Hi!
I have a Problem with my Prophet!
I have no problem getting mail while in the Standby-Mode. I just want it to notify me when I do receive mail by waking up and vibrating. Or stay in Standby-Mode and just vibrate. I would be happy with that.
If the Device is ON, its vibrate and it comes an alert!
If I wake up my Device from the Standby, I see the notification for an new eMail!
Please help me!
I have the WM6 Touch Rom from Gullum (with the 8MB Pagefile)
I found a similat Thread in another Forum, but there is no solution at the end: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=256863

Repeat notifications for text and email messages D 5S~Nd7
Under HKCU/ControlPanel/Notifications find the following keys for Email and Text messages:
find Key 15F11F90xxxx for reminders.
Copy the Options value from the Reminders key and overwrite the options value in both email and text message keys with this value (1073741853)
to the
key A877d65Axxxxxxx
key A877d65Bxxxxxxx
Once you do this, go to start - settings - sounds and notifications - notifications.
UNder events, select new email message OR new text message and you'll notice that th repeat option that was greyed out is now enabled and can be selected.
More and less the same problem.
My problem is that i canĀ“t check the repeat box in "Reminders" or in any other thing.
Can u help me on this?
Tks

Screen Wont Turn On
When i receive an SMS message, my screen wont turn-on. Pls help. Can i edit SMS settings in registry. Pls advice. Thanks!

hi,
just installed erofich's wm6.1 std rom yesterday and this is my first post here. im really glad this forum exists and thank you everyone for your great contributions...
im perfectly happy with my strtrk now and i wish i could do the following with it:
to be able to turn off the green signal indicator LED light so that it only starts blinking when there's a either a missed call, an unread txt msg, missed alarm or missed appointment reminder...
i tried looking around in the registry for a setting that controls this behavior but i couldnt find any. so im assuming this is all done on a driver level via api calls or something...
i also found a little app called "radioLED" which sort of works for this but it doesnt blink the light when there's a missed alarm, or missed appointment reminder. it worked for missed calls and unread txt messages though...
im aware that "dontforget" does this but i dont have paypal or a credit card to buy it... so im after a free, lean/clean solution...
it would be ideal if the rom developers here could build this functionality onto the OS when you release a new update...
Hi! I don't know if someone of you thinks It's a problem, but when you get a SMS when your phone is off, and you turn it on the next day. You can't see the details on when the message was sent. It only shows when yourself turned the phone on. Is there anyhow you can do so it will show the details on when the SMS was sent?.
Thanks for all the answers!
Regards Paul
Hey guys and girls (whoever is reading),
I am currently using the CM 6.1.3 ROM on my phone.
I've begin to notice that every time someone messages me on Whatsapp or through SMS while I'm on the phone with someone, my phone vibrates and it annoys me and the person with whom I am on the phone with... Is there a way I can fix this so that it doesn't vibrate while I am on the phone with someone without complete turning off the Vibration function.
Sorry if this has been asked before, I don't know if a solution has been posted. If there is a solution, can someone kindly point me to it?
Thank you,
Shukla
goto settings=>Call settings.
Then Set according to your wish. There are many options.
I have the same issue. I've just flashed it for the first time today so haven't really checked out the options yet.
You can disable it in call settings. Simples!!
Sent from my X10i using XDA App

Under Advanced Settings V.30.1, the first four options control the vibration during calls... by default, it vibrates on receive and on end... just uncheck those options.
Lol I dont think you know what i meant. I don't mind it viberating when i recieve a call or when it ends.. its during the call.. if someone sends me a email, a whatsapp msg or a SMS msg, the phone viberates during the call.
I want to ability vibration notification during calls on marshmallow, what can I do?
Hello everyone
So, I've searched before submitting this post and I didn't find a recent enough thread providing a simple fix for my problem.
I have a very disturbing problem, when I shut down my phone and receive SMS while it's off, when I receive thoses SMS they won't be set at the time they were sent, but at the time I receive them ...
Let's say I turn off my phone at 8.00, a friend send me a text at 8.15, then I turn my phone back on at 8.30, the incoming SMS will show : sent at 8.30
This problem occurs in the stock SMS app but also in ChompSMS.
I'm running a rooted galaxy S4.
So far, I've found two solutions, but the first one isn't satisfiying at all since it will add the time in all my incoming messages.
Ex : my friend send me "Hello", and what will be displayed on my phone is : "Hello (sent at 8.15)"
The second one is this one http://www.xda-developers.com/android/sms-show-sent-time-for-galaxy-s-i9000/
But i'm not sure it will work on my device and not sure that's recommended either.
Can someone help me fixing this ?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my english !
