i've installed on my htc dual touch a very strange and "strongly" rom:
the rom Version is NIKI PRO
At the startup i see on the screen "test only not for sale", but i want to change this tipe of rom......
i'm not able to remove this.......
when i try to install some rom's i receive the 3 color screen, after the bar with the %.....and after....boom....nothing....
please please help me 'cause i want to use my htc like "original"
i need a link from the Niki Pro rom .... dont open 2 threads!
I think you need to flash the HardSPL before flashing another ROM! But I don't know if you can flash the HardSPL in this state!

@first im new here *more in to PC tweaking *
I mentioned that the HW of the prophet and the HTC Touch p3450 are the same except the keypad....*correct me if im wrong*
but if it is the same can i use a touch p3450 rom ???
cause i think it should be possible the prophet has more keys so if someone is still wanting to develop something why not start with a htc p3450 rom and rebuild it with more keys assigned

No, you can't use another ROM which aren't especially designed for the HTC Prophet!
If you flash it, the best what can be done is that your devicxe is hanging at the bootscreen! So, please test it not before you're a profi user!

First of all, what device are you using? then what ROM did u flashed your unit? please read the thread were you got your ROM. maybe there is an answer to your query. enjoy reading =)

hello my friends,and thank you for your attention .please forgive me because of my note, but i really need for help, my device is o2 atom pure an i used pdaviet wm6 flash rom ,please teach me how can i it over clock cpu for downgrade .my problem is that the image is converted and the image frames are shown very slowly .and when i try use the camera it is not load for first time and i shoud be try again it

I believe medkid is the author of your ROM, you can try and read thoroughly the thread and ask this query if no one has this situation. there could also be a quick fix for your problem as well. Im sorry but I haven't tried his rom.
do you want to overclock the unit? or do you want to downgrade the cpu clock? you can use XCPUScalar to do the job,

I searching desperately for a way to change the green Windows Mobile 6.1 Boot screen at startup to change for something else.
I read a lot of changing some registry keys or overwriting a welcomehead.96.png, but they both don't seem to work
Registry keys have been changed,
The file welcomehead.96.png does not exists in my ROM of my S740
I hope someone is able to help me, because I'm getting frustrated.

My question is that I have HTC Touch (Indian edition). Please let me know if I can upgrade to WM6.1 version or not. If yes then please let me know where I can download the dump and how can I install in my device.

Please use the search there are stock like "clean" ROMs.
