.ico locations - Touch Pro CDMA

I am using chome editor for 6.5 and cannot locate several icons to attach to the panels launcher page, particularly the comm manager icon, tomtom navigator 6 icon, verizon visual voicemail icon and htc gps viewer icon. any thoughts on the locations of these icons? they do not appear in the windows, nor startup folders, nor their respective program folders

Folder Icons ?

I have got WM2003 installed cooked in jeffs kitchen, and the sub menus it creates in the programs menu (misc, search and explore etc..) all have individual icons related to what they do, ie. the search and explore folder has an icon of a magnifying glass.
Is there any way to set an Icon for folders I create in the programs menu ? by editing the registry or anything like that ?
I have some sub menus like Sat Nav, Office etc.. which would be nice if they all had their own icons.
Cheers
anyone ?

shortcut icons

hiya
ive got two programs on my xda that don't have any shortcut icons
but the default icons for the xda is just crap :?
is there any way i can set an icon for these programs or change the icons for these progams
well explore dont even give the properties option totalCMD does but will not let you change the icon
i suppose you could try and take the exe file to the pc and change the icon under it's properties there and then sync it back?

Duplicate icons on all programs screen

When i got to the programs screen on the TF interface then go to all programs, there are some icons that appear twice. How do i fix this?
You can try to erase all the duplicated shortcuts with the total commander program, you can explore the directory \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ here you can find all the shortcuts and here you can find the duplicated icons. Here i added the gps program that do not generate the shortcut after install.
Hope this helps.

Where are system app icons stored?

I would like to take the icons from my Vibrant and use them on the LauncherPro Dock of my other phones.
Where can I find (for example) the Dialer icon... just the basic green dialer. My nexus has a clear/very little color icon, and I was not able to find our icon on some sites by googling...
Thanks.
bump, id like to hear the answer to this myself.

All of the system icons are located inside the .apk for the various system apps. For example, the Dialer is DialerTabActivity.apk in system/app/. If you open DialerTabActivity.apk in Root Explorer or WinRAR and look in /res/drawable-hdpi, you will find an image file named ic_launcher_phone.png. If I am understanding you correctly, that is the icon you are looking for.
Each icon would be located in a separate .apk for that particular application.

Activity/Process Name View/Log

Hey Guys,
Recently I made an icon pack but I realized that on my LSJ most of the default apps icons don't appear because of the Samsung Apps (like phone, calendar (S Planner) etc)
Is there an app to view the process/activity name?
Would be great if there was such a tool, I could then edit my packs.
Use Apex launcher.
On the home screen, tap and hold on an empty space and select shortcuts -> activities.
There you have a list of apps and the activities they generate.
I used it to create an icon for task manager since it was missing in lsj.
