Hello Everybody,
after flashing a rom to my Nike it does not connect to my PC anymore! I tried everything, but it keeps saying "Cannot execute \Windows\repllog.exe". Tried installing Memmaid and add new notifications to start repllog.exe when a RS232 connection was made etc. but it won't work! now I can't flash another ROM to repair my phone. Anyone has an idea?

hi all,
i learned everything bout my wallaby here; upgraded my rom thousand times
; but this time im havin a strange problem...
ive: Activesync 4.1
Wallaby PW10a1
rom: wm2003 (qtek version)
ive cooked myself a rom at romkitchen as i made hundreds of times before; i downloaded the exe; i connected my pda thru activesync - everything normal until here- and it shyncs wit my pc; then i open the exe file i downloaded but it sayz: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote device"
i restarted my Pc; soft reset and hard reset the pda; and re-installed active sync; but still no success
any ideas???
Your currently installed ROM prohibits flashing via Active Sync. You have to reflash via SD-Card....

I have had my 8125 for about 2 1/2 years now, love it!. Just the other day, it started locking up and giving me the white screen of death.
I tried to flash it with a rom, and it got to 99% and then lost connection. Tried to do the recovery, but that failed too.
I have found alot of good information from the smart and wonderful people on this forum and tried a bunch of stuff.. but I am now stuck.
Now, I can always boot into the bootloader, and it says USB over the left softkey, but no apps can connect to the phone.
I tried to use other RUU roms, HardSPL, SoftSPL, etc...I tried to unlock my CID using the thread in this forum, but SoftSPL couldnt connect to the phone via USB.
All apps error with "error unable to connect to device."
I have read the forum about having a bad mimi-USB port, but I dont think thats my case.
Please help! I am pretty close

Ok,first,no other custom build rom will flash on it,except official stock rom of the carrieror,however, you can try wizard_love rom,as it has patched IPL/SPL (Bootloaders),so don't try to flash any other custom build,as its a G4,custom rom can only be flashed through SoftSPL or HardSPL.
Download official carrier's stock rom and wizard_love rom.
Secondly,
1.Disable activesync or rather uninstal it altogether,as its not needed during flashing a rom.
2.End process 'wcescomm.exe' in the 'windows Task Manager.
3.Clear and delete the 'Temp Folder' files
4.Run 'Disk Cleaner'
5.Disable all Anti Virus and Firewall.
6.Try to stop/disable all running programs in the background via 'Task Manager'
7. Get the battery fully charged,as many comm errors are due to weak or discharged battery.
After doing all this,get the phone in Bootloaders before connecting with pc via usb cable,there shudn't be any usb at the bottom of the Bootloaders,now connect with pc and check if usb appears at the bottom,if its there than,its establishing connection,go ahead and run official stock or wizard_love rom.Don't use the pc or play games or check emails,don't even do any word,excell or any office application.Check if any application/program interferes with the flash,either disable or remove that program.
Does the battery get charged through usb cable ? verify it.
If after getting the phone into bootloaders and connecting through usb cable,small usb doesn't appear,it means there's a connectivity problem,replace the usb cable and verify it again.Even try with another pc with winXP or change the usb input port of the pc ,put the usb cable in some other usb port on the pc.
Apart from all these,I don't find any reason for not getting the flash completed

Thanks for the help.. I tried the wizzard_love rom, and then went to the NBD_v8.3 /w TouchFlo rom and thats awesome!
my biggest issue was not able to connect to the device although it looked like it should have.
on another thread someone said to leave the battery out for 5 mins. I did that and all of a sudden it started to connect consistantly.
After that I did the HardSPL and started flashing and all is well..

Hello everyone,
I tried to update my o2 mini s G4 WM5 device to WM6 and everything went ok. At work i have installed some software and plocies on my devices, which i didn't wat to keep, so i tried to reflash the device, in the same way i flased it in the first place. The problem is that now it is stuck on the Bootloader screen . When i connect the cable i can see the USB text.
I have read a bit about it, and people are saying to use the original o2 rom, or the wizard love one. Can i use any? If so, where can i fond it as the only love one which i found is Wizard_Love_2.26.10.2_WWE_Novii_CF2.rar so i think it is a G3 rom isn't it?

and one more thing, how do i flash the software into the phone if it is stuck on the bootloader screen? When i connect it to the pc, the active sync says it is not connected...

it will flash if you are in bootloader mode. flash to the rom that your device shipped with then start over.
Hello,
i tried to flash it again, firstly with RUU_Wizard_1050402_101_11210_O2_ENG.exe then with HTC_Wizard_Rom1.rar which i found in the internet. In both cases i got error 263 (that it can't connect to the device).
When i connect the phone to the pc i can see that it is detectet as ie the drivers instalation wizzard appears...
Any ideas? Is the phone broken completely?

Has anyone ever recieved the critical error 608? I cannot start communications with my device and the computer? Anyone have any ideas or ever seen this

Cannot start communications with desktop computer. Remote Networking could not start due to a critical error (Error 608).
Please reconnect your device. if the problem persists, restart your device using the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Also got this problem on XP.
Computer does detect my HTC, I have the latest and correct drivers.
Message that appears on my HTC is:
Communications Error
Cannot Communicate with the OC because of the following remote networking error: 608
Try to reconnect the device.
I already boot both PC, and HTC. Nothing!

i do downgrade to WM 6.1 with bootloader [when you turn up device press cam but + power + reset and then insert usb and you can install other rom & radio] .....

Solved it... set all your IP connections to auto (in the Nikki of course).

I have TG01 WM 6.5 and I'm trying to use headset WH-203 that came with the set. Once I connect it to TG01 the following massage appears:
(Unidentified USB Device
Enter the name of the device driver for this device. For information, see the device manufacturer's documentation.)
Note that this headset came with the set, so for sure it is compatible.
Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Try
Go to Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC. Check or uncheck Advanced network functionality. Now try to connect.
If this don't solve the issue, hard reset.
If that don't solve the issue, you have missing drivers which sounds very odd, as I use this USB cable all the time to connect my usb to it and never had any problems!
Still
In fact, I tried hard reset, and I tried using the headset befor restoring my data from the backup, but the same massage appears.
I think there should be a driver associated with it which is not available.
Any one knows?

When you connect to ActiveSync doesn't it automatically download drivers? :s Did you install Windows Device/Mobile Center using the CD that comes with the box? It generally downloads all your drivers on connection (or so I presume!)
