then voila I would like to make my own rom for my prophet, the only problem is I want to leave on the basis of a Roma HTC TOUCH (Roma seya v4b diamond), to make it compatible to my prophet.
I never do rom or portage, I solicite your help!!

@first im new here *more in to PC tweaking *
I mentioned that the HW of the prophet and the HTC Touch p3450 are the same except the keypad....*correct me if im wrong*
but if it is the same can i use a touch p3450 rom ???
cause i think it should be possible the prophet has more keys so if someone is still wanting to develop something why not start with a htc p3450 rom and rebuild it with more keys assigned

No, you can't use another ROM which aren't especially designed for the HTC Prophet!
If you flash it, the best what can be done is that your devicxe is hanging at the bootscreen! So, please test it not before you're a profi user!

i've installed on my htc dual touch a very strange and "strongly" rom:
the rom Version is NIKI PRO
At the startup i see on the screen "test only not for sale", but i want to change this tipe of rom......
i'm not able to remove this.......
when i try to install some rom's i receive the 3 color screen, after the bar with the %.....and after....boom....nothing....
please please help me 'cause i want to use my htc like "original"
i need a link from the Niki Pro rom .... dont open 2 threads!
I think you need to flash the HardSPL before flashing another ROM! But I don't know if you can flash the HardSPL in this state!

it's my first time and i bricked my phone a lot, every time i flash it back because i fail.
I supplie the developers here to try to create a french rom with 6.5 windows mobile, or if any body can be nice to show me step by step how to do it,it will be very nice.

I have Mighty Rom 6.5 installed on my HTC Touch Pro, but due to some problem with the ROM, I would like to re install the ROM, I tried to download the ROM form Mighty Rom's website, but its down. can anyone provide a alternative link for the same, it will be a great help..
