Designio LEATHER CASES look nice. - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Accessories

I wish VAJA or Krusell or Piel Frama had cases yet. But Im impatient. But this case looks nice. I ordered it off Amazon. Ill let yall know my thoughts...
there are 3 versions. I got the VERTICAL
Horizontal
Sleeve
unfortunately the pics are not too descriptive, nor the text. So I am not sure you can use the keyboard. Which would be a bummer if not. Ill let you know when I get it...
Got it. Fortunately it does allow keyboard use.

As you can see all the buttons are still fully accessible. The keyboard will take a bit getting used to with the plastic sheet over it. But not too bad. It is definitely too tight out of the box to hold a credit card or ID card. But I dont use this as a wallet anyways. Its not too bulky. No moreso then a wallet. It does come with an optional belt clip but I never wear those. The leather is nice and smooth and Looks nice on this phone. It is not as high end as my old Krusell cases for my axim but it works well. All in all I am happy with it. It looks sleek and does not take away from functionality of the device at all. It is currently connect to my pc via usb and there are no obstructions as well.
Id say 4.5/5 only for the fact that if I wanted to fit a credit card id have to fight it a while. Otherwise it does exactly what I expected and hope it to do.

Try this man,

: )

Krusell does have a TP2 case -- I've had it for a couple weeks now. It's quite similar to the TouchPro case, except for a few things:
The inner liner is gray, not tan.
The TP2 case is a much tighter fit than the TP case.
The flip cover has a cutout for the ExtUSB jack so you can plug in a charger when the case is closed.

Krusell
Can you tell me the link for the krusell one. Ive always liked there cases when I didnt feel like spending a car payment on Vaja. I just checked their website. Maybe im special but I cant find the Krusell case for the ATT tilt 2

I really liked the Body Glove case for my Asus back in the day. But this one got HORRIBLE reviews...

The Krusell TP2 case is part number 75424, and I ended up getting it through Amazon.com; it took a bit of effort to find as the usual outlets don't seem to be carrying it yet. Expansys doesn't list it on their web site, but the Amazon store indicates that the item comes from Expansys.
I've been using it with my Tilt 2 for a couple weeks' now; it's a very tight fit, so it may not be for you if you're always popping the back off to swap mem cards, batteries, or SIM cards.

This case worked out very nicely. If you are looking for a nice leather case I would definitely try it. To me it was worth every penny and does exactly what I hoped.

It looks ok, but you didn't saw this model first? It seems to have a good build quality, anyone use it?
http://www.pdair.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=10100000_900000_11000654&products_id=17234

Looks nearly identical. However the white stitching is not my thing. Nonetheless this one was not available at the time of my post. Believe me I scoured the four corners of the internet for a good leather case for this. I am still gonna by a VAJA when it comes out.

I've seen those leather cases and I don't get it. Every time you want to answer the phone you look silly with the thing hanging down and flapping in the breeze. I'm sure they're fine for some, for me, they seem a bit oddly designed.

The Krusell's front cover is removable, presumably to address this very concern.

And what is so wrong with "flapping in the breeze"!

Err I alleviate this problem by grabbing around the cover when its folded back. So it flapping has never been a problem... I've always preferred this type of case though. However, its all personal preference. I think someone was boasting the "NICEST LEATHER CASE" and when I looked at it, it was a horribly ugly brown phone..."purse" thing with a lanyard... So yeah all personal preference.

Hi All
Krussell TP2 cases are, sorry were, utter crap.
I don't think they even offer them for sale anymore, with good reason.
They, as in Krussell, are a crap company to deal with who do not honour their product warranty.
Advice: Steer clear of Krussell, did i mention they suck...!
Cheers

Krussell TP2 cases are woeful, avoid like the plague
Hi All
I agree with Jabberoo the Krussell TP2 cases were poor, poor, poor.
Though I found their customer service to be good to deal with in that they sent me a replacement product when I sent them a photo showing that the TP2 did not fit the case.
Unfortunately the replacement case was of a similar low quality (despite there being a big QA sticker on it)
Cavet Emptor and all that.

D

Quite true...
However, i did attemmpt to argue with them that sending me a 'generic' side slide case was pointless, as the TP2 comes with one anyway - beyond that, it was not what i paid for in good faith.
I agued for a refund in light of they could not replace a 'same' or 'better' product through no fault of my own. They stopped sending responses, i have emailed them perhaps 25 times with no further response.....
Shock horror....!!
Here's me out 50 bucks with a broken (defective) product they have not replaced or refunded. So, technically, they are thieves (not to mention Wankers too....)
I will tarnish their name whenever, wherever possible..>!
(Did i mention they are Wankers...???)
Cheers to all

Krusell...
Wow Im sorry you have had such a bad dealing with Krusell. For my intermediate products such as cameras and mp3 players I always used Krusell. However I have always loved and sprung for th Vaja cases or piel frama. Unfotunately for the Rhodium I agree the PF case looks horrid like an oversized Hot Dog bun... I will agree that the Krusell TP2 case is fugly too. Sad they really do look like they have gone down hill...

I like the PF Classic one though, but I agree the iMagnum looks like your description. Thinking of getting the Classic, but can't see from the pictures whether you can access the mini-USB or not :-/ Looks like you can't, which is a bummer. Gah.
EDIT: Nevermind, you can. Was easier to see on the red case I'm getting one!

Looking at the Classic which looks nice. That Magnum hot dog bun is just fun to laugh at now.

You can't pull out the keyboard, no. For me that's not an issue though since I don't use it THAT often and if I do, I can pull the TP2 out of the case entirely. For most texts etc I only use the screen keyboard anyway.

Silicone case recommendation?

Hi,
just joined the forums, excellent site for info on my new Vario II after having an Imate Jam for a year or two.
I'd like to get a matte black silicone case for the phone, I just want to protect it from scratches but also be able to keep it in my pocket & use it one handed browsing sites also writing emails on the train etc. Searching the forums I found this Hong Kong one

Does anyone have this case, is it any good? Has anyone ordered from them, are they expensive/slow to get to the UK?
Let me know if there are any other cases I should look at first?
many thanks,

I'm purchasing the same case I think from

I should have it in 10 business days. I like these because it helps me keep a grip plus protects it from scratches.
I'll let you know what I think when I get it.
There is also this one from PocketSolutions. It looks like it gives better protection.

I see there's a Black one xultar, I might order that one.

OK here's the deal. Got the white one from Pocketsolutions and it is for a Tytn so it fits pretty loose..or somthing and the buttons don't fit properly.
I ordered the black one from...that igo place and they only sent the bottom portion. I contacted them to send the top half. I hope it is for a true 8525. I'll be pretty miffed if it isn't.
I'll report back when I get the black one...
BTW if you use a sticky pad in your ride...the silicone case won't hold and it'll slide.
X
Ok thanks Xultar.
Let me know if the Igo one fits any better when you get it. Finally got a Javoedge matte screen protector, so much better than the T-mobile rubbish that came with the phone!
Cheers

Welp...the one you have pictured is the best one in my opinion. The 2 piece silicone are a pain. There is a slight lip that keeps it from fitting properly. I suppose you can cut it off but why chance it.
If you have a TyTN you'd probably have a better fit with the 2 piece since all the ones I've tested seem to go with Tytn even though they say they are for the 8525.
The 1 piece does not give as much protection as the 2 piece but the 1 piece is more apt to stay on.
Any one in the ATL area who wants a free TyTn white silicone case PM me. I work just inside 285 @ Glenridge...Oh and you'll get a white neck and wrist strap too if I can find it.

I have already went through all of the silicon cases that you have mentioned. The only thing is, it will take a couple of weeks to get it as it is coming from Hong Kong. It the best one yet. AND allows access to the keyboard and protects the screen.

On the site it doesnt say it fits the Cingular 8525... I Know the Tytn and 8525 are nearly the same but the fron buttons are different... i wonder how this cse fits!
Can the flip-up screen protector be removed?
I haven't found the two piece silicone cases to work well at all. The one piece style which I picked up from igonemobile is a good compromise in that it offers a reasonable degree of protection and still allows you to use the phone. This plus a good screen protector works for me. The two part cases stink.
I bought the same from igonemobile but the silicon cover does not fit the body snugly...it irritates me like hell....a definite no no from my side....

You are correct it is quite loose. But! Just know that 2 piece one does not stay on. As a matter of fact it doesn't stay on nearly as well as the igonemobile case.

I also had received this case (luckily for a very low price...else...) and i can declare also that this case is ****/crap whatever you want to call it....but it doesn't work/fit or stick to the pda.
Never ever spend any money on this piece of ****.....
What i don't understand is how you want to fit a 2 piece silicone case on the tytn as the opening between the keyboard and pda isn't big enough to let 2 silicone pieces go in between and slide over eachother.
The only thing you are forcing is that the slide will get loser because of this silicone crap case.
The front is also fit very loose....and once you put the pda in you're pocket and want to get it out again you are left with a pda with no case and 2 loose pieces of silicone in you're hand.
So please....never ever buy this POS....!!!

The "Ringo" custom leather case full review as promised!!!

Hi guys! It’s been a while since my first pre-review of the case right?
( My pre-review of the case:
Check this out! Stylish! Custom made CASE for TP2! BEST I've seen!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=561391 )
OK, now let’s the review begin.
I also made a review video for it if you guys interested:
HERE
I got the SHINNORIE case yesterday via FedEx express.
As you may know the case called the “ RINGO “ and it’s all fully customizable (as stated in my pre-review here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=561391), if you got any addition issue or ideas in mind just e-mail them like I did their customers service is pretty fast but any additional requests came with a cost though.
Everything is pretty nice they carefully packed the case in a solid box, which is nice because it’s an international delivery. When I opened the box and saw the package I was very impressed by the packaging, it was very creative! I never saw a packaging like this.
As you can see from the pictures, I feel hesitated to cut it open! and try to find someway else to open it … but I failed, ended up cutting the packaging open LoL~
The case looks real nice. I can immediately smell the leather’s scent. Though, the leather surfaces feel really soft and comfort but the build quality is great, seems solid and durable. The seam on the case is petty neat and in a good detailed order.
I’m 95% sure that this is real leather as they stated because of the smell and those wrinkles on the surface when you pressed your finger on against the case.
The case basically made of customizable leather on the outside and soft microfibre lining in the inside, which can help clean your phone this is a +1 for me.
Also you can easily slide out your phone with the strap pulling system, which is another +1 for me Nice job Shinnorie.
In my design I also added the cardholder pocket (or you can add a utility pocket instead) on the back of the case, which pretty slick I supposed LoL~ cuz if you didn’t add any utilities option they got I think the case will look a bit boring. You can put 1 or 2 cards in there with some banknotes.
The key-ring and the strap are incredibly useful for me as I can hook up my car’s key or whatever to it and I would feel more secure to hook my phone up with my pant using the leather strap. (in the future I planned that may be I’ll just find a new longer strap to hang the case around my neck, if that doesn’t look too nerdy! LoL~ )
I used this case for about a day now and I must say that it’s quite comfortable and convenient, it suit my daily use pretty well I guess ….
About the CONS, I can’t think of any yet…sorry guys. This case really got me.
OK may be there is one, the price…because the ‘RINGO’ leather case here is a bit pricy. If you want a nice handmade leather case and willing to spend $65 US for that, I truly recommend this one.
You can check them out at www.shinnorie.com
(The RINGO is in HTC section under the ELEMENT series.)
So, here’s my full review on this case as promised.
Have a great day onwards guys!
Cheers!

No case/pouch for me because I didn't find what I was looking for : a simple leather pouch like this Senna for iPhone : http://www.senacases.com/Brands/iPH...a8c0b77653ba1906.e3eTaxiNaN0Te34Pa38Ta38Pc3n0
So I just put an Exim on the screen and my TP2 is in my pocket with nothing else.

LoL~ Yeah I understand that man. : )
But this one is more fashonable and unique.
I guess it's depend on who prefer a business look or a fashionable look.
But anyway nice case! : )
I am still waiting for www.vajacases.com to come up with something. They make cases custom fitted to the phone and they look spectacular. Send them an email to help speed up the process!

Great review, and truly a beautiful case. I have been looking for a long time for a nice case, and this is the nicest one I have ever seen. I would buy one like yours if I could afford it lol, only maybe in more feminine colors (since I happen to be a female). But as it is I've been saving for months to be able to buy the AT&T TP2/Tilt2 when it comes out , so no chance of one of those cases for me.
Unique cases seem impossible to find for HTC phones, too bad there aren't more options like there are for the iPhone. I never did get a case for my Fuze, because they were all too basic, and looked the same to me. They all seem to be designed for elderly businessmen, who are afraid to step outside of the box lol. Yours definitely stands out, and looks very classy and well made. Plus I love the unisex design, which could be easily customized for men or women.
Thanks again for the review, although now I am green with envy !

After reading up on most of the threads on cases/pouches/holsters here, I was going to order an EASECASE. I changed my mind and ordered the Ringo case after I read your review.
I’ll take some pictures and post it after I receive my case,
This is what I ordered. What do you think?

Beyond the color, which being color blind, is saying an awful lot, this has got to be one of the least useful cases I've seen. How can this be useful to anyone? It has a clip that means you clip the thing to your belt loop, so every single thing you come near, it's banging against, which means not only is it unwieldy to use to answer the phone, who after all, wants to open a freakin' pouch to answer their phone? You also have to worry, as far as I can tell, this case isn't lined with any type of hard casing material, so when ever it bangs on things, it will mostly likely get bumped or worse, cracked from the constant impact of being free-swinging.
I can tell all this from just the poor design and I don't even want to think about your device being in a sealed pouch and the possibility of overheating.

CaseCrown Bold Standby Case & CaseCrown NetBook Case

Hi All,
I received both the CaseCrown Bold Standby Case & CaseCrown NetBook Case this week as was pretty impressed by both so I figured it was worth it's own thread. I'm also posting a bunch of pictures here in the OP so people can see what they look like in use.
CaseCrown Bold Standby Case
Amazon Link
The Bold is pretty much everything you would expect. The case is relatively rigid and the Transformer fits in it perfectly. Very clean, tight and professional. The tablet definitely feels protected. Although, obviously, like any case of this type you don't want to drop it as there is no real shock absorption.
The tablet slides in the bottom and then you tuck the flap in. The flap has a velcro connection on the inside so that it will not slip. There is no way this tablet would come out of the case accidentally except for intentional abuse.
The magnetic closure is good. You could argue that it "could" be a stronger magnet except I think it is perfectly fine. It will not come open accidentally under normal use.
The material is good although I'm not sure whether it is real leather or not. Doesn't really matter because I think it looks fine either way. Material looks professional. The only annoyance is that the shipper shipped my unit in just a bubble mailer so there are a couple "dents" on the front (see last pic). Hopefully these will go back to normal after some time.
The case basically has 4 orientations total: closed, book (cover folded flat back), vertical landscape and horizontal landscape (keyboard position). This isn't quite the level of "adjustability" you get with the multi-angle cases but I thought that was fine. Even when I was holding my tablet by itself, these were the main angles I used anyway. The main gap in the design is a lack of a 45 degree angle but I didn't need it and knew that when I purchased this. I also love that you can fold the cover flat back like a book for reading.
There are holes for all ports including the front and back camera as well as the light sensor and microSD. No issues here. The back camera hole doesn't appear to block the camera lens like some other cases I've seen. I actually would have preferred if the microSD was covered so that I couldn't accidentally eject it but I know most people prefer this to be open.
Overall, an excellent case. I highly recommend it.

CaseCrown NetBook Case
Amazon Link
The NetBook Case is currently only $7 shipped and fulfilled by Amazon. Fortunately I still have my Prime membership so buying this was pretty much a no brainer. This case works EXCELLENTLY as your only case. It fits the tablet by itself to a T. It feels snug and protected in this case. The only downside is that the straps are made for a netbook so it isn't totally secure if you are holding the tablet in it with the case open. It works "okay" like this if you are just watching media though (I did it the other day). I don't have a dock but I'm pretty sure a dock will fit. There is a bit more room and this case is made for a netbook afterall.
The material on this case is very good and I really like the padding. It looks pretty professional although due to the size it could easily be mistaken for a "man bag".
The Transformer does fit in this case while it is ALSO in the Bold. However, it is a pretty tight fit and I worry that the edges of the Bold will curl from how tight it is. Due to this, I am strongly considering returning the NetBook case now that I have the Bold.
Overall, this is a great "everyday" carrying case. Only issues are that you could NOT fit the charger in there (I bought it knowing that and only use this for single day trips) and it will not properly accommodate the tablet if you have a case on it.
Nice - thanks for the long review.
I think I will wait for the TechTree review before I decide.
Goddam, why there is no Clip-in system cases yet? I'll never buy a case with such a bezel !
thanks bro for sharing i went and bought on since i cant find one in the wild... protecting my baby Transformer ..cant wait for it
I received my CaseCrown case yesterday. I am really impressed with the quality. It looks and feels very professional.
Some of the cases I have seen on ebay had uneven stitching. Maybe they were sown by hand. Here are a few shots I took to give you guys a closer look.
Let me know if you have any questions about the case. I have gotten so much from these forums; I want to give a little back.
Got mine last night. IN the "up to watch" mode its quite stable. IN the typing mode its a bit floppy and the bottom can come loose if you move it around a bit but given the cost it gets me what I want. I really just wanted the up to watch mode.
Excellent pics, really shows how good the case is with the flap folded all the way back, can't see any over hang. Looks less bulky but solid. Can't wait until they send mine but I am in Canada and we just had a postal strike.
How's the additional weight does this case add on?

Yeah I would have loved something like the Otterbox that didn't cover as much of the bezel. Not too much of an issue though.

Hey my pic of it laying down is a little cut off. There IS overhang. About 1.3 cm.
It does add noticeable weight. Fortunately I have been holding it less now that I have the case.

I don't think the rooCASE is out yet. rooCASE is known for good quality too though. It probably will boil down to preference over whether you want the single angle style or the multi angle style.

After reading the first few reviews on the roocase, I'm leaning toward the case crown case...I preordered the roocase, but people say the camera does not line up perfectly with the holes. This is a big negative for me because I use my tablet to webcam with people.

I don't have the CaseCrown but i do have the rooCase multiangle. Fit is fine, cutouts line up. The 5 or 6 extra dollars that the rooCase costs buys you the multiangle feature plus real leather. The downside is it probably weighs more than the CaseCrown.

Love Mei Powerfull Small waist for Note 3

Well, i was looking for Love Mei cases reviews around the accesories forum, but it seems that no one ever talk about this case, so i'm opening this thread to show this beautoful case, and ask if any one has see it.
on the official webpage says that it cost $US88, but i have seen it in other online stores in half of the price.

Looks nice but I wonder if it will fit the wireless charge back that I have. I also notice it needs two screws so for those who change batteries often, you'll have to carry the screwdriver. Otherwise, it looks awesome. Thanks for the link!
Are you sure that this case is as resistant as the one on the video? Because I'm thinking about getting one, and I like this one more than the one on the video, but if you can't throw it on the floor and "drive a car over it", what's the point of it?. It looks great but it's really big and Note 3 is already big. So if you don't get perfect protection than there's no point of getting one..
thx for the link

Hi, yes, its the same technology, but with another shape. here its the video of the small waist, but for the iPhone 5:
do, im not sure if it can resist a car, or the motorcycle like on this video, but its a rugged case and it will protect your $700 bucks inversion.
hope it doesn't hurt reception and gps like the original love mei case does. I bought the regular one and while it's badass and crazy protection, I can't use it due to reception getting knocked down.

I am using it right now to type this. I have been using the regular model for about two months now and the gps is the only issue I have. I just got the slim waist model from a friend today. She said that it killed her signal at her house, but she lives in the woods and only gets 2 bars at best. I live in town and I'm fluctuating between 3-4 bars all the time. I have not tried the GPS since I put the new case on. I'll upload a few pictures in just a second for those interested. I like the case a lot.
I am a police officer and I keep it in the front pocket of my outer vest. It gets rained on regularly and I just wipe the water off the screen and keep going. The silicone on the back makes it grip your dash perfect without sticking in your pocket.
I got my first off Amazon and the case I'm using now came from eBay. Both were shipped from China and it took about two weeks. Both came in nice packaging and the quality of the cases is great. I'll answer any questions you can come up with. I just discovered the thread.

Love Mei Note 3 Case
Well I can say for sure that this case is a TANK as far as protection goes. Now, I did contact someone from the company to make sure that the problems with the previous version of the case was fixed and he said yes. So I bought one, Black on Black. The new waist design is cool, but some of the reported problems STILL exist. NO 4G LTE inside a building or residence. I had to remove the mesh behind the ear speaker in order to hear anyone. The bottom speakers work very well. The screen most definitely is not SMUDGE or FINGER PRINT proof. I know that no screen actually is, but this screen is freak-en bad. So DO NOT GET ONE IF ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS BOTHER YOU. Especially you OCD clean screen freaks. The aluminum is just as bad with finger prints, sorry. The rubber on the back and sides is a DUST MAGNET. The phone is very heavy, but with all that said, I am very happy with buying it. I bought it through EBAY for $30.00, and it did ship very quickly from China. I wanted a heavy duty case to protect my $700.00 investment and I found it. I am a law enforcement officer and a gym rat, so this case will go through hell and back. The issues I mentioned do not bother me, but may bother some, so I hope I answered all questions.
Respectfully,
Rick Davila :fingers-crossed:
Be nice to see some pictures or a video of the new slim waist version please, nothing to be found as of yet anywhere online, aside from the official website.....
anyone who wants a yellow one, I'll sell ya mine for what I paid for it ($30). I'll pay the postage.
it is a tank and will protect like no other, but can't stand how heavy it makes it and the gps reception and cell signal is unacceptable.
I ended up buying a Kraken case for the days I need real protection and on the normal days I run the Aegis.

New GS7 - Opinions on some cases?

As the title says. I just picked up my new GS7 last week. And while I have always liked the looks of my phones in the past, I gotta admit, I always thought the iPhones looked better. Dating back to my first smartphone, the Blackberry Storm (if any of you remember that mess), I had always thought the iPhone was the better looking of the smartphones. When my upgrade was up from the Storm, VZW was HEAVILY advertising this new phone called the Droid. I almost got the Storm 2 because at the time, I didn't think the Storm was a bad phone, but on a whim bought the Droid I saw during every commercial break. It opened my eyes to how great Android was, and how garbage BB touchscreens were. I've always used Androids since. I've had a few iPhones here and there, but I just HEAVILY preferred the Android experience over iOS and got rid of my iPhones within a week or 2 of originally acquiring them. But now, finally, I can say that my Gold Platinum colored Galaxy S7 even looks way sexier than any iPhone. I seriously love the way this phone looks. I also always carry my phone in my pocket. I've tried belt-clips, but I always would get them caught on counters and stuff, typically resulting in breaking the clip and often damaging my phone. That in mind. I'm looking at outfiiting my phone with a slim profile case, not only for pocket comfort, but also to keep as much of the original look of the phone as possible. So I'm looking at gold and clear cases primarily. I also don't want a lot of grip, as before, I've had times that I had a VERY grippy case that when I thought I slid my phone in my pocket, it actually gripped to the edges of the pocket and fell when I wasn't paying much attention. Sorry for the novel background. But on to the meat and potatoes of the post:
I'm looking at getting a tempered glass screen protector and case. As far as the screen protector, I'm 90% certain that I've decided on the Coral Tempered Glass with the matching Gold top and bottom. I've always used ZAGG before and have no complaints with them. But their Contour Glass model isn't out yet and want to get something ASAP. If anybody has any experience with the Coral, please chile in and let me know how it was. Or if anybody else has a tempered glass screen protector they really love that may sway me, also, please chime in and let me know of your experience.
Now. On to the cases. I found a couple I liked just on Amazon, and then read that some users found some they really liked on ebay, so checked there and found a few more I'm very interested in. The beauty with the eBay ones is they're dirt cheap. But the down side is, I don't know how well they will fit and/or protect my phone. And coming from typically China'Hong Kong, it'll take a while to receive them. So I've narrowed it down to 5 that I really like (I honestly could easily make it 10, but that's too ridiculous)....
So. Number 5:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/28179505052...49&var=580958289146&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
-at $7.99 it's incredibly cheap. It's a very good looking case. Although the pics don't show the S7 version. All the other versions look VERY well made. Even have a stock-looking logo of the phone on them. Even the other color schemes look tempting like the black/gold or white/gold. In all, it looks very refined for an eBay case of this price range. I don't think I'd rate it as 5th place on my considerations really. I really like them all. This one is an especially clean looking case though.
Number 4:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B1V3QJ8/ref=twister_B01F341F92?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
-at $29.95, it's probably the most expensive on my list. But I've heard great things about UAG. It looks rugged. But that also detracts from the natural look of the phone I want to show off, even in the ICE (clear) color.. So it's a bit of a double-edged sword to me.
Number 3:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/20152550018...49&var=500749182756&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
-at $15.19, this falls about right in the middle of the price range. Though it does cover the entire back of the phone, it still looks pretty close to the regular back of the phone while providing low profile protection.
Number 2:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/27216969983...49&var=570981080744&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
-at $10.98, it's still very cheap. It's 2-piece metal screw-together with a clear back. So it's very low-profile, has a gold protective bumper with a simple clear backing to show the phone and not the case. So I really like the idea of this case
Number 1:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/38154689041...49&var=650654760726&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
-at $14.99 it also comes right in the middle of the price range. And while it also covers the entire back of the phone, it looks like it's the matching color. And I like that it's a brushed metal which won't get messed up by being kept in my pocket. And it still provides protection while keeping a low profile. Plus, it's a brand I've heard good things about, so I'm not worried at all about any fit or performance.
so anybody with any experience with these, please let me know how you liked them. Or anybody else that has any opinions on the cases, let me know what you think of them. I REALLY like em all and my OCD is making it very hard for me to choose just one. Thanks for reading, and thanks ahead of time for your replies

if you read my post. A wooden case is essentially the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. I do like how the reclaimed wood cases look, but I want my phone to look as stock as possible. A wooden case would make it look COMPLETELY different
think I found my winner:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Samsung...acb1220&pid=100033&rk=4&rkt=4&sd=301905544453
low profile clear case to show off the phone perfectly while providing protection without any added bulk AND a matching gold platinum 3D edge-to-edge tempered glass screen protector. And since they come as a packqge, I don't need to worry about fitment issues. For only $14.99 shipped from CA, so I won't have to wait a month to receive it. And I've only heard good things about Nillkin brand cases, it's not even a no-brand as I was expecting to get. At $14.99, that's what I was expecting to pay for the case alone, and another $20-20 for the tempered glass screen protector. So not only did I fit all the criteria I had, it's a name-brand case, AND includes a tempered glass screen protector that I was most definitely going to add, I don't need to worry about the 2 fitting together, and it only comes from CA so I'll get it quick. I plan to read some seller reviews and wait about an hour and then pull the trigger and order it
ETA: after looking at the seller's feedback...
A) they have an obscene amount of positive feedback in general at over 200K. And only sell phone accessories. That's unbelievable
B) the feedback I was able to find for this specific package was all positive
so i'm VERY confident in the seller. And quite confident in the actual product based on the specific reviews too. I look forward to receving this product much more now
I think that best combination for Galaxy S7 is Ringke Slim case with icroo fullscreen protection. which I have, and it looks awesome!

As an update. Since I made this thread, I contacted ARTech 21, and they're sending me some cases to review as well. I particularly like the Vivid and Jelly models:
the jelly really fits what I was looking for in this thread. A low profile case that shows off the phone, not the case, while still giving good protection. And the vivid is just a really cool looking totally different style case. I'm really excited to play with em and will have reviews of all of them, including how the screen protector fits with all the different cases, which I'm very curious about
I got #1 and didn't like it at all. Sent back to Amazon. Mic and noise canceling mic holes off and it doesn't have a good grip...
new to S7 as well, day #3 today
I bought Lifeproof Fre case with my S7 http://www.lifeproof.com/en-us/galaxy-s7/fre-for-galaxy-s7/lpfr-sam-gs7.html as i couldn't be bothered with separate shopping research for a screen protector and then a case
Liking it so far
Don't buy number 2. It's too tight on the phone and you can't use the power or volume buttons.

Between the UAG and a similar Spigen tough case, which would be a better/slimmer choice?
