if you have the original case with no opening for the proximity sensor, email:

and you may be getting free replacement. I just got mine and it is excellent. I had the previous one drilled, but it never worked well.
good luck!
Do you have a pic of the new case?
UPDATE
I have emailed fellowes, and have received a response. They say they are unaware of this issue, and request a receipt and more info on the problem.
I will post updates later....
i dont have the picture ,but simply the top of the new case looks just like the bottom, it is completely symmetrical.
To be honest, I first emailed BodyGlove, they responded about a week later and they forwarded my email to Fellows with their comments that I am right. So, maybe the first step is needed as well?
The address:
[email protected]
there is also a special address at fellows for BodyGlove branded products. Better chance they know abotu the problem:
[email protected]
The effort is worth it,the new case is perfect.

One more reason to wait for the innocase from Seidio...
Will the body glove case work with the Tilt 2 from AT&T? Is it worth the $30?
Great Case
I got my new case in the mail. this is a great case. Definitely worth the money. i cant believe tmo is still selling the old DEFECTIVE version of this case!?! when i confronted the guy to tmo, they are clueless of this issue.. lol

I've been trying to find out the answer to this as well. Some websites out there say it will fit the Tilt 2, but some say it's only compatible with the T-Mo Branded version. I guess I'll call Body Glove tomorrow to find out.
Okay, so I spoke with a representative with the company who seemed fairly informed about the product (I believe her name was Ellen, but I can't really recall) and she told me that the Body Glove would fit the Tilt 2, but it would cover up the "Push To Talk" button. She also shared the issue with tilting, but that's something we already knew.
She added that there are 2 versions of the GSM case out on the market; and the one that compensates for the proximity sensor can only be guaranteed if you purchase through them at bodyglove.com (at the moment anyway).
Also, providing coupon code "neato" will give you 20% off the product.
With that said, I guess I'll have to order through them to be sure I get the one I want without too much hassle.
Alright, so I got this the other day and tried it on my Tilt 2.
I must say, it fits rather poorly... The GSM version is pretty unusable on the Tilt 2. The front enclosure is made too small for the phone so it doesn't even snap in. The phone fits inside the rear part of the case, but is very loose and only half way snaps in (I've actually had the phone fall out of it... luckily I was on carpet).
I'm gonna give these guys a call back and see what they can offer me.
I guess it was worth a try
I have gotten mine all ready and it works much better. The big change is in the face plate which is now just a ring around the outside instead of wrapping around the speaker. The funny thing is while I was waiting for it to come in I started using a hip pouch and now I'm happy without the Body Glove.

everyone should start emailing Invisible Shield to get their attention about the HD. That we want one. Even if you get the reply to send your phone in. If we all do it then maybe they will make one somehow.

Hate to let my beautiful workhorse (meaning toy ) go unprotected for long.
i just went to their site and see nothing about the HD.. i haven't gotten a reply from invisibleSHIELD yet... i got time ..my phone hasn't even been shipped..
I'm wondering which one should i get, the brando ultra clear screen protector or the invisible shield?
I'll get invisibleshield as it protects the entire device, whereas the other one only protects the front.

Figured as much myself, but the ad at the site sounded a lot like a scam one. As in "military technology that we bring to you" and such...
How do you apply it? Will it show and won't it be uncomfortable? Will you be able to get the back cover off?
Dude, just "Youtube" the word invisibleSHIELD. It's no scam.
They use the same technology on helicopter rotorblades, that's probably why they would use that term.
Would the thinkness of this invisible shield stop it from fitting in a car mount specific to the HD such as the Brodit one?

My experience with invisibleShield on another device has left me quite unsatisfied. The surface of the film isn't smooth like PET protectors, but a little gummy or tacky feeling, and when I tried to move my finger across the screen, it would try to stop in places, and would actually vibrate across the screen, like your finger does across a counter top (that squeeky clean type of thing) which would register as several simultaneous double taps, sending my winmo, especially opera, into insanity. Imagine the frustration of trying to scroll down a zoomed webpage, only to have it unzoom every time you scroll . The only way around this was to put my fingertip in my mouth to moisten it, then it would glide across the screen, but that made me look like a dork (like I need any help anyway ) and left the screen in bad need of cleaning. I emailed them about that, and they responded that it shouldn't do that and offered me a replacement IS. In all fairness, I should say that it really is scratch proof. I know... I tried
Anyone else experience this? Maybe its just me... Perhaps I'll try this clearcoat when my HD is delivered this afternoon...
with the whole body as i know it even covers corners so thats a better way to go. im guessing they made it two parts for the back? i wonder too.. cuz with th iPhone you dont have to open it ever.. but with this is totally different. im most likely going to be buying it but not yet. im going to see if i like the phone first before spending more money..
i got it from clove.. anyone buy from there? i got it got 720.. it says it shipped the 19 and getting there the 21.. is that right? kind of fast? but i paid for the better shipping with FedEx.. to USA.
anyways.. why would you just get a screen protector? get the full body!
no.. invisible shield has been fine for me. ive used it on a iPhone and i didn't have ANY problem using it.. maybe it different because of the touch tecnology? so its less stable on the pressure/other types..
has anyone used clear coat?.... i dont know if to get it... according to people the gloss paint chips easily so i dont tnhink im even going to use my phone untill i get a full body cover.. thats just lame from HTC but oh well.. but anyone know about the quality of clear coat?

Wouldnt that case cover the proximity sensor???
I have been using it for about 1.5 weeks with my Tmob TP2. The bottom cover is a little tricky, but it works pretty good. I took the back clip off and put the plug in. I mainly keep it in my shirt or my pants pocket.
Got one today
I got one today and is does seem pretty sturdy. It has the feeling of soft leather or neoprene over hard plastic covering most of the edges and then a mesh on the sides for griping. as one person mentioned you have have the clip on or off which is nice. It does seem really bulky when I have it clipped in the inside of my front jeans pocket. I'm still trying to decide if I want to keep it or get something else but I do think it is pretty nice.

It looks like it will, so a little drilling might be required. I have one coming in the mail, so I'll let you know if it does.
I saw this case at my local T-Mobile store. It was too bulky and interfered too much with the number keys when the screen was flipped up. T-Mobile sales a really nice soft gel like shell with all the right holes cut out for the T-Mobile version of the TP2 (including one for the proximity sensor). It costs about $12 +/-.

Best part it's in NJ, very close to me
When you say "It was too bulky and interfered too much with the number keys when the screen was flipped up" do you mean its got a cover that protects the screen too?
Yes. It's the same type as the BodyGlove, but without the clip, feels more rubbery, and isn't quite as thick. It still gets in the way of the number keys when tilting the screen, but not as much since it's a little thinner. I can actually still use the number keys with this case, where as with the bodyglove I couldn't.

You will def have to drill a little for the proximity sensor, but other than that, it fits really well, and gives a little better grip. It does make the phone a little thicker, but it protects it well.

If not, have you seen it sold anywhere online?
Yes, that's the one.
I just bought the t-mobile soft gel case for my touch pro 2 and it fits pretty well, Doesn't block the proximity sensor. So for the price , 12.99 + tax, I recomend it.
Glad it worked out for you. I've had the case for over a week now and love it!
Updated BodyGlove Case Coming Soon!
I have been working with BodyGlove on a redesign of the TP2 case and I will be getting a factory prototype in the next week to ten days. From what I am told the main difference is it will have the cutout for the proximity sensor.
Make sure you keep your receipt. I would guess that T-Mobile will replace it with the updated version since the original was technically defective. If you have trouble with T-Mo then contact BodyGlove directly since they know about the problem and are coming out with a fix.
As for the thinner GEL type case, I tried it today and didn't like it as much as the BG version since it seemed to be easy to dislodge the the lower shell middle clips. Within a few minutes I noticed that I had to bump the center clips back in place more than once. It also seemed to interfere with the slide a little, something the BG does not do.
I would have to vote for the BG (updated one) as the better case since the rigid shell fits and stays on better. Yes, the BG is a little bulkier but I would have to guess that it would provide pretty good protection in the event of gravity assisted boo-boo.
Regards,
Gordo
Body Glove in a cradle.
I love my BG case. I got it a couple of days ago. All I had to do was drill a small hole for the proximity sensor, which btw is an easy fix. I wonder if there is a cradle that will fit it now that it's a lot thicker.
I think I'd have a better luck making my own. I think a triangular wedge with a lip/edge on one the sides would work best since I'm planning to have the keyboard open while it's charging. I'll post pics (probably on a different thread). What do you guys think?

I emailed BG about this the other day and they couldn't tell if this was a mistake, a bad batch, or what... so they said they would send me a new one to see if it was better (this was before i saw your thread).
Also, there is a hole on the BACK cover that the BG case blocks, but the gel of same type don't. Someone said it was a noise mic. (I don't know).
For those of you that drilled... was it hard to keep the material from wanting to tear or fray? How did you go about it?

I bought the whole package and although screen protector isn't bad..I'm seeing little dents in the plastic from clicking something with my nail or using the stylus.
Also, gives the screen a more rubber feel. I definitely prefer the original screen protector that came with T-Mo version.
Will be keeping the back protector on like you plan on doing
Well.... finally they replied. Seems like it's been lost in the mail. They will send one out again. Got to wait for another 2 weeks

I have been in contact with SGP on the issue with the proximity sensor and heres a summary of what has been said:
"Hello *********,
We are in the process of creating new design at this moment.
If you want to get replacement with the new design, please check back with us after 7days to see if we have the new inventory.
We are sorry for the wait, and thank you for your understanding.

So if you guys contact SGP (I contacted through Amazon), I'm sure y'all can get a replacement whenever the new design comes out. They were nice enough to send me a replacement with the design flaw, since I went through the original 2 I had trying to make a cutout.
It was good to see a company possibly make changes even though they said that there weren't many customers with the issue.

Yeah I have the Ultra Crystal too, but its super finnicky when the sensor wants to work. I'm super OCD about bubbles and such and I have none in my 3 installations and yet none of the protectors could emulate having a naked screen. Although it will randomly work sometimes, its super annoying to have the screen turn off instantly when making a call and then clicking the power button multiple times to have it turn on and instantly off again. Crossing fingers here!
i have the UC, and i tested the prox by making a call with and without the protector on in the dark. With the protector on it doesn't wake the screen but with it off it does. In a well lit room though it works because the light sensor triggers the screen on in that case, which i tested with my desk lamp, i would make the call then take it away from my face, and it wouldn't turn on until i exposed it to the light so ppl that think their sensor work, maybe try that to make sure.
I ended up making a cutout in my current protector but will contact them about the pack of 2 that i haven't opened yet thanks for the heads up.
Keep us updated I've been holding off on ordering because of this issue.

I sent an e-mail to SGP through their website, but they weren't too helpful.
I originally had the matte protector and was having problems so I ordered the ultra crystal through their Amazon store. I'd say it works 3/4 of the time, so still a little annoying.
Through their support on the website, they didn't offer to send me one with the cutout.

How long have you used it for? That stickiness usually goes away after awhile and if you don't want to wait wipe it with a 50/50 rubbing alcohol and water solution.
I just got it today so i guess it will get better with time.

I used to use these on my old 1+1 as they often have them on offer which makes them one of the cheapest and decent protectors.
Had a 90% off code (Take90) through today so thought I'd have a look if they have anything for the 1+5.
They only have a plastic film protector for the 1+5 showing in their site.
http://www.xtremeguard.com/OnePlus-5-Screen-Protectors-p/oneplus_5_screen_protector.htm#.WapXoiPTVnE
However when selecting that a Spartan glass option comes up at 29.99 (buy 2 with the code to work comes in at $6) the pair, which again is incredibly cheap.
I haven't ordered one yet to see if it's real or just a website error (shipping to the UK takes weeks and costs more than the protectors).
Wondering if anyone else has tried it stateside?
I may order them anyway, I seem to be amassing a collection of bits of sticky edged glass, so another one won't hurt.
I've ordered one. For a tenner I'll risk it. These used to be really good. Had one for my one plus one.

I've got a couple of these on order, although right now I'm fairly happy with my Nilkin/Otterbox combo gave up on the full 3.5D coverage ones, first one arrived broken, second one had debris already on the adhesive before lifting from the plastic.
Well mine has turned up today.
Compete utter sh#te..
It's about 3mm narrower than the screen (not the bezels the actual visible screen)
There's no borders but there's obviously the original screen exposed on the sides
I'm going to demand a refund.
Sorry if anyone else ordered one based on this thread. Very disappointed
Might be able to see the edge and how much is exposed on the right here.
Not the best quality photo, taken with my shield tablet..

Look like a similar cover to the Nilkin tbh. I'm happy with that as a solution, compared to the dark borders. The Otterbox case I use offers enough protection to the very outer edges due to the depth and my most likely damage would come from a more central hit/scratch.
I've received mine today and the result is similar I'm afraid.
I'll leave it on for a day or two but I reckon it'll come off since it doesn't cover the screen properly.
I really don't understand why it's this hard to make a screen protector that fits properly. Maybe OnePlus just gave the wrong measurements to all the OEMs?
In any case...
Pixel 2 out soon. Maybe that'll be an option.

XtremeGuard always sells complete and utter sh*t. Any company that has 90% sales once a month is lying to its customers and does not deserve my business.

Put mine on today after receiving yesterday.
Worst protector ever! Huge halo and cuts off a portion of screen like the million. Do not buy! I've already asked for refund.

So I wanted to get one but I don't have a credit card and shipping is 8 dollars!
You have to buy two products in order to get the code "Take90" to work
Same as Nilkin with an extra cutout for the ffc and proximity sensor. It's probably one of the best tgsp right now, full coverage units are currently all worse than this.
