**EDIT**
Ok, I was able to load 2.4. I had my usb cable connected from my laptop to my xv6800. For some reason this prevented it from rebooting. Once I was on the today screen I ran the 2.4 update and ran smoothly. I was able to put dcd's 2.3.2 and 3.27 radio and everything is fine. I'll atempt it again after clean up the hair I just pulled out.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm fairly new to this and maybe I should've waited a little bit longer before I tried dcd's 3.0 with the latest radio. Anyway here's my problem...
I can't get SPL 2.4 to load so the phone keeps rebooting. I've tried loading 2.4 through SD card and through RUU. Both times it says 100% successful but when I go into the bootloader screen on my phone it still says SPL-1.20.Olipro and phone keeps rebooting. I've tried putting vzw 2.09 rom on with an older radio and still can't get 2.4 to load or the phone to stop rebooting.
I'm on verizon.
thanks for any hlep you guys can give me.

I have flashed my device many times, and I am trying to test out no2chem's rom. I currently have flashed dcd's 6.1 rom, and whenever I run the RUU, as soon as my ppc hits the boot screen it says USB and then I get a message on my windows xp machine that the device is not recognized. Then it disconnects and I am stuck. Anyone experience this? I have rebooted, etc...many times.
In dcds post with the latest radio he mentions to install the new radio, the new rom, and then upgrade to 2.4 because the latest rom is not compatible with it but my phone keeps rebooting and i cant setup a activesync connection to update to ollipro 2.4 any help asap would be appreciated
Load your phone into screen say:
TITA100
SPL-1.20.Olipro
Hold power + camera + soft reset w/ stylus to make a Olipro screen appear.
Next, run unlocker, keep click a "NO" box about 5 times.
Run the rest of the software.
mine stays 1.20 olipro
i know im missing something, this is the first time ive caught a snag flashing my phone.
unlocker 2.4 is a dos prompt theres no place to put no
Reconnect your device to the desktop- that should stop the rebooting- it did for me. Once it stops, you can load 2.40
i understand what you mean now but after it installed the temp one, it took just a second to load ollipro 2.4 with 100%completeion but it still shows 1.2 on my screen after a reset and all as if it never installed. What gives
i load 2.4 and it still keeps 1.2 for some reason,
actually active sync did catch it before it rebooted (with the arrows at the top of the screen) and i was able to run titanunlocker.bat successfully
I had the same issue before. Just flash a new 1.2 compatible ROM to your phone then it should boot allowing you to reflash 2.4.

and then you're stuck not being able to boot/flash the new radio
Alright guys, i've got a weird one. I have tried the stock ROM (3.56), the round 4 rom (dcd 3.2.6), stock radio roms from 3.35.40 to 3.42.50 and this just keeps happening. After I upgraded from a 6.0 rom to a 6.1 rom my mogul has kept getting stuck in roaming and if I turn roaming off I have no signal. After a while I finally get signal but it takes anywhere from 15mins to 6 hours. I'm running PRL 60613.
You guys got any ideas?
i had this problem. for some reason i just reprovisioned my phone and the issue went away. your MDN and MSID numbers. i dont know how this will work for you. good luck.
when you flashed the radio if you let the customizations run from that it could stick you in roaming if its not your carrier that the radio was associated with... solution re flash the radio then before it updates flash the rom
Thanks for the replies guys, but I ended up figuring it out. Cardriver was right, I reset and reprovisioned my phone and the problem went away. Turned out when I upgraded to 6.1 it flashed my radio in the process and for some reason the provisions weren't working right afterward. Apparently it happens occasionally.

Did you upgrade by USB or storage card. I heard this happens with USB alot but not storage card method. I have never had it happen to me using storage card but a few times using USB. Just curious.

By USB, so the pattern fits.
I have spent the past week on this problem , including reading ppcgeeks & ppckitchen threads for hooouuuurrrs. And still no working phone!
What I have: ActiveSync 4.5 on an XP desktop. I successfully RUU WM6.1 onto my Alltel PPC6800, had the upgraded radio, internal GPS worked.
The problem:
From the Bootloader screen, without ActiveSync, I flash a ROM. After RUU says it was successful the Mogul resets. No LEDs light up and the screen stays off. I Hard Reset. The Green LED comes on and stays on.
I’ve removed the battery and Hard Rest and Soft Reset with the result being that just the Green LED stays on.
Whenever I use the RUU the current ROM version on the phone is not displayed. But the RUU lets me continue.
I can always get the Bootloader (tri-color) screen, which has:
TITA100 MFG
SPL-2.40.Olipro
CPLD-9
After re-flashing the stock WM 6.1 ROM, the phone gets into a reset loop with nothing displayed on the screen and the Green LED blinking.
I’ve re-flashed 2 previous Kitchen ROMs that worked originally.. No change.
I’ve removed and then reinstalled ActiveSync. Rebooted XP. Still no connection.
I’ve removed and reinstalled PPCKitchen with successful updating. Rebooted XP. No change.
I’ve tried to flash from my fats formatted 2gb SD with renaming RUU_signed.ngh to “TITAIMG.nbh” and copying it. Got the Grey screen with progress bar. Then Hard Reset. No change.
I’ve tried every combination of Soft reset, Hard reset, battery removed combination with each ROM flash.
I’ve tried the Titan Exit Bootloader exe. This was successfully executed but did not solve the problem.
I’ve tried flashing the radio but I get a Bad Command error.
Update: In an attempt to diagnose the source of the problem by eliminating my cooked ROMs as the problem, using the SD method, I Flashed third parson's cooked Alltel ROM.
By all indicators the Flash was successful. I have Hard Rest (pushing the "R" then "space bar" when told to do so) several times. (Once I removed the battery for several minutes then Hard Reset.) But I still have the same problem of after Hard Reset the Green LED stays on and the screen appears to be off.
Since I am having the same results with my cooked ROMs I believe that my Bootloadeer and ROMs are OK. (Looking for confirmation here.)
Then is the problem with the radio? Or is it a hardware problem?
Any help is appreciated!!
Maybe try updating the radio? As far as I remember there were a few radio versions that did have internal GPS enabled but are still incompatible with the latest ROMs.
What radio version are you running now?

Sounds like you need to just flash a new radio to your phone.... I had the same problem at one time and that fixed it...
Problem solved??
Skippyd, Thanks for the suggestion!!
Interesting Update: I started to take more risks. (All flashing was done by SD method.)
I re-flashed radio 3.42.50. Although the flash was completed there was no change in results. I re-flashed both ROMs that had worked and ones that had no change. And still no change.
Then I decided to flash any ROMs made for Alltel (Titan) that I could find. (I wasn't really seeing if the ROMs had radios in them.)
I flashed nueROM_MTitan-201-201-spackr.rar which booted to the 2nd splash screen [AAAHHH!!! something different!!!] The following information also appeared on the screen:
Nuekernel 3.01
Build 109(c) 2008 No2chem
High Mem (camera disabled)
HTC
M09
B03
P=DCAAXAM 4350H
R=3.42.50
D=3.56
After resets and re-flashes of this ROM I could not get past the 2nd. Splash screen.
I next went to the link from: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=22132&highlight=boot+stop+splash (post # 3)
I flashed: Alltel_titan_20273_a2.rar . However, the result was the same as my original problem.
I skipped the .exe file that was in the list.
Then I flashed Nex_5054.8_Alltel_b3.rar and SUCCESS!!! It booted. (I did not install any of the CABs listed on the screen.) I can enter all of the menues. I don't know if GPS still works. The green LED flashes like it did when I could use the phone. (I can't use the phone now because I reactivated my old phone.)
I have not tried these other ROMs that are also listed:
Nex_5054_Alltel_b2.rar
Nex_5054_Alltel_spb'd.rar
Nex_Alltel_dcd_3.0.0.rar
Nex_Alltel_superBB_chick.rar
Before I do any more test-flashes, can anyone tell me:
#1) what additional information I should copy off my phone before I try these other ROMs?
#2) can anyone tell me the differences in the ROM that works and the ones that did not (so I know why Nex_5054.8_Alltel_b3.rar works)?
And #3) Does anyone have any suggestions before I proceed with testing other ROMs or try cooking my own again?
Thanks, in advance, for your help!
It is ok yesterday.
And I installed about 10 apps today and found that it will reboot if I lock the phone (the screen goes dark).
I don't remember the name of those apps.
So, how can I find out the problem of the certain app?
Must I uninstall all the apps to find out the problem?
THX!
If u go to the market and download a app called (instant uninstaller) it lets u choose to show the apps by date installed
Sent from my ADR6400L using XDA Premium App
thx! let me try it.
So did this fix your issue? I am having the exact same problem.
I'm rooted (using ADB method), running Das BAMF 2.1 with Imoseyon's 2.54test4 kernel .
I can reproduce the a reboot everytime by doing this:
1. With the phone unplugged from the charger, press the lock button so the screen goes off. Once the screen goes off, in about 10 seconds it will reboot everytime.
2. Or, if I leave it set and the screen goes off by itself, it will reboot in about 10 seconds (after the screen goes off) everytime.
If I leave it on the charger, or never let the screen go off, it has never rebooted on me. I got this phone 2 days ago and have been battling it ever since.
UPDATE:
I have eliminated the following as a potential issue.
1. I wiped everything and flashed a new ROM, Kernal, and Radio, and still the exact same results.
2. I tried a new battery, and still the same results.
3. Tried two other kernals with each of the two ROMS, and still the same results.
Out of ideas at the moment.
Thinking of trying to flash back to stock so I can see if it still does it then.... Lost.
Solved my problem for now. Here is what I did.
1. Flashed back to these radios
CDMA: 1.13.605.7
LTE: 1.12.605.6
2. Flashed back to Froyo based ROM, Das BAMF 1.8.
Of course, I wiped everything before doing so. I've been up for about an hour now with my phone resting comfortably with no reboots at all.
Will try again in a few days to flash back to a gingerbread based rom, as I would really like to have Netflix.
If anyone has a gingerbread ROM and radio combo that they have working well together please let me know. You might also shout out which kernal you are using too.
UPDATE:
So I have obviously done some more troubleshooting on this, and I may have something to make sense of.
Since I flashed the GB MR2 radio and ThunderstickGB rom using the kernal provided with it. After bootup, I again had the reboot issues everytime the screen timed out or was locked. Just like before, It would reboot everytime unless the screen was kept on or plugged in to a charger.
I flashed back to the original Froyo radio just to see if that would make a change. Of course, I had no signal, but it would at least tell me if it were the newer MR2 or MR2.5 radios giving me fits. Even with the original radio, it still gave me the same reboots on screen timeout or locked.
So, I started over and this is what finally worked:
Flashed MR2 radio and ThunderstickGB rom again. This time, I flashed the stock GB kernal, instead of using a modified one. Bingo.... no reboots at all.
My feeling is that for some reason, some of the Kernals are undervolting the unit to a point that it shuts off or reboots. I am completely technically illiterate when it comes to the inner workings of Kernals and such, but the one common demoninator between my working Froyo and GB roms was that there was no Governor or Speed Tweak controlling the processor other than what comes in stock form.
Oh and by the way, thanks for eveyone's help with this.... I couldn't have done it without you.
