Is the HTC Tytn charger is compatible with HTC Hero? I'm asking that because I forget mine at work but my brother have an htc tytn.

I am replacing my HTC EVO 3D X515M Digitizer/TouchScreen + LCD, & came across this 2 two different digitizer.
The seller told me both are for HTC EVO3D X515M Either one can be use. "Only different is batch from factory - The Seller Said "
Q:-
1. Is there any difference between V1.0 & v1.1 in terms of sensitivity or performance,
2. Is that V1.1 a High Grade replica digitizer?
3. Anybody purchased this V1.1 or HIT-M7-FPC htc digitizer before (refer photo attached), can share your experience using?
4. Can We use HTC Sprint version digitizer On other HTC version (i.e X515D - X515M - X515E)
Found 3 Type of HTC EVO 3D X515M Digitizer:-
i) V1.0 (similar to mine)
ii) Printed with HIT-M7-FPC htc (refer photo with pink & green arrow, the sticker probably placed there by the seller to make it look Genuine " I'm not sure maybe its OEM seller told me it's V1.1")
iii) Just found another one with actual V1.1 printed on it.
