing works - always the same result: it stops updating after 1% and the I get the message with the vender-ID

You need to do a CID unlock. Go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=315831 and download your free CID and SIM unlocker

If you are in Europe, the HTC Network Wizard should take care of that automatically. If not, you may need to visit your network provider's homepage for the details. For Internet, you need APN, Username and Password. The settings for MMS can be found in Messaging -> MMS -> Menü -> Extras -> Optionen -> MMS -> Server.
I had luck to grab a sinlock-free ameo!
Just putted TomTom 6030 on the ameo - GPS is also working without problems!

i updated my Advantage yesterday with german rom from HTC homepage and now i am missing terminal server client!!
this software always was included in Windows Mobile till version 5!
is there any way tu get terminal server client for WM6 ??

HTC WM6 German ROM: Can it drain my BT Headset???
Hi,
a few days ago I installed the HTC WM6 German ROM on my T-Mob Ameo.
I'm very happy with this ROM because it's fast and stable and all my needed programs are running.
But after the WM6 installation my BT headset (Plantronics Discovery 655) has only 3-4 hours standby time (without any phonecall and it is fully charged).
Is it possible that the WM6 bluetooth stack drains my BT headset???

The first "sticky" thread in thes forum has the Black Touch ROM which is the only cooked ROM for the Athena. I'm not sure if it is available in German but it's a great ROM.

hi, i have a qtek s200 g4 with wm6.1 shadow edition 2.0 TE by cloudyfa , and it's work great but it has bluetooth problem, no one can send me anything, the error is conection error, but i can sent any thing by bluetooth. please help to solve it.

There is not any problem.You have to check the option Settings->Connections->Beam->Receive all incomming beams and then go to the bluetooth settings->Mode and check the Make this device visible to other devices.

All of the WM5 ROMs are available on the wiki/FTP server. Take a look if you still want one.
I have SPV m600 G4 and same problem.
I checked Beam but I have the similar problem. I find out that my Com Manager always blocks, after that Bluetooth and wireless stop working.
I just finished installing new rom, and completely remove shortcut Com Manger, I use sniper for Bluetooth and I searching for Wifi program.
Now I testing WM6.1 Korand WWE 3.1

I had similar problems with almost all wm6.1 roms. But all my problems are solved now by using the wm6.1 wm7 styled II. Don't forget that you MUST have Radio Rom 2.19.

WM6.1 was the death for my battery.. Every day i had to charge..
Now I'm waiting for a stable version of WM6.5.x and I want to know how long i have to wait for it??
Who is creating a new version in German at the moment??

This problem bothered me since I installed my first new windows mobile 6..
So I'm searching for a new version without bluetooth problem..
Animelover works on a new WM6.5 version..
I'm waiting
But there are other german roms in progress anywhere??
Or does only animelover create german roms??
