ok, i found the solution.
just 1 question, is this solution a hard code solution, which means after changing the splash screen, in future, when i do a hard reset, will the splash screen remain there?

I have a O2 XDA atom black, Operation System on my pda windows mobile 6 kumara edition. yesterday my atom dead because baterry empty! after charger my xda atom does not start, my atom just flash blue screen O2 logo.

hmmm service center? hehehe maybe HW problem and not SW
my atom also have this prblm, only can boot to first splash(if to the second the screen will get a little dark), and i hard reset it ,atom also stoped at the screen 'device clean boot...', (i wait for more than 10min), however, it can boot to bootloader ,can upgrade rom successfully, BUT CAN NOT hard reset and start to os!!!!how can i do now?
hmmmm.... how did you know that the batt is fully charge, if your atom is on the start up screen only as i assume.
try this mate
- turn off your atom
- unplug and replug the batt
- charge your atom and kindly check the light (if the light is blinking, then it is not charging, it should be steady light) if it is steady light, leave it on charge for one hour.
-after that check the if the batt is warm then turn on your atom
- if still getting that issue try to replace the batt

I updated many roms without problem until today.
Today I updated to 6.5 NHOCBANME, everything works ok until my atom restarts.
The splash screnn is flashing and doesn´t start, at the bottom of the screen red letters says "1.12.00 WWE" "0.00.00 BL"
I´ve reinstalled the old rom and only changes the image of the splash screen.
Anyone can help me, please???

If you have an Atom, then you flashed the wrong ROM, the ROM from NHOCBANME is for a HP Device and not for Atoms... I don't know what you can do now, ask some of the more experienced Folks here, or take a look in the Wiki.

Hi guy i m using 6.1 for son black it have a problem in network so i decided to go back to original rom by see o2 i did it finally but when i do bettery remove and place it again then set gone in boot mode and not started i try to update rom again but rom finished after 5 steps but my atom not in relief so pleas help me guys . Can i replace boot loader software please tell me witch type i found it.
