Any ROM with the SDHC drivers would be able to run 8GB cards. I run a 4GB one.

Hello,
simple question:
can i use a 64gb sdxc cardd with my evo`?
if not , would a different kernel help?
thx for answerring.
Yes, I have one and it works perfectly
We're comin from a pure power source.
I'm hoping the next 128GB one works too.

how is your card formatted? (ntfs, fat32, exfat....)?
Fat32, I think it has to be that format for it to work

Hi,
I need to buy some budget phones for SIP calling and Xperia U seems to have the best price/specs right now (Brazil here).
It comes with Android 2.3 and it is upgradable to ICS (4.0). Not sure if the upgrade is worth with 512MB ram.
I would like to hear for Xperia U users if there are any gotchas about it.
Thanks for the info.

xu is the best dual core for its price
Go ahead. It's quick but it doesn't have sd card support. Not much storage space. For your purpose it's perfect though. Greetings from Greece.

ICS?
Does it worth to upgrade to ICS (4.0)?
Regarding speed/storage, does it have a big impact?
thanks

I'd advise you to upgrade. More features, more stylish, more modern, and not so much bigger memory usage difference. Just few mb more free with gb than ics. However, I suggest using latest cm9 rom instead of stock.

Hello! This i the first time I write on this website, but I've always been following it. I just wanted to know one thing, I'm going to buy a Samsung Galaxy s3 in 5 days, if I buy the 32 gb version can I install all the roms available here? Is the difference only in the memory? I would like to know if any of you have the 32 gigs version and installed there roms, thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work! Alex
If its the gt-i9300, then you can flash gt-i9300 roms. Size of internal memory doesn't matter

Definitely appears that way. I wonder what type of RAM it is: DDR2 or DDR3? And how does it all work with these updated Intel CPUs?
Do you guys think that our tablets would bee able to run ubuntu as it had intel atom and 2 GB ram? If it can would someone volunteer to make a rom like something other?
Do reply your opinions...
