I am new in here and I am experimenting with my niki. I just realized that I have not any sound on m device. I flashed many different roms but the problem was not solved. I am using T-mobile UK Niki200 and “Niki SuperCID and Security Unlocker”. Can anybody please help?

or only OS roms?

looks like you've got pre-production device there... if so, device bootloader needs to be upgraded first..

I am trying to get TNT .20273 working on my G4, but my radio version is 2.30.11 and I heard this is why its not working correctly. I downloaded the T-Mobile 2.19.11, but I have Cingular...will this make a difference? Do I flash this like any other ROM? Do I need to flash this before or after I flash a new ROM?
Radio Rom is independent of any Rom/OS,it can be flashed to any device version or Rom/OS working on the phone,it has its own protocols (GSM) and doesn't include any IPL/SPL (Bootloaders) so it can easily and safely be flashed to any wizard device.
Secondly,as you have a G4 device and its CID locked,it can not be upgraded to any wm6 rom like TNT,unless you either upgrade through SoftSPL or HardSPL.
Thirdly,where have you heard,since you have radio version is 2.30.11 and its cause for not getting the phone upgraded to TNT Rom ? As I said above,Radio Rom has got nothing to do with ROM/OS.Yes! you can flash Radio Rom 2.19.11,it doesn't matter if you have a Cingular.
Wm6 Roms like TNT will certainly flash regardless of which version of Radio Rom you have at the present

Is there any "recommended" radio version? I've heard there are some old ones but I just wonder if upgrading it would really make any difference about the phone's reception.
I've noticed there are now two ways to flash new ROMs, hard and soft SLP, which one is best? My phone is already SIM unlocked but I want to load Slim Diamond WM 6.1.

Well I got TNT .20273 "working", but I was always getting missed calls and texts and whenever I would soft reset I would get like 10 cannot load blah blah file and I read somewere it was because the radio version I had. Plus I heard 2.19.11 was the best with no dropped calls and such.

First determine which version is your phone,G3 or G4,its very important,coz method for flashing a rom is altogether different for both the devices.
HardSPL and SoftSPL are solely meant to flash a G4 device and shud not be done for a G3 phone,likewise CID unlocking method for a G3 phone,through lokiwiz02b or WST_4.2.2 Tool, shud not be carried out on a G4 device.
You need to do alot of reading to understand all these methods,So..... get going!!! or else you might end up 'Bricking" your phone

ok so you said that. i'd like to say, i have a g3 with radio 02.25.11 and i'm fixin to use a multitude of different roms i've found here .. some with touch flow, others are this and that. but none of them say anything about radio roms or compatibility or dropped call count. so my question to you is, will this radio rom i have make a difference? am i going to have to change radio roms or no?

I did the reading and the upgrade. Evertyhing went great and my wizard is now running WM 6.1 and working great.
I do have a follow up question though. I noticed there are different ROMs and the today screen looks different (the way the clock is shown, the icons available, etc).
Is there any way to change the way things look without changing the ROM?

hello everyone I have a 100 niki I unlocked with your methods thank you it went well now I have a problem with the camera that not work (still black) and the sound cut that I spend the first call.
I tried to change the hardspl in 1.22 or 1.16 come to 100% is successful and when I reboot: still 1.15!

for those in the same case here as I should always start by copying the SSPL on the NIKI then updates the SPL.

what radio version and what firmware you are use actual?

As he wrote, when you wanna change the SPL, you should start by copying the SSPL to your phone and running it, then apply the hardSPL.

I had the same issue and after following his instructions step by step i fixed it!
P.s for you with the camera issue, try installing a new radio firmware after the hardSPL upgrade.

If you've got one of the newer ROM's on your phone, you'll need the 1.65.XXX radio or higher I think, they include newer drivers that some of the new ROMs require.
Try flashing a few new radios onto your phone, one should fix it for you.
Hi mate i am new user for HTC phones today i try to change language for HTC S12HT phone its from Softbank Japan no i flashed with english rom but now this phone not detecting NET WORK but customer gave bfore gave to some other place and they try to unlock but when i recive this phone this phonme is unlocked but with japanese language after i flashed with enlish rom and now its with english rom but its not detecting NETWORK i think this is some software fault how can i solve this problem

There are several cabs in that thread and one of them is for NETWORK.
If that doesn't work, I suggest to do the HardSPL 1.22 here:

After HardSPL 1.22 flash the English rom again.
If all of this failed, then check your download, and download the English rom again.

It looks like it's a radio problem, for some reason the rom and radio are not working together, I'm not sure if there is a fix, but if someone can upload the Japanese rom, maybe I can strip the radio out.

Hey guys i keep getting an error when i try to flash the hard spl 1.22 to my Touch Dual... its a Neon200 i believe... i want to try and flash Tom Codon's rom to my phone but its not letting me! please help me :/

The rom isn't compatible with you device. May be Tom Codon's rom is for Niki100 ? Try another rom
