I have installed the ROM for O2 Atom EXEC with ce-star Chinese. It seems OK.
The ROM version is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional CE OS 5.2.19199 (build 19199.1.0.2) Abusalza.
I set the region as English(Australia) then after I installed the CE-Star. I found the windows live messenger could work well.
But the system cannot allow me to new a SMS directly, or via the menu in contacts.
How can I do to fix the problem?

Howzit,try using pocket CM 0.20 from freewarepocketpc.net, it gives your contacts the iphone look,with pictures
Which Chinese Traditional firmware in WM 6.0 or WM 6.1 for O2 Atom are most stable and fast?

In my opinion, the CE-Star 2.8 r3 was the most stable Chinese Traditional input application for O2 Atom with Windows mobile 6 and 6.1, because I also using this with my windows mobile 6.1 currently (stable also when I using windows mobile 6).

Do you have Erofich's Windows Mobile 6.1 pro rom v2 or his Windows Mobile Standard 6.1 V9x installed on your phone. My xT9 lang pack is only available for Windows Mobile 6.1 pro. If you use Windows Mobile Standard 6.1 v9x you have to use t´he package from modaco.

before I will buy a HD2, I need some answers:
1.) How can I find out which WinMo version is included in the ROM? Which number in the devices "software info"-tab tells me whether the WM version is 6.5.0, 6.5.2 or 6.5.3 ?
2.) What is the most recent WM version (is it 6.6 or even higher?).
2.) Is there any CLEAN ROM with the updated WM version? No custom programs, no deletes of software, no custom themes? And my last questions is how to find such a ROM build here in this forum? How to search for it?

The HTC HD2 have only WM 6.5! only custom rom used WM 6.5.x

Yes, Artemis rom is very close to Stock rom lets say 95% but the big different is the use of WM 6.5.5 in combination with the latest packaging.

But my first question is still unanswered. Where can you see, which WM version you have installed?
For example you have the Artemis ROM, it has Operating System Version: 5.2.23518 (23518.5.5.0)
So where can you see that this is WM 6.5.5? I guess here -> 5.2.23518 (23518.5.5.0), am I right?
