Hi everybody , i try to flash HERM_RADIO_1.38.00.10 but phone is dead now ..
IPL-1.01 and SPL-1.09 , devices which can't boot windows and stuck while booting , and it doesn't pass the windows mobile logo ..
my phone is SuperCID before , but now i check task 32 return Level=FF ..
i think i need flash the OS Rom , i can enter window and make supercid ..

i try all solution there but can't solution ..
can't downgrade boot to 1.01/1.04 ..
can't flash any rom ..
when it boot , the phone miss OS rom and no GSM ..

I believe that if your phone has
Corrupt Radio (No GSM)
Corrupt CID
SPL 1.09
HTC_BOOT 1.08
the only solution you can use is KITL mode. If you cannot get into KITL mode I don't think you can do anything other than send the phone for repair.
I tried to upgrade my athena (french rom) with wm6 english version, and it was the crash
the original rom is dammaged and athena w'ont start enven with hard rest ???
(I did unlock it, it was bought in belgium and its was sim-unlocked).
Any help please to re-install original french rom or any thing else ???
Enter Bootloader mode and check if it says SPL: Olipro
If yes, that you should be able to flash a ROM (the one for your device)
even without ActiveSync Connection
If not, you haven't unlocked correctly.
Don't know what you can do then -_-

When you put your hermes to bootloader, and you plug in usb cable, if the text changes to usb then you should be able to be able to flash any ROM. If you try flashing with SD card, it will work if you can get it to boot loader.
you not read all my post why i ask this because:
I WANT TO UnBrick the Bricked Hermes with "SPL 2.03 - IPL 1.04 - NO GSM - KITL Disabled"
There are many people have this kind of brick but still no solution for it.
I want to ask the mods to make this thread sticky so if anyone find a sulotion for this type of brick would post it Here.
Summary :
IPL: 1.04
SPL: 2.03
CID: NO SUPER CID LEVEL=FFF
NO GSM
KITL Disabled
I have tested all the possible sulotions available in the wiki but none of the could help me unbrick my hermes.
P.S. : Please just post your sulotions here NOT your comments like "you CAN TRY THIS I TRY ALL IN XDA DEVELOPERS", "It's your fault to use telstra wm6"

Yes there is but before flashing i recromend that u SIM unlock ur phone and CID unlock it (use the search or WIKI on how to do that) and then upload ur TyTN with the latist HardSPL (RECROMENDED) if you dont you run a masive risk of bricking ur TyTN!!
Doing this will Void Ur Warenty (if u have one)

error 260 is an open port error, try any of the following:
reset your phone
reset you pc
change usb ports
turn off firewalls or antivirus software

I will start with my story: I have a qtek S200 and i have make a mistake i think? a friend off my set that i cane use every rom for your phone. So i have putt this a Vincent rom on it. (that's the only thing i know)
Now i want a new rom but, every Rom for a Prophet that i tray on my S200 stops by the Red/Green/Blue screen.
Can some wane help me to get a working Rom for me or a fix for this problem.

the problem. You haven't HARDSPL your Device.
Now, go to bootloader mode and flash PDAVIETTemp ,which can be found here.
PDAVIET TEMP
and HARDSPL your Device.
once you HARDSPL your device. SPL information should be 2.G4.4PDA for PPC G4 or 2.G3.4PDA for PPC G3.
Read WIKI. What is SPL. And how to go to bootloader mode.

2. FORCE BOOLOADER MANUALLY, (very important )
3. Flash NVID for Prophet
4. after restart and activesync,
5. use my Lazy_tool to flash any rom you like....

To hardspl your device. Read here.
You can HARDSPL your device. Or use lazytool from youzi. Posted from dioxda2.
Lazytool is using softspl.

from the wiki, there is a sentence missing after "To enter bootloader, you need to hold the comm manager button and soft reset."
that is " then release the stylus and keep pressing the comm. button until you see the bootloader screen"

Don't worry, both way can do.
1. Flash with the tool included in your favorite rom package.
2. or change the nk.nbf in the Lazy_Tool will do ,too.
