32mb program memory sounds awsome , but i cant say it looks awsome. I mean the theme is redish, the call manager is redish, med. player, cal. and com.manager is bluish. I dont think they match well... I wish call manager was also bluish so a blue theme would be the fix to my personal visual problem

Everything was perfect, except soft reset
I have cooked this ROM and tried it for the last 4 days. Everything was perfect, except soft reset. After a few soft resets (I have tried the hardware soft reset button and "reboot" link from the start menu shortcut on different hard resets) the PDA locks itself, can not reboot and the only solution is a hard reset.
I would use this ROM if this problem was fixed.

Is there a way to test a flashed ROM (if the flash was successful or not) ? I will test the new flash for the other few days and I would be glad if there is a test to check my cook. I got the message on the PC screen that the cook was successful.

Actually, this is no software yet to check for such away.
if you don't need the internet sharing, why did you try the 1d SpeedKing?

I love this Rom but am having many problems with it when starting up it will hang the only solution is the remove my SD card restart and delete the shutcuts/ .ink files in the Start menu thats the only solution but its not nice I cant use shutcuts to access my favorite programs faster I think its a SD card issue but no other Rom give me this kind of problem plz sugest a solution Thanks

My pda also gets hang when starting up it gets stuck on the Qtek screen and when I remove my sdcARD and put it back in the startmenu wont open up even using quickmenue same problem not responding plz fix it by making a updated version thanks alot

some bugs that i found;
-a.config doesn't start
-rc mod doesn't start
-ktweak needs 2nd try to start
-task manager doesnt start
-no sent folder
-can't tap and drag for multiple choice/select
- pcm keyboard comes with skin other than "1d"

1. Advance configuration ... not compatible,
2. RC mod.. also no way escape,
3. Ktweak just takes a bit time to launch, it works perfect ( personally I use this instead of Advance config.)
4. sent folder is a rom bug ( seems to be... )

Actually i needed a.config for changing message mod into threaded mode. So we should go for mode sms i guess. And about pcm keyboard, maybe its the same skin with 1d but it looks as it has problems. I dont know how to explain but you should try yourself and see what i meean. For example there was no space text on space button in 1d's pcm keyboard.
anyways, this rom is ok except them. But i think i'll go back to 1d. it's better except the build, btw what is that build makes difference ?

1. apparently, 19214 takes up more room to run the OS, yet, extremely fast and stable, with .net CF2.0, will be a limitation in future advanced software.

1.i guess we can upgrade the .net cf without changing rom , am i right? (trough microsoft site). So , if there is no still alternative to 1d, we may upgrade the cf for advanced software.

Just a few words on this ROM
I have tried more than 15 ROMs for the last two weeks. I can easily say that this one is the most stable and fastest of all. I am using Qtek S200 for the moment. I do not know why but I had always problem with soft resets with most of the ROMs. After a few soft resets (randomly) I had to hard reset the PDA and with this one I did not have any problem with any soft reset.
My preview for the whole day with this ROM is as follows:
1. 58 MB free storage + 28 MB RAM (G4) + 9 MB free EXTENDED_ROM (You can only access this area using Total Commander, Resco Explorer, etc. You cannot install any program into this area but what you store in this area is kept even after hard resets but not after a new ROM cook of course)
On some ROMs, some programs have been installed into this EXTENDED_ROM area and so the free storage area increases up to 68 MB. I do not know if it is possible to install any program into this area. Is there a way to migrate 10 MB of some installed programs to EXTENDED_ROM, so anyone can choose to use 10 MB EXTENDED_ROM or 10 MB more usual storage area. Or someone can prepare another ROM with this option.
2. RAM usage seems stable. I have opened a lot of programs and closed them but free RAM does not decrease by time.
3. This ROM is really fast.
4. It is quite clean and I like clean ROMs. Because I can install what I want and update in the future. I have not tested but if this ROM is UC capable, then there is no need to add any extra program to this ROM. May be a Cabs directory may be given as an option so that everyone can choose what he wants.
I did not face any problem upto now and want to use this ROM forever if I do not face any problems in the future. This ROM is better than 1d (since I had soft reset problems with this ROM also) for me. Thanks a lot to the hardworking people who made this ROM come to life.

But there is a problem , I can't restore my PIM with PIMBackup , it notices that my backup has error but I can run it on another rom.

Pls do hard-reset before you import. I have just updated to this rom. Tested pimbackup restore successful for me. Not sure what you have in your backup, mine is only call logs and messages. backup file size 105kb.
Bt don't work and it drain battery, i use it for 1 hour with Voip and wifi from 93% to 4%, and it crash sometimes.
I don't now if it is my probleme or no.

I totally agree with you, everyone wants to see objective comparison parameters.
What I wanted to emphasize on my writing was the stability. My parameter for stability was "the ability not to need a hard reset after a few soft resets" I have met this problem with 1d a few times i.e. I had to hard reset the PDA 5 or 6 times. And after the device is stable, one may try benchmark software for the speed, etc. What attracted my attention for the speed was the menu change times and program launch times. It was a little faster compared to 1d (of course this was just a subjective look).
Except these, free storage and RAM area are advantages of this ROM.
I am planning to cook ROMs to another JAMin. During this time, I can test whatever you want.

I have already used the full version it is more "stable" and lox battery drain, but i think that this clean version needs more tweak or corrections, and may be some dlls are missed because Fring does not work on.

Both found my Prophet, but had a "sending failed" message.
I also already turn on the "receive beam" in the setting menu.

Alarm issues
Hi,
I've recently upgraded my g4 from wm5 to your ROM which I find excellent !
Speed is good, found no major bugs except:
- the volume buttons don't work as they did in wm5. I can use them as hotkeys but they don't shange the system volume by default....
- the alarm does work at all ! - and this was quite an important issue for me. Any hints on how to fix the problem or help you fix it would be greatly appreciated.
Anyway, I congratulate you for your work... it's as fast as it should be.

If you face the input keyboard selection pops-up very slow (10 seconds), do the following tweak to make it pops up in 1 second,....
must use total commander (already in program) to do it...
1. go root (tap the "\" at the top right corner of Total Commander),
2. go plugin,
3. go registry,
4. go HKCR,
5. scroll down to CLSID
6. tap it and hold until you can choose the "rename"
7. rename it to CLSID2...
8. then press the enter key for only once and wait (be patient, it takes 10 seconds to load and do precisely as what I had said)
9. now the folder name should be CLSID2,
10. do the rename step again and make it back to CLSID,
11. no need reset, you can tap the little triangle next to the input icon (right bottom corner of Total Commander),
12. see the amazing difference?

1.1 Did you install the 2 files in "20755-11tabs-addons.zip" (please choose 11tab_mlx.rar - without chinese fonts or 11tab_ml.rar - with chinese fonts (3mb))?????
a. Flash the rom, hard-reset, ( with power supply non-stop),
b. Install the files.cab, soft-reset,
c. Install the reg.cab, soft-reset done!!!

I had previously installed 7-8 tabs and then installed the 20755-11tabs-addons.zip and it worked nice without the clock displaying properly but it was nicely running 8 tabs rom with my added music tab(making it 9 tabs) and then i installed 20755-11tabs-addons.zip to make it 10 tabs(all tabs except internet) . IT was all running nicely except the clock face
so i decided to install the 11 tabs and i tried 3 times flashing rom, hard reset etc but still no M2D, so please tell the steps clearly thanks..........

1. don't go too fast,
2. flash the 11tab version,
3. install the "1d_M2D-nAC3-new.cab" if you wish to have Chinese font or
4. install the "1d_M2D-FILES-new.cab" if you wish to have nil Chinese font,
5. softreset,
6. install the "1d_M2D-REG.cab" for M2D and other registry settings,
7. softreset,
Done
PS. if you experience storage memory leaks (much ram used), please delete the "\Application Data" folder once, that may release aboutr 10MB of ram...
that folder will come back again, just leave it (system folder)

After hard reset, the colour theme is black (good),
but if the user selects 'default' some time later, it's impossible to get back to black (bad)

I got exactly the same issue with my G3 as rasanansa. I tried both the lazytool, or put the device in bootloader then run ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G3.exe

This is a great fully functioning comm Manager plug-in (recommended because no Comm Manager in ROM)
(My findings for this plug-in to toggle WiFi on our HTC Prophet when you first start this plugi-n it goes to a setup screen i sellected option 2 for wifi and it works great)

Without Titanium running ram is more than 24mb can't be exact as mortscrip was still running about 41mb free space

Please try installing Advanced Config and play with the screen sensitivity settings see if this helps
I have not made any adjustments default settings so this could be the issue

And also the touch sceen seems not t working with File Explorer, or actually the other way round, File Xplorer is not working with the touch sceen

Well it seems application dependent. Resco is working fine with the touchscreen. Another Problem - CommManager is missing, or at least the link says so

Comm manager is missing because of wifi open close problem. Yes it look like application based but it should have some fix.
When I boot the phone appear this message :
"checkstatus.mscr
There is no application associated with "checkstatus".
Run the application first, then open this file from within the aplication"
What's meaning ?

No please don't get me wrong i have not touched the default screen settings i said that could be the problem you can make the screen more or less responsive by installing advanced config and changing the settings

This is a meesage from mortscipt you must of installed a plugin using this and it's not working try reinstalling or just reset

Motosurf..... tested and not bad (you should had read my post in that thread ), it functions a bit like M2D... but....
1. really eats ram..... , it takes ~5.5MB of Storage memory and ~7-8MB program memory, which nearly kill our prophet...
2. and that kills the task manager too. (can't activate it in moto today... )
3. that's the main reason for me to to be abdicated...
4. I did plan to post a cab for motosurf here but that is really too bulky and buggy for our prophet

alright........ but you need to pay for that... with your ram.... (around 1 MB, may be less )
1. downlaod and unzip the attachment, copy them to windows directory,
2. activate one more tab - messagingwdget ONLY, better with M2DC ver2.9 (recommended), if you activate other widgets, M2D will crash...
3. tap "apply" from M2DC,
4. NO SOFT-RESET IS NEEDED.
I'll try and let you know the result. More ram is really needed now. tks you for your hard work.

Ohh, tried it and very fast and cool!!! Some a little problem found but I didn't know whether you found them or not as below.
1. where is com manager in the program? I always entranced from small icon as above destop instead.
2. where is network wizard? Am I load this program by myself? due to I can't found into connection button
3. some icon into Iphone screen is not work. It seem they need the program to support right?
4. when I click camera to switch off. I found the rectangle symbol i/o the word. Is it normal or same as you. Better if they can normal text, can you?

1. you may access the commgr............
a. by the side button,
b. by the button in iPhoneToday,
c. if you really want it, he is situated in the windows directory, or I will
post the shortcuts to post 1 for yours convenience.
2. Network wizard was removed by me. try THIS,
3. please customize icons to any your loved programs in iPhoneToday with your flavor.... , I had intended to leave them untouched,
4. camera_on_off is in Chinese, so, for non Chinese device MAY shows
squares....you may "ok" it for twice....
first pop-up, it says "camera dll found, wanna close it?"
when you tap "ok", it will popup the confirmation box, and
the camera function will NOT come back until your next toggle (camera_on_off again),
