i have an Hp Ipaq 6815 with the 1.05b rom from NHOCBANME but i cant reach my sim contacts , when i hit the contact button i get a other contact managing program than the original, it is not a bad thing but i want all my sim contacts in there, how must i do that ???
and YES i have searched the forum hahahaa
EDIT: i have searched the Net, and i found that PocketCM doesn't support that, how can i unistall this program because it is not in the Remove Programs list, that is normal bacause this program was baked in the rom :S . or is an other way to import my SIM contacts

I upgraded the TSM500 to 1.60a and everithing worked fine.
After running out of Battery the contacs and phone tabs on todays screen stoped working.
Syncronization failed and no way to use the himaupgrade tool as it fails when trying to delete old rom files.
The rest of the progras keep on runnig properly. :?: :?:

I'm new here so I want to say hello !
I have a HTC TOUCH DUAL in polish Orange network.
I have a problem with doubled contacts in Contact Manager , bacause I have contacts on SIM and in Phone Memory. I want to see only contacts from Phone Memory so I found somewhere information that I have to change some entry in registry.

and I have used PHM RegEdit on my device to change it - and it works fine but, after system restart or soft reset , everything is backing up to previously version so if I want to view contacts from phone memory I have to change entry in registry after every restart of the device.
Maybe someone now how to solve this problem ?
Second case is that I cannot find when to change HTC Home options.
I want to set an automatic update of weather and I don't know where can I do that ?
Third thing is that I want to use internet network from my PC which is under Vista control in my HTC TOUCH DUAL. I have installed new software which is like ActiveSync but for Vista and I cannot use Internet in my device thru my PC.
Any suggestions ?

Hi there,
I have successfully upgraded to wm6. Or so I thought.
A pushserviceerror appears while starting the device. Thats no biggy, but I cant add any outlook contacts, nor can I sync them with my ones on the my vaio.
I used Charmer_Touch_GER_Beta_2.8 to upgrade.
Everything else is working fine.
Can anyone please help me?

nobody? How can I hard reset the device with wm6 on it. May be this could help.

I had the same problem
If you have a working window, just go to Setting->System->Clear Storage
push camera & voice button and soft reset button togehter...
after hard resetting, don't interrupt the following automatic setup of the phone...
( if you do, the porblem with the outlook contact liste will still be there... )

i keep getting errors like mobile error or invalid sim.
i have tried advanced config and no difference
but when i start typing a number or typing a name in the phone it show the contacts on my sim??

the setting, phone --> show sim contact (no)
have the same result. the name and number is not in contact manager, but when i type the number it shows.

Well for me it works only sometimes in my phones. But not only in my Charmer in every WM phone I have. Sometimes it displays the SIMContacs in Contacs and sometimes not. I don't know why but it seems to be a problem of WM6.5 with HTC Radios.

I've recently lost my HTC windows mobile phone, and along with it I've also lost all my phone contacts.
I have a backup of my contact in my PC as a DSB file, I know that i could use the dopod sim manager.cab file to restore my contacts, but the point is I don't have a windows phone to restore it.
Any help on restoring the contact in Windows - 7 Environment.

I had a problem when my HTC HD-2 forgot the pin , Tried every thing but to no avail.
Had to to do a hard reset , I used this opertunity to flash the new 3.14 rom on the HD 2
I did it sucessfully.
I had used PIM backup to back up all my contacts , approx 1700 contacts
I ran the restore and got all my contacts, call logs , mesages all back
then I tried to sync with out look to get my one notes back ( I use win xp wih Active Sync ) , but some how I get an error message and my contacts almost double.
Tried to erase all contacts of outlook and resynced same problem , some how outlook add blank entries in the contacts list approx 645
Now i want to get my one note file that i have saved seprately back onto HD2 , but it wont go.
Please advice me ,
