in fact it is a WM6.5 CE 28004 SYS XIP for smartphone,i ‘don't know if it can be switched to english ,you can have a try ,it doesn't change too much in my startrek ,but i like it very much with its high speed ,here is the WM6.5 CE OS 5.2.28004.28004 SYS XIP (not a rom),

22Mb of available storage on a 6.5.3 StarTrek ROM? I would have thought thats a little high myself ...
Assuming you can get it out of Kanji or chinese (I suspect the latter) it would be interesting to try

it has 25-26 mb of available storage on my startrek when it starts, in my mind the wm6.5 CE OS5.2 28004 SYS XIP is not a rom but a most important part of rom, it doesn't including any languages, i think you can make a english rom with it ,may be you can make a oem file of english language first..........

270 Error - SSPL or image?
This is going to take a little talking through so bear with me.
I took the XIP/SYS from the 28004 and cleared out the relevant directories of an old kitchen - then replaced them with the XIP/SYS from 28004.
Then I ran the buildos.bat in the root of the kitchen which promptly found *all* the correct directories but threw a fit at doing anything useful - 'path not found' errors all over the place - so I tried stepping through it manually...
I ended up with a NBH file of about the right size - 39,415 KB - although some of the things in the bat file I was following didnt seem to work.
I tried to install this to the phone and it managed to get to 5% - phone screen goes black and it reboots into the NeoRose 1.03b ROM its running now...
So far so straightforward...
However - I went through the forum and found some people were saying that the 270 error is to do with the rom image, and some were saying its to do with the bootloader/SSPL - so I tried another rom - it promptly died at 5% same as mine.
does anyone have any ideas? has the rom I cobbled together (1st attempt) somehow killed SSPL so it wont work? or are the available versions of SSPL too long in the tooth to work with 28004?
any help would be appreciated... on the upside it hasnt bricked the phone at all

And what about Langs? Because I want to make Russian ROM, but the Russian language packs for WM Standard (Build 28004) can not be found. Anybody can help me with this?

ALEUT, где-то здесь на xda (может даже и в этой теме было.. некогда искать) говорили, что 28004 очень даже "живчик" . Ну а раз так, то думаю стоит писать для него русик. Хотя.. Как я понял с твоих слов, в смартфонах можно брать русик и от прошлых билдов и разницы совершенно никакой не будет от этого. Просто для смартофонов еще не делал прошивок, под коммуникаторы только недавно освоил, но там с русиками построже будет..не всегда подходят с прежних сборок..
