I am using O2 Atom Life.
Recently i just found that my phone wil hang when i starts the Camera program. Therefore i need to reset my phone. Sometimes the battery status is unknown, and i don't know what is the remaining power (intermitent.). I have tried to upgraded the rom downloaded from seeo2.com but my problem still can't solve.
Currently my version is:
ExtROM: EX0917
Hardware: V7
Radio: Not Ready
ROM: WWE_RC2140907B2
Anyone knows why? I suspect maybe the rom/apps is corrupted . Could someone tell me how to flash back to the original ROM come with my Atom Life?

what software ? You you mean the ROM, i have already updated. still the same problem.

i have tried to use this ROM. But still having the same problem. I think probably hardware problem.

Hello all
Just got hold of one of these the unit starts to the screen where it says welcom to t-mobile and with a small letters in the bottem right hand corner stating G R 5.01.16 i assume that this is the rom version. I have added a pic of the screen, Apprently it will only get to this screen, ((im new to xda;s) i work with normal pda;s not the phone type sorry) Now is this the boot loader screen and if so can i use the sd card way to fix it. If not can anyone give me any ideas? many thanks. I have added a pic of the screen

1. Download the XDA-DevelopersROM Version 1.1
2. Install the ROM on your Device via SD-Card and bootloader.
Is this mandatory? I mean, to install this special version? Or would it suffice, if one has upgraded with another ROM from lumpistefan's site?
Inhowfar differs this ROM from others?[/code]

Don´t know why, but this ROM is one of only one, that is booting complete with a malfunction GSM-part.
So i would recommend to use this.
After your system is fixed, you could change to every ROM Version....

Krischu, password is xda, that works for me anyway.
While flashing a cooked rom on my athena,my stupid pc crashed T.T;now,when i enter bootloader the device id is corrupted,there is not written athe100,but only some points;i can only read ipl and spl version.So,if i try to flash a new rom,the program cant detect the device id and it stop at 1%.There is a way to force flashing a new rom,with right id ?Help pls!
Btw the athena still boot wm6,but the first and second screen seems to be corrupted.

Have you removed your SD card before trying to flash? The 1% hang is typical with that.
yes,never had 1.The error that rom update utikity give me is:error[244]:invalid device id.I think i only need a update utility that can skip device id check...maybe someone had this problem?^

Uhm i dont have the original rom,only those i can find on this forum.Btw i think there are not big difference.The device i have should be an advantage x7500.I already tryed too flash a new rom with pc or using a sd card,but it wont work.There is a way to change my device id?For example using mtty?Or maybe there is a way to skip id check >.<?

This is completely different. Try writing another flash image, either original ROM or a cooked one. I suggest you look for a cooked one, as it has all the needed updates.

sounds to me like the first flash was a non tmous rom without radio, which would make the phone not boot, but not kill it, then the second flash did include a radio that has killed it.
@12793080 we need to know what rom you tried to flash. please give the full rom filename.

thats not for t mobile usa. Your phone is dead from radio 2.07.51.05.

Hello friends, i need help and dont know what to do.
I have HTC HD 2 and before 3 months i installed WP7.
Yesterday i tryed to back wm 6.5, after formated Sd Card to FAT32 and tryed to update with official stock rom from sd card and then the phone said " update software failed try again " or something like this. After that i did hard reset and tryed again but this way from the pc and give me error again "error 264", so i don't know what to do now ,Help me plssss, i can't live without my phone ? !!!

Correct official rom? Needs to match your serial,,, more info needed, what phone what spl in bootloader, what official rom....

Yesterday I flashed 1.100 FW on my XP U. After flashing FW I faced touch lag while typing. While typing fast some of the letters did not got typed. I have to press them twice or thrice.
So now I flashed XP U back to 1.10 but the problem still persist.
Pls somebody provide me solution as my phone is out of warranty.

Try to downgrade the version with .89 and check if problem persists. Also did you try cleaning all data and take a factory reset?

Yes. I am done with factory reset and clearing all data.
Can this happen due to moisture?? cause m in Mumbai, India..its rainy season over here..

Phone's screen is wet due to humidity? If it's so could create some problems but nothing serious. Just clean the display with a cloth.
Your phone is out of warranty due to unblocked bootloader mate?

na..its more than 1 year old.
I performed screen test from service menu...all looking fine..no breaks while drawing lines..so it means no hardware problem, m I right?

Could be hardware related but not sure mate. Do you face any other problems with touchscreen or you face problems with keyboard?
Did you try to install another keyboard from playstore maybe?

Hmm.. Since you have no warranty unblock your bootloader and install jb from pipi14. It's the only solution that I can suggest you mate. Note that on jb front camera won't work.

devsin123 didn't report anymore if problem persists after installing jb so i can't tell you any other solutions.
All the probably solutions that though, i posted them above. Sorry.

Hi I'm facing problem in rooting my device, actually I rooted my device runing on ics I worked perfectly, everything was great my cellphione was smooth as never before then I installed cwm recovery n tried to install jellybean Rom but then it lead my device to brick I then flashed my device with original ics Rom and it worked but then I again tried to root and it says your device is already rooted but when I check through an application it says your device doesnt have root access plz rply how to I root my device plz help I have already unlocked bootloader..
