Intellidialer
Hi, i fixed my problem.
seams i had an issue with Intellidialer.
I tried to remove from remove program but it would not let me.
So i renamed the following files....
ContactsSDK.dll
DisplayCID.dll
iacontacts.dll
intellidialer.dll
to
ContactsSDK.old
DisplayCID.old
iacontacts.old
intellidialer.old
then went into extended rom and reinstalled it...
everything back to normal again....
phew !!!!!!
I've tried moving the vogue dialer from the oem folder of 3.0.4 into 3.1.6, then flashed my phone with it. the phone works, BUT it's missing some stuff. Like location. If i go under settings/phone, there's no longer the tab that has the location/mode of operation. I know i'm missing a folder that isn't in the oem folder that i need to carry over into 3.1.6. anyone know what the extra files in 3.0.4 that i need?
This is unnecessary. There is no problem with the dialer. I repeat, there is NO problem with the dialer. Something you're doing, or some program you're using after the flash is creating your problems. I tested 3.1.2 before it was released. I also tested 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.1.5 and then 3.1.6 before it was released. We're talking about weeks and weeks of running these roms and I've never seen nor have been able to reproduce this problem.

pocketplus is making the phone pop up, and i want to use the program. i've tried using all different versions of pocketplus 4 and all of them still makes it pop up. if i install htc home after i install pocketplus it stops the phone from popping up, but i don't want htc home because it leaks ram, even when i don't have the today item active. i'm guessing it's a reg edit that pocketplus makes during a install that makes the phone pop up.
I was having the same problem with 3.1.2 and 3.1.6, I am also running PocketPlus. The fix that worked for me was selecting the standard Titan dialer in the kitchen. Afterwards you can install the "mogul_big_button_dialer" in order to have the...you guessed it...big button dialer.

Ok, now that I've had my phone for like 5 days. I am wondering how to do a couple more things to it.
First off, I got this used and it was completely as it would be from Sprint. Since then I've done the following.
1. Installed WM6.1 Update from Sprint
2. Installed Picture Mail Feature from Sprint
3. Installed Oxios memory app
4. Installed HTC Home Plugin
5. Installed S2U2, S2P, S2V
6. Samsung Omnia 3d Driver
7. Kaiser 10 button comm manager
8. Google Maps
I'm sure there might be a couple insignificant ones I am forgetting.
What I want to do, if possible is...
1. Make favorite contacts screen in HTC Home Plugin act differently. Right now if you push one of those contacts it goes directly to calling them and starts dialing. At the least I'd like to make it NOT auto-dial.
Ideally, I'd like them to link to the screen you get when you browse to them thru contacts, where you get a choice to call or text them.
I'd definitely settle for it not auto dialing though.
2. S2u2 I am having a slight issue with, when I receive a phone call, s2u2 bugs out. The screen flickers back and forth from the s2u2 screen and the today screen, and I can't unlock the phone to answer the call. I can only hit the talk button to answer it.
I'm running the latest version, are there any compatibility issues I might be running into.
3. Lastly, I am always looking for good suggestions on other applications to add. If anyone knows where I can find a good texas holdem game like the iphone has, that'd be cool.
What is the Sprint picture mail feature you speak of? It is an official release from sprint???
And I've had trouble with s2u2 as well. I just stuck with version 1.18. That seems like the most stable one for me.

my phone just got real bad to the point it would freeze when i tried to reply to texts. I never had an issue until I installed and used the no2chem nueled thing to get rid of the constant blinking light...wonder if that messed with it.
I ended up re-loading the htc wm6.1 sprint rom.
I couldn't figure out what else to do there.
Sprint picture mail is available from sprint, the default sprint page that loads when you open IE has a link to look for new applications, then its in the free/demo section.
Hello fellows I bought QMobile Z8 2-3 days back. Its stock rom was quite boring so I rooted it and started to customize it.
I uninstalled some pre-installed apps and system apps like which I thought weren't necessary. Everything went fine until I tried to make call, maybe I accidentally deleted default DIALER app.
Now the problem is that when I make calls or receive calls everything goes well but there is no call menu shows up like the one from where I answer or reject call or where I end call. Bell rings and everything else is fine.
I have also deleted default launcher and replaced it with GOOGLE NOW LAUNCHER.
The main problem here is QMobiles stock roms are not easily available, so what do I do now how do I flash back to stock? Please help ASAP I need to fix it ASAP

PS, this is a my temporary account, my original account is KING STING3R which I can't access for some stupid reason!
Anyone please there is no in call progress app showing!
I'm using a Moto G5 Plus and everything was fine as I was on Android Nougat. But having taken the offered upgrade to Android Oreo I've had to iron out a few problems. The biggest problem which to date I've not been able to iron out is the disappearance of the voicemail icon to let me know that someone has left a message. I inquired with Moto via their Facebook page and of course they suggested that I contact my carrier. I contacted the carrier, Cricket, and they only offered to reset my voicemail which didn't really do anything. I've asked on a few Android related boards one of which suggested I do a factory reset after the upgrade to clear out any remnants of the old OS. Since then I've done a second factory reset. The voicemail icon seems to have come back for a bit but has gone again. One user suggested using Nova Launcher and Tesla notifications which is fine as I do use Nova Launcher but it'll give me a count that someone called but no indication of whether or not there's a voicemail in the inbox.
You should also know that I don't use the stock dialer, but rather a third party dialer called TruePhone https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hb.dialer.free and I think I have it set up correctly as it has a few selections about how to handle missed calls. I've also been tinkering with the notifications in the stock dialer and have reset to all the apps more than once. I've at a loss about what to do because I just really want to know when someone has left a voicemail, missed five phone calls yesterday alone two of which were important... I regret taking the upgrade from Nougat to Oreo, I thought Oreo would be fun but it's been a chore, and this experience has made me nostalgic for my old dumb Moto phone from way back when which I never had a problem with...
