My Personal Edited Crystal4 ( based on hma4) - JAMin, XDA Neo, S200 ROM Development

First of all I'd like to thank hma4 for cooking this ROM. Thanks for your great job..
This ROM is the original one from Crystal V4. with some changes..But the most important thing is...It has a NEW OS 5.2.1933 (Build 18533.0.7.0). The same one as Touch X from GULLUM.
But the most important thing, BLUETOOTH Problem fixed.
At this version I've added Bluetooth Repair cab (from hma4), Dr Yar Bluetooth v1.6, Adobe Reader ( is also installed),Touch Comm Manager, Touch Black Dialer.So now it has "a Touch Looks"
With bluetooth's repair from hma4 , Active Sync through Bluetooth works perfectly.
At this Version I've removed HTC Action Screen. Sorry hma4, I knew at Crystal V4, you made it by yourself. I just don't find it fit. But the rest are the same.
as usual you have to downgrade first. Use PDA Viet WM5 No Vendor

Some other things that should be done after doing those all above :

2 things:
first : The crystal V4 OS is 5.2.1933 (Build 18533.0.7.0) !
Second: Crystal V4 has no bluetooth problem ! no need for any cab or anything.
Also to remove the HTC Action screen all you have to do is delete the file from CrystalV4\Extrom folder before running the romUpgrade.bat

Has anyone else has problems with the sound in calls. My speaker is making a buzzing / crackling noise that was not there when I was using WM5. Have been looking for a sound fix, but have not found anything yet. I may have to flash back to WM5 if I cannot get this to work correctly. This is the second rom I have tried with the problem.
Any replies would be appreciated

With this ROM (as it is old) you will need to downgrade your ROM first using the first link, and then upgrade it with the second ROM link. With other, more recent ROMs, the downgrade is not necessary but you need to HardSPL instead.

This particular ROM we are talking about in this thread is one of an older generation. It is from a time that we flashed our Prophets in a different, more hacking, way. It didn't needed HardSPL (it didn't exist at that time). We had to prepare our Prophets in another way: downgrading to a solid WM5 state, so the hacking tools that were used to exchange the OS would work as they should. That preparation is made by flashing the first step, it has become know as "Step 1". The second part is to exchange the OS and the ExtROM from the standard WM5 to the modified ROM (in this case WM6). That is what the second link will provide, the so called "Step 2".
