HI, I have O2_Atom_EXEC i have windows mobile 5.1.195(Build 14955.2.3.0) and wanted to upgrade it to windows mobile 6.5 so can somebody help me with the setup file and installtion instruction and also wether my mobile is supported for the 6.5 os or not

Since Mr. tjkhattak61 has been succeeded in porting the XIP & SYS from new build OS to O2 XDA Atom Exec, so your device is now support to use the WM6.5 OS.

Why don't you use the SEARCH button?
Have you look for it on WIKI ???
if u want to back to the original wm 5 from o2, then u have to download XDA Atom Exec Official Windows Mobile 5 ROM, refers to WIKI.
Choose one of the ROMs, e.g : Xda-Atom-Exec-ENG-20060721-MOT0822.exe
Upgrade it using DSUU, refers to WIKI
Done, u'll get back to your WM5.0 again.

I had XDA Orbit
where it goes to first screen that say O2 Welcome and
IPL 1.25.0001
SPL 1.25.0000
GSM 02.67.90
OS 1.25.0.0
then it goes to 2nd Green Screen where it says windows mobile and direct Push Technology
and again goes blank. Happens everytime i try to boot it up.
Any suggestions what should i do.

Yes I also don't like the honeycomb. In term of stability, the ROM better than KH's 21806, but the bluetooth are all same, not working.

My Atom Pure used Wm 6.5 from Khoa Ha (PDAviet), OS 5.2.21500..
there's no honeycomb and i like it...
but i can't find tools to clear memory...and it cause some programs cannot be load.
I already try task manager, but my main memory cannot clear...
I used Quick Menu, there is something like "Close" , "Close All"....but that not make any difference...
Till now I have to reset my device to clear my main memory...
I have an O2 XDA ATOM LIFE and i'd like to know if this rom can be installed in it.
I have a problem with bluetooth and I'd like to resolve it.
Can this rom be used for Atom Exec ??????

Succeed installing Windows Mobile 6.5
Thanks for the experiences on installing WM 6.5, it is success but not full working. it average work about 5 minutes before hang (screen bluring and O2 XDA Atom can not response).
After soft reset it happen again? i love the display and menu shows by WM 6.5, but it is only 5 minutes. Help me please

Yes its possible
Just download any custom ROM and flash it....
You can safely flash WM 6.1 ROMs to your phone, just dont go below WM 6. WM 6, 6.1 and 6.5 are all compatible.
It means you did not read the Gene Upgradig tutorial thread properly? That's really bad you know!
In that thread, krazy has already mentioned that you can safely downgrade to any ROM, unless its an official ROM.

If u r talking bout Atom ( black /pure), i think the rom that u r asking does not exist. all wm6.5 a cooked rom. AFAIK, O2 never release WM6.5 for atom ( black /pure). The last official rom released by O2 was WM5 version 2.2. Any other than that is cooked rom from some great ROM cooker here or somewhere else.. cheers... 73..

yeah keep waiting for the 6.5 clean rom
i tried all roms from pdaviet bluetooth and wifi are not working n the rom is not clean too.

Helloworld1 WM6.5 is good, only issues is unable to send via bluetooth and max. you can have is 2 bluetooth devices......but all WM6.5 for Atom is having that problem, Helloworld's version seems most stable and clean. Anyway, if you need something is set your network provider, you can use the attached file. Install it after you install Helloworld's ROM(B4 is the latest now).
