Vista users have to copy Upgrade_ROM.bat to the keepout folder and run it from there.
Warning: First flash back to WM5. I'm using a new update utility. The only thing you need to do is to click the batch file and wait. You don't need to copy cabs or other things anymore. But be sure you made a hard reset after flashing!!
The first startup of WM6.5 can take up to 5 min.

It is at least 10 MB more as WM6.1 so it has to be pure or it would be to big for our Charmers.

I just wonder, how much performance penalty comes with WM6.5 . Is the ~200MHz processor would be enough for this OS, or the memory size, etc? We will see it soon...

ON Wizard and Prophet it works. But it isn't as shiny as it is on new devices and it is very slow. But I'll try to get it ok.

Best of luck, I tryed it on a Universal and was poor on speed and a few graphical glitches when rotating the screen.

Check this link out for WM 6.5
My XDA IIs that I only use for satnav froze on me so looked for a link to reset the op system from 6.1 to whatever to make it work.
Found the following link (http://pinoytopdownloads.blogspot.com) with a zip file for WM 6.5 which worked perfect and it didnt lose any data sucjh as contacts etc when upgrading either.
Just open the zip file, rest PDA and sync with PC then run the prog and 20 mins later... it will be running WM 6.5.
Havent had any probs and the new touchflow system makes it a pleasure to use now.

Don't install that file. I haven't tried it but he said he is using a XDAII. But Charmer was never released as XDA (O2) version. Nobody will help you in this thread if you install this file. But I'll test it next week. Maybe I'm wrong.

As I said before. . And swampy, I've tested the coredll in my ROM. It boots. My PC crashed so I can't give you the ROM at the moment but I'm trying to get it. And I'm waiting for cracing to upload a ported SYS or us. Hope we'll get it soon.

Hi mata I have a 21159 sys folder ported for BA but the charmer kitchen i have will not port the xip so if you can send a link for the os.nb and boot.rgu with the 6.5 xip that boots I will finnish the sys folder and post you a link to the ported sys P.S. please make the os.nb as large as posible 58,368KB as my kitchen will not change os.nb size
The charmer rom I have up 20275 Build was ported from my BA kitchen with no troubles at all booted first time
I got the cracing 6.5 rom but have not tryed it !!!! don't want to burn my charmer
