This is a great fully functioning comm Manager plug-in (recommended because no Comm Manager in ROM)
(My findings for this plug-in to toggle WiFi on our HTC Prophet when you first start this plugi-n it goes to a setup screen i sellected option 2 for wifi and it works great)

Without Titanium running ram is more than 24mb can't be exact as mortscrip was still running about 41mb free space

Please try installing Advanced Config and play with the screen sensitivity settings see if this helps
I have not made any adjustments default settings so this could be the issue

I am havng trouble accessing Settings->Today->Items. I am hanging in Appearence and cannot go any further...
And also the touch sceen seems not t working with File Explorer, or actually the other way round, File Xplorer is not working with the touch sceen

Well it seems application dependent. Resco is working fine with the touchscreen. Another Problem - CommManager is missing, or at least the link says so

Comm manager is missing because of wifi open close problem. Yes it look like application based but it should have some fix.
When I boot the phone appear this message :
"checkstatus.mscr
There is no application associated with "checkstatus".
Run the application first, then open this file from within the aplication"
What's meaning ?

No please don't get me wrong i have not touched the default screen settings i said that could be the problem you can make the screen more or less responsive by installing advanced config and changing the settings

This is a meesage from mortscipt you must of installed a plugin using this and it's not working try reinstalling or just reset

32mb program memory sounds awsome , but i cant say it looks awsome. I mean the theme is redish, the call manager is redish, med. player, cal. and com.manager is bluish. I dont think they match well... I wish call manager was also bluish so a blue theme would be the fix to my personal visual problem

Looks everyone is in love with your 1d (original), but not storm, or eoffice.
1d original has the best looking, and best speed. Why not just replace the OS, but keep everything the same?

Everything was perfect, except soft reset
I have cooked this ROM and tried it for the last 4 days. Everything was perfect, except soft reset. After a few soft resets (I have tried the hardware soft reset button and "reboot" link from the start menu shortcut on different hard resets) the PDA locks itself, can not reboot and the only solution is a hard reset.
I would use this ROM if this problem was fixed.

Is there a way to test a flashed ROM (if the flash was successful or not) ? I will test the new flash for the other few days and I would be glad if there is a test to check my cook. I got the message on the PC screen that the cook was successful.

Actually, this is no software yet to check for such away.
if you don't need the internet sharing, why did you try the 1d SpeedKing?
more stable and program ram saving
I love this Rom but am having many problems with it when starting up it will hang the only solution is the remove my SD card restart and delete the shutcuts/ .ink files in the Start menu thats the only solution but its not nice I cant use shutcuts to access my favorite programs faster I think its a SD card issue but no other Rom give me this kind of problem plz sugest a solution Thanks

My pda also gets hang when starting up it gets stuck on the Qtek screen and when I remove my sdcARD and put it back in the startmenu wont open up even using quickmenue same problem not responding plz fix it by making a updated version thanks alot

Ok i built this ROM because so many wanted it i have no intention of using 6.5 yet but i have tested and installed a few apps(Titanium Weather ,CeHome Edit ) just to make sure all was well (Not in ROM )this is a Clean build untouched SYS and XIP and it's WWE

If you install Advanced config v3.3 goto advanced settings you can choose what options you want in comms manager take away say ring and add beam simple this comms manager has many options just not enabled as prophet can only display 6 Items on comms
As for anything that you feel is missing try Ce Home editor or similar you can customize the taday to how you like it this is set to default i have made no changes

sorry only used quick menu 2.8 directly to browse and it couldn't find today and sound and settings because they now lay outside in start>settings instead of start>settings>personal

I will look into the Ringtone issue but it seems that all 21501 builds suffer with this problem and try to post a fix soon

there's another problem, the SMS doesn't work with me, I cant compose or open message, the tmail works but you can't compose or open any message, did you face this problem?

I will look into this that's a shame as i don,t run 6.5 i am working on a 6.1 release i will flash this later and try to find out what is missing

Somehow my prophet doesnt want to go beyond 3 color screen on flashing this rom. I have tried all ways, including using lazy tool, using nvid_ruu using entering into bootloader mode etc etc. nothign works.
anybody face this?
so is this wm6.5 fast? i read our old prophets can't really run wm6.5, it's quite lag.

zeroed had this problem with Alien Planet ROM you could PM him but i think he just kept trying in Bootloader Mode (Press reset while holding camera button release when three colour screen appears)
I will also upload to a mirror tonight but not till early hours you could try waiting for a different download

1. Exchange 2007 sync through 3G
2. HTC Messenging (all messages opens and updates very fast)
3. Video playback with HTC Album is normal (video not laggy)
4. Footprint
5. Opera 9.7
6. Sbsh Phweaver
7. Video dialer - Not sure if it works, didn't test
8. On main screen M2.5, My Location was correct but city was wrong. Had to manually add my city, saved it, select My Location again, and now the city is correct.
Not working:
1. Digital Compass - After open and exit, hangs TD2
General comments:
Pretty well built rom, just that it is not very fast or smooth. Pagepool is 6MB. Might increase it to 26MB to test if I have the time. Might help with the speed of the rom.

if you don't like pagepool 6m you can change it.
I am sorry, but this ROM is not working for me. In one day the device froze 5 times. If you release an update, i will try it again.

This ROM is very still buggy. When disabling Manila and softreset there's no menu anymore, taskmanager not working, laggy response. IN my opinion not usable on daily base. Sorry..

Personally I did not find particular bugs and the speed seems the same as all the ROM with M2.5
Taskmanager at me works.
The Manila you can rehabilitate clicking on the top bar.

I don`t konw how to use PocketRar in the rom.
The first time in using PocketRar,I can`t find the "OK" to set the Pocketrar.
Can anybody tell me how?
I found some bug for this rom.
- in command manager not have the 3G function (use AdConfigutation 3.3 to turn on it, but still cant)
- Can't go to the phone option, so cant change 3G to GSM (it is disadvantages for people those still uses GSM)
- in the dialpad have 1 long scroll on the right side (i dont know this is ur wants or bug, but it is a bit not necessary)
Overall, this rom's speed is very good, ram free also high...
I very appreciate if u can fix these bug above...

Just hit the hardware Back button on the device. it is a problem with the code not the Rom , it happens on alot of them.

Follow this trail : Start menu -> Settings -> Connections -> Comm Manager ->
Phone -> Band (Change baseband) -> Network Type -> GSM
Is this what you mean? Hope that helps ...
Don't think there is much I can do with the dialer screen ...

I have the same Rom running in my TD2. But i have some issues
1. When i click the power button it takes 2-3 seconds before the lock screen appears
2. The left and right slider icon is missing
3. The memory utilization is anything between 75% - 84%
4. The performance is degraded
5. Once i unlock, in the home screen the time flashes back 1 hour and resets to the current time
6. After unlock it takes 2 - 3 seconds for home screen to appear
Please help, if you have any fix.

Maybe Facebook Tab (Developement is still atm), no eReader - or Document Tab to slow on our Device.
For your Prob with Opera, didn't you read the README, provided in Downloadpackage Look inside "_Install" Folder, there is a Cab for Opera - Localisation. After installing this Opera will work fine.

Okay thanks I thought those were for SD card flashes.
Maybe Install Opera Mobile 10 in the next version release
For me this ROM is not working as expected;
Various problems encountered, some listed are;
No screen timeout - backlight stays on.
The Hardware windows key does not function.
and some screen shadowing when using the START button (top left).

As you can read and see in first Post, MS Startmenu is disabled to get 30 MB more free Ram. When you tab on the Startbutton, XTask Startmenu replacement will popup, like in your Screenshot. To reach Systemsettings tab on "Control" in this popup, to change XTask Settings tab on the white Arrow.

I apologies for posting about the screen shadowing (i was tired and was not thinking correctly at the time).
Disregarding that matter - what about the other issues I found? No screen time-out and the Windows key (hardware button not functioning correctly). is anyone else having/reporting these issues?
Your ROM has been flashed several times but the issues are still there.

Hey Marc,
The Windows Key is programmed to trigger the start button on the stock ROM.
As the start button is not enabled, it does not lead to anywhere.
Maybe in the next release it could be programmed to a page... For now,
you can download a mod that lets you customize that.
To confirm with you, I have screen timeout, it's set in the "setting -> Sound & Display -> Backlight" (Setting this worked for me)

You could consider skinning the TouchFlo player and the bottom scroll bar with the metro theme as well like in the image attached. It looks pretty clean and matching

Yes Hardwarekey don't work, i don't used it, so didn't noticed the prob
For the Backlight i have no idea, maybe a third party app cause the problem.
