Is the HTC Tytn charger is compatible with HTC Hero? I'm asking that because I forget mine at work but my brother have an htc tytn.

Right now i have a sony xperia x1, and i was thinking of selling it and buying a htc hero, but if htc comes out with snapdragon android would the firmwares work on htc hero? Should i just stick with xperia and wait?

You can just flash unbranded rom.
I bought my Hero in a Mobistar-box in august 2009. My hero didn't support the htc.com-updates because it was branded by Mobistar.
They said it's up to HTC, HTC said it's up to Mobistar.
